When you depend on a pharmacy for medication, you should be able to rely on them to have prescriptions ready when promised or at the very least be able to reach someone by phone to find out what is going on. Having to repeatedly call, wait, and still not get an answer is incredibly frustrating. I understand pharmacies can get busy and delays sometimes happen, but when the same problems keep happening over and over, something needs to change. This location seriously needs to improve its pharmacy staffing, communication, and prescription turnaround times. I would not recommend this pharmacy if you need your medication filled reliably and on time.

All told me they could tell me who MAY have the drug I was prescribed but would not call to make certain. I think this is pretty crappy customer service. Not sure if this is a policy but just sucky if you ask me.

Was checking out the other day and enduring the long line (they somehow never have enough cashiers) and spotted a small roach nonchalantly climb aboard the credit card machine. There was a bowl of candy directly next to it no doubt infested. Who knows maybe they're in the CC machine as well? Sure - there is a sad, and complex issue with unhoused individuals in the parking lot. But Walgreens corporate needs to get involved with the city and clean this place up. I was told I was not talking my medication correctly by the RUDE pharmacy Jeremy and that I was two weeks early on my script. Well, my script is, in fact, two weeks long. Perhaps he should go back to kindergarten, since his math is not up to parr. If this is who is handling my meds, God Lord, how am I not sex feet under already. My script was two weeks long. Jeremy took it upon himself to (with what medical degree) to disagree with my Dr's prescription and say my script was two weeks early. How is this possible? Couldn't even tell you. What I can tell you however, is this was a benzo taper. Try to get clean and all they want is for you to withdrawal and suffer, I guess! Jeremy told me my doctor was WRONG and would not dispense my script. As a result, I went almost two weeks without my taper, and experienced audio and visual hallucinations, uncontrollable vomiting and suicidal ideation, My doctor was appalled at the terrible service I received, and I received no apology from the pharmacy. No don't come here unless you want to be treated as a drug seeker and with no dignified. Or if you want die, I guess! Terrible service, terrible staff. Wouldn't ever recommend.

When I called the pharmacy this afternoon just to confirm that it's ready for pick up, I was told that they have no order on file. I just wasted a day of waiting for my meds, to only find out that nothing was actually done and nobody knows why confirmation email was sent to me for pick up. Walgreens obviously cannot be trusted, so if you want to receive your meds in a timely fashion, id suggest to go to a different pharmacy.

I got there 20 minutes early and was lucky to be taken by the only male technician there (when I called and asked for him they said he was booked). I was only waiting in the seating area for 4 minutes. Everyone was very friendly and when I wanted to respond to one of the other workers, the male technician translated everything so I was able to understand everyone. I got a full set of acrylics, stiletto, long, gel, and sparkles, for only $38. I couldn't believe it. He was very gentle with my hands and used the metal spinning file delicately. He took extra time to make sure everything was even. He caught me admiring my nails a few times and asked me each time if they were okay or if I wanted him to fix anything. I really appreciated that. He made the nails nice and strong but not too thick. I walked out of the salon happy, pain-free, and absolutely satisfied with my new set. I will definitely be going back for a fill and recommending to friend.

I love going to this place even though I live 35 miles away because they treat their customers like how they want to be treated. They are like family really. Hilda, Karine, Holly, Cindy are all professionals, and deliver great customer service. They're experts at what they do, and that is to make every customer feel relaxed, clean, princess for a day.
