I don't know how this happens but certainly the delivery person is not doing their job. Also, today we found a letter addressed to someone in Glen Ellyn. It was clearly dropped and just ignored. This service is unacceptable. This is the third time we have posted here. Does the USPS really care? I don't think so, but the missing mail is important and hopefully it will show up. One stars for USPS because was forced to in order to post.. Awful. Horrible.

One guy is telling the other to mind his own business and help the customer in front of him. Finally a supervisor comes out and yells "knock it off" to the two grown men arguing. The worst of the two was a guy I try to avoid as you can barely understand him, he prattles on endlessly, and is slower than molasses in winter. This place is emblematic of what has become the standard USPS experience.

Located in a strip mall near downtown Bartlett, this branch of our USPS has full services including…read morestaffed counters, package drop off, PO Boxes and inside mail drop off (we don't trust the outdoor mailboxes anymore for our critical mail). While I was waiting, I saw plenty of people park quickly to do a fast chore inside the post office. Having a post office as a non-stand alone, as part of a strip mall, definitely does not remind me of my youth...but have to admit, it is efficient.

I just picked up my mail but only received yesterday and Saturday's mail. I just tried to call to make sure the rest of my mail is there for me to pick up but no one answered the phone. I am disabled and driving is very painful. I do not want to drive all the way back there only to be told I received all they have for my address. I don't see how that could be the case however since my email shows 9 pieces of mail, one being from the IRS. It looks like I have to drive all the way back there. This is not right.

The pros: 1) They open a full hour earlier than the other (east side) Schaumburg post office. 2) Plenty of parking 3) Large lobby space where you can drop larger packages, buy stamps, access a PO box, etc. The cons: 1) Service is all over the place - I've had the friendliest experiences and "I don't give a sh*t" interactions. 2) The actual customer service area is small and narrow and there's often a line. I appreciate that USPS is trying to keep with the times - easier click to ship, convenient pick up, etc but there are still times that you have to pop over to the PO, and this one is fine.
