The service was terrible. Joslyn assisted us but had a very bland and bad attitude. It felt like she doesnt want to work there. Complete mug face the entire time, and i wanted the phone with 512gb but she never even offered any storage option. And when everything was done, she just started walking off. Very Very bad service!! Anything u ask them they answer "we can't do anything with that" so why u open this place if u can't solve any problem? I got a problem with my phone battery. It drains super fast. They told me they can't fix it or replace it as long as the phone's working. I have to charge it 4 times a day. Like seriously? An iPhone I just opened two days ago needs charging 4 times a day? I wanted to switch my phone carrier to T-Mobile I went to their store and it took 4 hours At first they refused to help and said we can't do anything you gotta call the main T-Mobile center I called and they were like you need to come in person Such a waste of time!!!!!!! I went in here to simply get a screen protector. When I get there, I was told there were 4 people ahead of me, no big deal. I arrived around 2:40pm. There were only 3 workers in the store and each dealing with a customer for HOURS. You would think they would use 2 employees to assist customers that are going to take a while and have 1 employee to handle SIMPLE transactions. I wasnt attended until about 3:35, I waited an ENTIRE HOUR and my transaction took less that 10 minutes. The lady ahead of me was also waiting over an hour and she was there to simply pay her bill! Took less than 10minutes to get her in and out. This location needs to do a better job with how efficiently they deal with customers. Theres no reason why I should have to wait OVER AN HOUR to purchase an item off the shelf. Absolutely ridiculous and I hope this location can get it figured out. read more

I went to get a new phone and the wait was over an hour. The worse part was that there was no bathroom available for customers. I really love some of the convenience features that Tmobile has. I looked online to see which store around me had a wait, and in real time, you can see the wait times. This particular store had 0 wait tome, so I easily got myself in line virtually.Super easy. A worker named Linda picked up the phone and was instantly giving me that star rating customer service. She was sweet and knowledgeable and very timely. She asked what I needed and said what I had was in stock. I came in, and I waited for Linda, but not too long. What I love about some of the ethics Tmobile teaches their employees ( I'm assuming), is that when I enter, in immediately greeted by ALL THE WORKERS! I love it. They tell me "hello, we will be right with you" and a women comes up to me And says hi and signs me in and figures out what in need. She also helps me see who Linda is ( the girl who helped me) and proceeds to help pull up my profile for her. Linda explained everything in such easy details, she was sweet, very funny, and made everything a smooth transition for me. She felt my frustration with the increase in insurance & such but made me feel that she could still accommodate me. I left with what I needed, and that's why I'm still a Tmobile customer! We went to the store & they didn't offer what we saw online. That was okay but the wait was horrendous. We were in the store for over 90 minutes. Our transaction took 5 minutes. If I wasn't leaving for a trip in the morning, I would have walked out and would NEVER give T Mobile my business ever again. I'm reading the other review that says they work as a team. This was not my experience. Fifty minutes into it, I was bypassed since I had begun my conversation with another employee. Stay away from this store. read more
