My son boought it for me and sent a cousin to install it. The computer was working fine for several years, but the battery failed. I was advised to buy a battery at a battery store and take it to the repair company to fix it. I took the computer to the battery store, but they didn't have that battery and suggested that I go to the "Get it Right Repair" only a few blocks away. Greatest thing that ever happened to me. They agreed to get the battery in less than a week and do the repair in about an hour. The price was less than the price for just the battery at the battery store. I am writing on the computer now in about that week. I am so happy.

A1 computers was charging 99 but was the only one that assured me that my computer would be fix by days end. He kept his promise and provided excellent service. Better yet he has this tracking system (similar to tracking ups and fed ex packages) where it updates you on the progress with your computer. Which gives you a idea if there was any additional problems or if everything is running smoothly. Loved it!! Hopefully I don't ever have anymore computer problems but if I ever do I know where to go. The service: the support guys seems to try to be very communicative. However, often times information provided to you may seem contradictory or confusing. You may have several different people reaching out to you that you don't know providing updates and information on your device with private information. The price: I'm not sure what the going rate is for a charge, battery, or DC jack, but I paid I over $400. I felt like I was bamboozled a lil bit. Overall, my laptop was at this shop from about Oct 25, 2022 to Novemeber 23, 2022. If you know that you need a quick fix and this location can do the job quickly, I'd definitely try Tech Support.

Also you told me you that you will replace my IPAD AIR LCD screen with APPLE OEM screen but you didn't; you lied. The after market screen you use cracked in a month; No wonder the price was low because you use cheap Chinese after market screen. The first two I visited didn't even take time to look at it, they just said "your hard drive is broken" and quoted me hundreds of dollars. When I walked into Fix It Planet I was greeted by their friendly staff, then John took 10 minutes to open up my laptop and run some diagnostic tests, turns out the other shops were wrong. They got my computer fixed up in a day, and gave the best customer service possible along the way! I'm never taking a device anywhere else!
