Over her shoulder I can hear "Mario" giving a sweet deal to 2 random guys while the girl helping me was itemizing all my charges for the 1 line I was trying to upgrade. Pretty horrible experience! Went to the store oct 4th to order an iPhone 6 plus. Originally I try to get whatever iPhone 6 plus left in the store, carlos told me that it is company policy that I have to purchase $200-$300 worth phone accessories. And he could give me a no-contract, month to month deal. I was already shopping around for phones, no other store had said that ( one store only has 16 GB). I Told them that I am going to order from different verizon stores, carlos said "well it probably will take you 2-3 month shipping" then after hanging around, I decided to order with him, he said "ok, your phone will be here next week." What? It's not 2-3 month anymore. The end of next week, I didn't receive any call about phone, contact carlos, he said" your phone will start shipping oct 20th an will be here oct 25th" Today I called the store, the other girl picked up ( not the store manager). She is most unhelpful person I know. Due to Carlos unfaithful comments before, I want to check out whether my phone will be shipped out on October 20th. At first this girl was not listening and kept asking me to repeat and then she said" after you ordered, it's out of our hands, we don't know Anything and can't do anything" I really don't know whose right whose wrong now. I current phone doesn't work well, I really need my upgrades. I guess coming to this store was one of the worst decisions I've made so far. read more

The worst store you could go to.. Really do not go there they are a scam, besides me there a few other people that I have met just within the last few weeks of trying to deal with my problem that are mad at them.. I went in to up grade phone and change the number. A few weeks later I found out that they signed me up a new phone line an extra $40.00 dollars a month. The manager Johnny who signed me never told me about the new phone plan just told me that I was trading phones, he even admitted to the wrong doing. For two weeks I have been trying to get that so called manager to fix his scam, but he always manages to be in meetings. As so found out that they are a franchise so Verizon doesn't back them up.. Save your time and money go to a authorize Verizon store. P.S. And when I asked for the district manager number they gave me a fake one, criminals that the kind of people that work there.. read more

This is not a Verizon cooperate store... they WILL over charge you. My contract was over and I needed to up grade my phone, they tried to get me to pay $160 to start my new plan. But I had already spoke with verizon on the phone and was told it would only be $60. When I told girl at the desk this she called "someone" and asked if we could reduce the cost and they knocked $50 off. So I just left after that. I would like to give a lower star rating. Two ladies both unhelpful and late to opening the store promptly at 10am. Both stroll in with that hangover look, struggling to ask if I need anything and hide behind a resentful response of "we will need the password and last four of the account holder's social." Understandable process and not one to change it but did not attempt to review the bill with me while I just paid for another bill. Bottom line: in a store that's primary function is to serve the customer, this store completely misses the mark. Save your cares, worries or phone concerns for another time and store because this place is a waste of any kind of manpower. Today I was helped by Alexus and Kristina who were very wonderful with assisting me on my new phone which I ended up going with the Galaxy S6. They broke it down to me what my payment options were and what best suited my needs. They were straight forward and very informative. Definitely recommend others to buy phones from them! My ancient iPhone finally took a nosedive and stopped working, which really sucks because it was a sturdy phone and now all the iPhones seem to be cheap and flimsy with screens that crack. So, I walked into this store looking to upgrade to anything but a flimsy and stupid iPhone. I was helped by Alvin who is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and answered all my questions.The store itself is nice and modern and clean with plenty of seating. I was not waiting long. My biggest concern was that I tend to be rough on phones with my job, so I need a phone that is sturdy. Alvin suggested an LG phone with a steel outer case, plus another outer case, plus a tempered glass screen protector. I am happy to say, I dropped the new phone by accident a few hours after buying it and THE PHONE IS OKAY! That is AWESOME and is exactly why I bought this phone. No phone should shatter into a million pieces just because it falls 3 feet. Apple needs to take a hint from LG and start making more durable phones, otherwise, people like me will buy other brands. When you are on the go a lot and you are rough on your phone, you just can't buy a product that is flimsy. Alvin was very understanding when I said, "I CAN'T buy a flimsy phone. I want a phone that is basically bulletproof!" and that was when he suggested the LG brand instead of iPhone and explained why LG might be a better choice for me. I told him I really do not care about the brand, I just want a phone that is durable, durable and oh yeah...durable! I am happy to say, I got the right phone at the right price. I also got 2 cases, a stylish jade green case, plus a heavier duty "bullet proof" navy blue one for when my phone needs extra protection. I also got a phone that sounds much better, has a better camera and has way more storage and features than my old phone. Sorry, Apple...but your new iPhones suck, they break and every iPhone I had was a piece of junk and annoying. LG, you make a great phone! So far, I am really happy with the quality, the function and most of all, the durability! Without a great salesperson, I probably would have never known about this phone! I was in and out in less than an hour, which is pretty rare for a cell phone store. Alvin is also a knowledgeable and honest guy who listens and genuinely cares about getting customers the best phone for their needs. This is quite different from the usual high-pressure sales pitch and up-selling that I have encountered in other cell phone stores. This is what makes a great customer experience! With all that said, I LOVE MY NEW PHONE! Thank you, Alvin, and thank you, Verizon! When I need another phone upgrade (hopefully, I won't for a while) I certainly will come back to this location! Went to get my phone fixed and got a iPhone 7 with no problem. Edged up to the newest phone and fixed problems with the account. Yes it took a bit of time but not to much I wasn't in a rush. We had many questions about the plan and the phone. He was patient and solved all out problems. Do not waste your time going into this authorized retailer. They can't do much for you and they take FOREVER to even acknowledge you. It was over an hour before I was asked what I needed and then the guy went right back to the previous customer. I waited for over 2 hours before we finally left after reading all the other bad reviews. They are under staffed and unable to do things that regular Verizon stores can do for you. I have been with Verizon for almost 20 years and I am close to canceling my phone contract with Verizon as it is almost at an end because I do not want to deal with their over priced contracts and unprofessional retailers anymore. Walked in on a Monday at 8pm, there was one employee sitting at a desk with 2 customers in a dead silent store. No hello, no be right with you, no nothing from the employee. OK... Looked at the display that said Pixel 2 but it had a Pixel 1 phone, tried to ask for help from the employee but he had a "I hate my job" face. Looked at the S8 Plus since I wanted to buy the Pixel 2 xl or S8 Plus today, employee just sat and didn't say anything. Left without a single word said in this tiny quiet store, left to go to a actual Verizon store because if I'm gonna drop $900 on a phone the least you can do is say hello. After 5 years with other provider, I switched three lines to verizon from another company and also bought three new cell phones. At first it looks like they are a corporative Verizon store which they aren't; they are victra a third-party sales store. As a result of this they charge much more than a real Verizon store, but this is not the main issue. The game started when they told me that I have to buy a hum to be able to claim the offer of $ 600 for switched to Verizon, they told me that the cost of hum was $ 240.00 but that I wont pay anything because verizon is going to deduct the $ 240.00 from the $ 600.00 at the end I will get$ 360.00 through a gift card enstad of the $ 600.00. When I arrived at home I looked at the official verizon website and notice that everything they had told me did not match what Verizon offered. At that moment I decided to call the customer service and they explained how everything really worked, they told me that first of all I did not need to buy the hum to be able to claim the $ 200.00 for each line, secondly they did not have to deduct the $ 240.00 because in my 24 months contract they charge me $ 10.00 every month, and for the cost of the hum will be $ 120.00 at the end of the 24 months, and not $ 240. Overall, they claim the $600.00 and them victra takes $240.00 than victra will send to me a second gift card with $360.00. Afortunate, I called the costumer service on time and they told me how to claim the $600.00 throught a link where I can claim the offer.I had a bad experience with victra store. Verizon is a good provider, but these third-party stores make verizon look bad. The way these victra store training their employees is how to stealing money from customers. This place is amazing with their customer service. I was paying a ridiculous amount on my bill with an older plan and was never asked at a corp store if I qualified for a discount. Both Anna & Claudia assisted me in applying my discount and got me two early upgrades. I was able to get all my information from my old phone put on my new one and was taught how to use my new device. They even assisted me in applying my email on there too. I went from an iPhone to an android and was given thorough instructions on how to use my phone. It was very helpful. My son was then able to upgrade his old iPhone to a new one and we got a FREE TABLET! FREE! That's unheard of now in days! I meant to write this review a while ago, and I'm sorry to everyone who's been here since this happened. So basically I went here to get a new phone on the edge plan and everything was fine. Except they sold me a wireless hot spot while assuring me it wouldn't cost me any more money on my plan. That was a total lie. I have been paying for this thing since I got my phone and I don't even need the thing! Also I was promised two rebates: one for the hot spot and one for the phone. I never got the rebate for my phone because I think these people forgot to submit. I had a bad feeling about what was happening and I should have listened to my gut. Horrible. read more

I have never experienced worse service before in my entire life. I checked in like the sign had said which said to wait for a text message letting us know we can be seen. We ended up waiting an hour and a half and still did not receive a text message so we went back into the store and waited there. Finally we were able to talk to someone and ask them if we can be helped since we've been waiting and didn't receive a text yet. We informed the guy that we just wanted a 5G SIM card for my new unlocked iPhone, which is when the guy informed us that they were out of 5G SIM cards and so could not help me and told me to go somewhere else. He didn't even offer to better assist us such as telling us when they would be getting new SIM cards or offered to see if there were any stores close by that had availability. We went to a different store (the one in San Marino) and received help right away and were in and out of there in 20min. Never going to this Verizon store ever again! read more
