I was there to have the hard drive from my old computer switched to my new computer, so I could keep my data and my3 terrabytes of storage. The kid who greeted me went and got an, "expert," who said he couldn't do it because the new computer was too small and walked away. When I protested, he did recommend a hard drive dock, which is what I had to go with. The kid couldn't answer my questions, the "expert" couldn't be bothered. All in all, it was a waste of time on a hot August day in Texas. I will never go there again, and I'll advise anyone who asks against it, as well.

After declining service they tried to offer a lower price on "labor" but it's no where near it should be for a small repair on a $30 part online. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
