We came here to get our teenager her 1st smart phone. Carlos was very patient, explained our plan to us and gave us his honest opinion. Our daughter walked out happy with her new phone and walked out with the peace mind that were hoping for. :) I can't wait until my upgrade date!! read more

I had a great experience with Carlos at this location. He was extremely helpful with every question asked. He explained everything in detail as well. Superb customer service and as a Customer Service Supervisor myself I applaud his assistance. read more

Great Customer Service John Assistant manager was Awesome I recommend if you want Great service this is the only store you need for Verizon

Worst customer service I have had in a verizon store. First of all, this is not a corporate Verizon Store but its an A Wireless store. Poor service with long lines. They are rude and do not cater your needs. All they want is to get the contract through by giving you cases and free car chargers. Don't get fooled, they will never call you back and you will be waiting for weeks. For me it was 1 month. I will never go back here. Horrible experience and do not recommend. read more

The worst store you could go to.. Really do not go there they are a scam, besides me there a few other people that I have met just within the last few weeks of trying to deal with my problem that are mad at them.. I went in to up grade phone and change the number. A few weeks later I found out that they signed me up a new phone line an extra $40.00 dollars a month. The manager Johnny who signed me never told me about the new phone plan just told me that I was trading phones, he even admitted to the wrong doing. For two weeks I have been trying to get that so called manager to fix his scam, but he always manages to be in meetings. As so found out that they are a franchise so Verizon doesn't back them up.. Save your time and money go to a authorize Verizon store. P.S. And when I asked for the district manager number they gave me a fake one, criminals that the kind of people that work there.. read more

I like supporting our local business because I personally know how hard it is to keep business open on Main St. This is the one business I cannot support. I went in to purchase a phone. I was greeted by Jesus. He told me I was in luck because the iphone pro 11 I wanted was available. The previous customer didn't pick it up. The catch is, you can only buy it as a package with screen protector, case and car charger. Without even thinking twice, I bought it. Later when I called (he didn't know it was me) to see if they have a different color iPhone pro in stock, Jesus told me yes. Same story, customer didn't pick it up, it's a package deal (coincidence?). That gave me suspicion to check my receipt. $64.99 for screen protector, $44.95 for case, $24.99 for car charger and $19.99 for set up and go plus ???. What the heck??? What happened to integrity?? On top of that, I told him I don't want the premium plan. Later after I downloaded the app and check my plan. There it was, $90 month premium plan. I spend over an hour with Verizon changing all my plan. Business that straight up lie to customer just to sells accessories are not worth supporting. I will never go to another authorize dealer again. Go to corporate own store, save your money and your dignity. read more

If I can give this establishment zero stars I would. This is the worst Verizon store there is. There employees plus managers are rude as hell! I made a return about a month ago and I never received my refund turn to find out that they employee and manager processed it wrong. My refund went to someone else and the manager told me that "they don't need my 42.00 there." Of there employees weren't so incompetent I wouldn't be causing a fuse. So never go to this Verizon they will screw you over! They should be shut down. read more

Avoid this store at all costs. Jacqlyn Garcia especially. She lied to both my dad and I about a trade in promotion and assured that our monthly bill would be around 350 dollars. We leave the store thinking we got a good deal. Come to find out they charged us over 800 dollars the second month and when we called the store and spoke to the supervisor, she hung up on us in the middle of our conversation! When we talked to Jacqlyn, she was incredibly unhelpful and tried to justify the insane amount of money being charged to us by trying to convince us that they were late fees and payments we failed to make on our previous month. We were only with Verizon for 2 months because it was such an awful experience. These people are super unprofessional and Jacqlyn kept giggling when i returned to the store and asked her for help initially which was very annoying. We are talking serious business why do you keep joking around as if this situation is funny. In addition, their service sucks I barely had any good signal in most places and the monthly payments are outrageous for such shitty service. That's why I switched as soon as possible!!! If I could give zero stars I would. read more

I'm a regular here at this store. Highly recommend alvin santos as a sales rep to anyone. Very honest and humble gentleman and looked over my account to see what was best for me. Left with a new phone and a better plan when initially I was going to cancel my service. Talked to customer service for me for 2 hrs and helped me transfer all my information for me and set up my new tablet. Best experience by far. Thanks Alvin! read more

This is not a Verizon cooperate store... they WILL over charge you. My contract was over and I needed to up grade my phone, they tried to get me to pay $160 to start my new plan. But I had already spoke with verizon on the phone and was told it would only be $60. When I told girl at the desk this she called "someone" and asked if we could reduce the cost and they knocked $50 off. So I just left after that. Long story short just go to a real verizon store and da email yourself some money. read more

I waited over half an hour to pay my bill at 7 on a Monday night. There's no bill payment machine. Two employees working with a line of 9 people. The music is horrible; I had to sit through Mambo No. 5. I lost a piece of my soul in here. read more

I would like to give a lower star rating. Two ladies both unhelpful and late to opening the store promptly at 10am. Both stroll in with that hangover look, struggling to ask if I need anything and hide behind a resentful response of "we will need the password and last four of the account holder's social." Understandable process and not one to change it but did not attempt to review the bill with me while I just paid for another bill. Bottom line: in a store that's primary function is to serve the customer, this store completely misses the mark. Save your cares, worries or phone concerns for another time and store because this place is a waste of any kind of manpower. This store represents an unfortunate blemish on the Verizon brand due to the two ladies managing this store. read more

I don't come to Verizon often, but when I do, it's when it's time for an upgrade. Today I was helped by Alexus and Kristina who were very wonderful with assisting me on my new phone which I ended up going with the Galaxy S6. They broke it down to me what my payment options were and what best suited my needs. They were straight forward and very informative. Definitely recommend others to buy phones from them! See you in another 2 years! read more

Great people excellent service. Devin and Jose were wonderful. Thank you. Be sure to compliment them judy

I didn't think I would ever leave a review for a Verizon store, but here I go! I came to the store to have a price plan change. My previous experiences at other stores have been a long wait, especially for a reason like this. The entire thing took less than half an hour with James breaking down all the details easily. Though it's a little out of way from my house, I will for sure return to this location as their other staff have been awesome too. read more

Never seen a store with such mess, left over food, drink, trash all by the counter while serving customer. And that big fat Hispanic lady as a manager would talk in Spanish with their employee while both searching for answer to my question about my account. No respect to customer, horrible service, rude attitude, worse place ever! read more

This has to be the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store Joseph and michelle were extremely helpful and easy to deal with my uncle needed a new phone and he's not very tech savvy but they helped get him up to date and familiar with his new galaxy s7 and they continue to help him when he runs into problems if you go here ask for both of these employees they give you all the facts straight forward with no surprises I'll be returning here for all future purchases thanks guys read more

My ancient iPhone finally took a nosedive and stopped working, which really sucks because it was a sturdy phone and now all the iPhones seem to be cheap and flimsy with screens that crack. So, I walked into this store looking to upgrade to anything but a flimsy and stupid iPhone. I was helped by Alvin who is very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and answered all my questions. The store itself is nice and modern and clean with plenty of seating. I was not waiting long. My biggest concern was that I tend to be rough on phones with my job, so I need a phone that is sturdy. Alvin suggested an LG phone with a steel outer case, plus another outer case, plus a tempered glass screen protector. I am happy to say, I dropped the new phone by accident a few hours after buying it and THE PHONE IS OKAY! That is AWESOME and is exactly why I bought this phone. No phone should shatter into a million pieces just because it falls 3 feet. Apple needs to take a hint from LG and start making more durable phones, otherwise, people like me will buy other brands. When you are on the go a lot and you are rough on your phone, you just can't buy a product that is flimsy. Alvin was very understanding when I said, "I CAN'T buy a flimsy phone. I want a phone that is basically bulletproof!" and that was when he suggested the LG brand instead of iPhone and explained why LG might be a better choice for me. I told him I really do not care about the brand, I just want a phone that is durable, durable and oh yeah...durable! I am happy to say, I got the right phone at the right price. I also got 2 cases, a stylish jade green case, plus a heavier duty "bullet proof" navy blue one for when my phone needs extra protection. I also got a phone that sounds much better, has a better camera and has way more storage and features than my old phone. Sorry, Apple...but your new iPhones suck, they break and every iPhone I had was a piece of junk and annoying. LG, you make a great phone! So far, I am really happy with the quality, the function and most of all, the durability! Without a great salesperson, I probably would have never known about this phone! I was in and out in less than an hour, which is pretty rare for a cell phone store. Alvin is also a knowledgeable and honest guy who listens and genuinely cares about getting customers the best phone for their needs. This is quite different from the usual high-pressure sales pitch and up-selling that I have encountered in other cell phone stores. This is what makes a great customer experience! With all that said, I LOVE MY NEW PHONE! Thank you, Alvin, and thank you, Verizon! When I need another phone upgrade (hopefully, I won't for a while) I certainly will come back to this location! I hope to see more good reviews for this store, they deserve it! Great job guys! read more

This place is amazing with their customer service. I was paying a ridiculous amount on my bill with an older plan and was never asked at a corp store if I qualified for a discount. Both Anna & Claudia assisted me in applying my discount and got me two early upgrades. I was able to get all my information from my old phone put on my new one and was taught how to use my new device. They even assisted me in applying my email on there too. I went from an iPhone to an android and was given thorough instructions on how to use my phone. It was very helpful. My son was then able to upgrade his old iPhone to a new one and we got a FREE TABLET! FREE! That's unheard of now in days! But it was nice to finally walk out of a Verizon store without having to pay an arm & a leg & save on my bill. Thank you, I really appreciate both your help read more

I meant to write this review a while ago, and I'm sorry to everyone who's been here since this happened. So basically I went here to get a new phone on the edge plan and everything was fine. Except they sold me a wireless hot spot while assuring me it wouldn't cost me any more money on my plan. That was a total lie. I have been paying for this thing since I got my phone and I don't even need the thing! Also I was promised two rebates: one for the hot spot and one for the phone. I never got the rebate for my phone because I think these people forgot to submit. I had a bad feeling about what was happening and I should have listened to my gut. Horrible. read more

Do not waste your time going into this authorized retailer. They can't do much for you and they take FOREVER to even acknowledge you. It was over an hour before I was asked what I needed and then the guy went right back to the previous customer. I waited for over 2 hours before we finally left after reading all the other bad reviews. They are under staffed and unable to do things that regular Verizon stores can do for you. I have been with Verizon for almost 20 years and I am close to canceling my phone contract with Verizon as it is almost at an end because I do not want to deal with their over priced contracts and unprofessional retailers anymore. Save yourself some money, time, and gas and go somewhere else. read more
