I cannot say enough good things about DFW Classic! Dream Chasin', my 2013 Jeep Wrangler, gave them…read morea real challenge, and they didn't give up on her. They tracked down an electrical problem that turned out to be a loose wire in the wiring harness from a previous engine installation, got everything repaired, and made sure she was actually running right. What impressed me most was that they didn't just fix it and push it out the door. They kept her, drove her, put miles on her, and made sure I wasn't going to end up stranded somewhere after I left. That kind of care and responsibility means a LOT to me. They communicated with us, kept digging until they found the real problem, and treated my Jeep like it mattered. Dream Chasin' is more than just a vehicle to me, and I'm grateful I found people who understood that. If you need a shop that will actually troubleshoot the problem instead of just throwing parts at it, give DFW Classic a chance. Thank you for getting my girl back on the road!

Let me start by saying that I never ever write reviews online; however, after my visit to the store…read moretoday I had to write a review for this place! I initially went in to have my key fob replaced (They were the cheapest place I found to perform the repair. Even other batteries plus stores charged more.) Initially the technician had some issues reprogramming my fob, but he went above and beyond to make sure the fob was programmed correctly before I left. He even stayed at work after his shift to make sure the job was done right. After the fob replacement was completed we discovered a problem with my car battery as well. I purchased another battery and thought everything would be fine. For some reason one of the bolts holding in my battery seized and the battery replacement seemed like it was going to be impossible for the staff to replace. They entire staff went above and beyond to make sure the battery was installed properly and that I left the store happy. Although the entire visit took much longer than expected, they were relentless in making sure I was happy and the job was right. You simply just can't find customer service like that anymore. I will be returning there often and telling everybody I know!!!!!
