AAA CELL PHONES ARE CROOKS. Don't wasted your hard earned money!! I gave them a perfect iPhone 15 Pro barely use and they gave me an iPhone 12 and $85. In trade which was a crime in itself, but I was in desperate need and took it. When I got home I quickly found the had repaired the screen with a non apple screen which made it where u couldn't use face recognition or fingerprint and u couldn't scan any codes. I asked him for another phone since he offered a 3 month warranty and he refused. He has over 1000 iPhones and couldn't do one right thing and replace an unusable $200 iPhone. We had an issue with the phone we purchased (1 of 3). Brought it back during warranty and they said they could not recreate the problem so they couldn't honor the warranty. I took it someplace else for a second opinion. The guy was easily able to see the problem. It is something that happens when the phone is stolen. Still I took it back to AAA and they said that I could have caused the problem and they wouldn't honor the warranty. Also said the 30 day warranty they promised my husband was 15 days. But they could give me $100 for the phone towards the purchase of another phone. Summary: looks like AAA sells stolen phones, they definitely don't honor warranty. Go to CPR Cell Phone in the Highlands. They have great customer service and a 1 year warranty on used phones. read more

My Iphone x went out on me during my trip to visit my boyfriend in Texas last month. While I was at the nail salon , he went and bought me an Iphonex from them and surprised me with it when i returned. I entered my Icloud info, and everything seemed to work fine. UNTIL I TRIED MAKING A PHONE CALL. I can BARELY hear when holding the device next to my ear. Sounds like they are whispering. I tryed adjusting all of the volume settings... STILL LOW VOLUME. I have to use this phone with earphones or on speaker. Unfortunately, I was returning to Seattle the next day, otherwise I would have returned it to them. He paid $500 for this phone and its clearly a bad refurbished phone. I called and left a message and never got a returned call back from them. All I would like is a different phone OR for them to fix the earpiece speaker. 2 thumbs down!!!! Update- 11/9/2020 called AGAIN AND SPOKE TO THE OWNER that advised me it's been 2 months since the phone was purchased for me. I reexplained I don't live in Texas and flew out on a Sunday but I called. The owner advised they don't always check the voicemails. Advised the phone isn't damaged and still in perfect condition but he reminded me it's been 2 months but MAYBE if I come back down to bring a receipt me. Duh NO HELP. Buy at ur own risk! read more

Awesome service! These guys were amazing! They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I came in not sure they could get me what I wanted for my iPhone and I was pleasantly surprised. They gave me what I needed for my phone and worked with me on getting a galaxy 9 plus. They didn't have many options for cases, but they did have a used one that he included to keep the phone protected until I could get something I liked. I purchased a pretty uncommon phone for my husband here. AAA had this phone approximately $150 cheaper than everywhere else and it has worked great this entire time. We received such good experience here that now 8 months later we made the drive to Arlington from South Fort Worth to set up cell service. The only downside is the wait because he seems to work alone, however it's always a trustworthy place in my opinion. I'd highly recommend. read more

My iPhone 6s was contracted under Sprint and they were able to unlock it and put my MetroPCS sim card (way more affordable and same, if not better, coverage) on it. I have bought new phones from here twice, once for an iPhone 5 32G and another time for an iPhone 6 Plus 64G. Both times I have had a great experience with my phones. For one thing, you will get the same deals here as you would on CraigsList, but you don't have to worry about anyone being sketchy, trying to kill or rob from you. There is a variety of phone selections, and if you call and ask before-hand, I am positive they will have the phone you want in stock, down to the model and memory at most. The phones themselves are in great condition, with the exceptions of a few scratches on the sides and back of the phone, but really never on the screen. They also usually come factory unlocked. There is a 3-day warranty with the receipt if you find anything problematic with the phone. I did use this offer to exchange a phone that I was not satisfied with the sound, and the owner honored the service with no complaints. All in all, I would highly recommend people to come here if they are looking for used phones in good condition at a fair price. I will be back here when I need a new phone! read more
