First, my neighbor's package gets misdelivered to another street with the same house number. When the neighbor inquired, they kept telling her that they'd look into it, but they wouldn't call the next day, and when she did, the person was off or on vacation and she'd have to retell her story again. We went searching for the package ourselves and figured out that it was delivered to the wrong house, but when the mailman finally listened four days later, the package was no longer there. The neighbor eventually dropped it off herself. Then I couldn't find my package, even though Amazon had sent me notification that it was delivered. I called the post office. They tried to explain to me that it was most likely in the bigger mailbox, for which a key should have been placed in my mailbox. I explained that there was no key and someone else had already opened the big box and took out whatever it was and nothing was there. The woman on the phone told me she'd call back first thing in the morning. Well, she didn't. Some neighbor dropped it off him/herself. Obviously, in less than two weeks, two packages on the same street were misdelivered. How often will this happen? Rediculous! P.S. USPS is just a hot mess altogether. My package wasn't delivered yesterday because "package was sent to the wrong facility and will now be delayed." Great. Today is a holiday, so maybe tomorrow? Two days late because someone doesn't know how to sort mail.

I don't know how this happens but certainly the delivery person is not doing their job. Also, today we found a letter addressed to someone in Glen Ellyn. It was clearly dropped and just ignored. This service is unacceptable. This is the third time we have posted here. Does the USPS really care? I don't think so, but the missing mail is important and hopefully it will show up. My girlfriend and I currently visited this Postal Office to ship out her used phone. We had the…read morephone packaged up already and taped but on the side of the box, the tape wasn't sticking so we asked the lady behind the desk to see if she possibly had tape around; considering that it is a postal office, so we could ship our package out. Unfortunately, we received very bad service from this lady. She rudely told us that they do not do that but that I could purchase tape. We only needed like 3 inches worth of tape and we did not want to spend $4 on tape where we will only be using a piece. We did not appreciate the bad service and the attitude that we received. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone else!

They've helped me weigh my letters, pick out postage stamps, and make sure my mail gets delivered to point B, especially those going out of the country. Did you know that Canada has particular lengths for letters? True Story! Overall, this branch is fairly clean and efficient. Sure, it can get busy during lunch hours but in general, the staff takes care of their customers in a timely and helpful manner.

One guy is telling the other to mind his own business and help the customer in front of him. Finally a supervisor comes out and yells "knock it off" to the two grown men arguing. The worst of the two was a guy I try to avoid as you can barely understand him, he prattles on endlessly, and is slower than molasses in winter. This place is emblematic of what has become the standard USPS experience.

Found out this location does printing--I hadn't known--and they said they could help me if I wanted. They did our Save the Dates (I came up with an idea, the staff there tweaked it to make it better), and my now husband and I really liked how they turned out. We didn't want to use the cookie cutter invitations from David's Bridal (nothing wrong with those, just not our style) and the staff helped me create everything we needed for our wedding. Invites, inserts, programs, place cards, everything. They even thought of things that we hadn't, like signs for our guestbook. Just like with our Save the Dates, they used a design that I had started and made it better. There were some software glitches along the way with some formatting for envelopes, but it was pretty easily fixed and everything was still done in plenty of time. The owner Dave also helped make sure that the design guy and I stayed on track as far as weight (if you've sent out heavy invitations, you know that postage can add up!) so that we didn't go over budget. The whole process took a little longer than if you took a job like that to a shop that just does wedding invites, but I liked that I could talk to the staff about different parts of the process (we changed fonts a few times) at any time. They had everything for me to proof along the way and just made it very easy on me. They politely and professionally let me know what they needed from me every step of the way, like an address list, and it was greatly appreciated in the overwhelming process of wedding planning! Price was reasonable--for reference, we used colored ink on a smooth card stock. The invites turned out great and hopefully they can be used as samples there.

Two other customers behind me and there was a line, he did not even acknowledge any of us while we were waiting. He could not get the printer to work for the customer in front of me, so he ended up calling Kash who by the way is great and he was getting so frustrated and he was cussing in front of customers and he ended up telling the customer in front of me after 15 minutes that he can't do what she needed. He did not acknowledge anybody he is always rude every time I come in it is just not good customer service. Kash should be there all the time or we need more people like him to be working the counter.

He's also a great guy and always makes you feel welcome. I take all of my DHL and FedEx items here and they always get shipped out and delivered on time smoothly. There's also post office boxes you can get, excellent print jobs and passport photos as well. There's plenty of parking, with no wait and there's a Super Target and plenty of places to eat in this strip mall (Chipotle, Portillo's, Poke Bros, etc), so you can take care of all your needs in one trip.
