*NOT A REPAIR STORE FOR IPHONES* My Experience with Gwireless has been a rollarcoaster of emotions. Here is my Pros and Cons list with Gwireless. Pros: - They are EXTREMELY friendly and willing to help and talk through different options. - They communicate well, allowing you to understand what they believe is damaged and sometimes, letting you know what risks there may be with your repair. - Fast, they are able to repair phones in an efficient amount of time. - Response time, through our issues they responded to my emails, even on the weekend, and all my phone calls. They remembered me by name and even though they did spell it wrong, they apologized in person for that misunderstanding. Cons: - Unprofessional, when it comes to interactions and issues, they refused to admit that the issues that followed after their repair to my IPhone 7 screen (losing my home button, battery issues) were their fault. - Sloppy, when taking my phone in for a repair I expected to just get the screen fixed but after the repair faced other issues like I previously mentioned. They told me that *EVERY REPAIR HAS RISKS* even though they did not mention it to me when I asked them to fix my phone. - To reiterate what was said before, you need to understand that they do not take responsibility for any damage that comes to your phone. Even though they will apologize and slightly admit it was their fault. I have tried and tried again to get them to right their wrong and replace what at one point was a fully working iPhone 7, with only a broken screen, but now my phone malfunctions frequently, I lost the home button, and am now having to take it to the apple store. I am only thankful they gave me a full refund for the trouble. - They do not listen, they had asked me if I wanted them to replace my home button when I brought it in again and told me I would lose touchID if they did it. I asked them not to, but they did it anyways. Their ambition and desire to fix and please a customer led them to breaking my phone even more. Where I appreciate their desire, it was not backed up by genuine desire when they wouldn't replace my phone. Overall, Gwireless gave me an exhausting couple of months, and to anyone stopping here I suggest you think twice about your options. If you have phone insurance I would take it anywhere else. Through our interactions, emails, and phone calls I have learned they do not have a full understanding of how a iPhone works but enough to do basic repairs. Trust me, what I thought would've been a 3 hour endeavor, ended with months later with more damage to my phone that I have to take elsewhere to fix. Truthfully I would filed a suit if my phone was the newest generation, as an iphone 7 is not worth much. I needed the glass on an iPhone repaired so I found these guys on Yelp and I never realized how close they were to the house. I never even knew they were in Grand Prairie. I have passed that shopping strip a million times and never knew they existed, haha. Thank Goodness for Yelp. I took the phone in last Saturday and dropped it off and within 30 minutes I got the call to come and pick it up that it was ready. I would recommend these guys if you are needing the glass on your smartphone repaired. They did a great job and they were fast. read more

G Wireless has did it again!!! I have no luck with phones now, but I'm happy I have a new family that will fix my phones... Thank you G wireless (Ray) for being patience with me. They fixed the screen on my phone again (Nexus) then the back up phone I was using the LED went out on it (HTC One), they fixed that. I also was getting a phone unlock so they gave me a loaner phone until my phone was ready. SO AMAZING!!! read more

Went to G Wireless in Grand Prairie on 303 to have a cracked screen replaced. They replaced the screen for 92 dollars, 3 times before they got it working the way the dark screen feature is suppose to work. Then when I got it back my phone would not charge, they kept the phone over night and stated they tried everything but could not fix it. Told me I need a new phone and offered me 20 dollars off a new one. They broke my phone and took no responsibility for it. I told them this was not right, they told me I should read my receipt where it states its not our fault if something happens to your phone while we are working on it. I had no choice but to buy another phone! Stay clear of them so you don't have to end up buying a new phone after they touch it! read more

This company is full of Crooks, I brought my phone there 2 weeks ago. I walked out of the store disappointed because I had to go back 3 different times each time was a different excuse. When I got my phone back one of the LED buttons on the bottom left side was out on my Note II. 2 weeks later my screen get a black blotch right where that LED is out, and a couple hours later my whole screen goes black. I brought my phone back to have them to fix the issue that only they could have caused because they were the last to touch the inners of my phone. Now they say they cant fix it and I have to fork over another $200 dollars to fix it. Blaming me for dropping the phone even though that is a complete fabrication. This company is a joke and will not take responsibility for there own actions. They told me it was precise work scraping the glue from the inside and I don't know if there chipped my screen that way or not, but I do guarantee of the 1000's of contacts that I do know I will not be sending any customers to that store. No wonder this store stays open your take your phone to get fixed they break something else so you have to come back in 2 weeks to fix it and pay again. Just taking money and running with it. IF YOU CAN'T TELL I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANY ONE THAT DOESN'T WANT TO BE TAKEN THROUGH THE SAME SENARIO THAT I JUST WENT THROUGH.
