But car audio is not that damn difficult and they are not worth that kind of money not even a tenth of that price so beware. Don't just be the customer that gets sold everywhere you go.

Cheerful young woman answered. In less than a minute, she'd taken my information and promised to call me back with a quote quickly. In less than 2 minute I had a very reasonable quote to repair my broken window. She also gave me a reasonable time window. I accepted immediately. At the stated time, a man named Cesar showed up at my vehicle. Professionally dressed and immediately went to work. In 31 minutes he was done. He had installed the new glass; vacuumed up all the pieces of broken glass; cleaned the glass with Windex; swept up the broken glass from the ground. A very conscienceous worker who does quality work. Thanks Mr.Glass®!

I bought a Lexus driver's side junction box on Ebay and instead of having it shipped, I decided I'd…read morejust go pick it up. I asked my wife to go get it, since she wasn't busy and I was up to my ears in work. I didn't realize how industrial the area was and I shouldn't have sent her. Everything turned out okay. She got back with the part and I went to go put it on and it turns out they gave her the passenger side junction box. Crap. So she drove all the way out there, just to get the wrong part and she was a little angry that I sent her to an area that may not be super safe for an unaccompanied female. So the next day, I drove out there and it was raining and the place is underwater. Seriously, the drainage there needs some help. I have work boots that will keep me dry if I'm standing in 8 inches of rain and I needed every inch that day to keep my socks dry. Just look at the pictures I took. I went to the disassembly building first, since it's the one with the sign on it and the guys in there told me I needed to "go across the river" to the other building. Me: "Can I walk or should I drive?" "You should drive." It was literally the other building that is like 30 feet away. I found a guy in there and told him what had happened and he called the boss and they filled him in. He got the right part, apologized, and that was it. If it wasn't for having to drive all the way back out there again, it would have been fine, but it seems like something like this shouldn't have happened in the first place. It's a waste of time and that irks me on a couple levels. So, kudos for a great price and the ability to pick it up quickly, but thumbs down for the wrong part and having to drive out there again.
