I don't know how this happens but certainly the delivery person is not doing their job. Also, today we found a letter addressed to someone in Glen Ellyn. It was clearly dropped and just ignored. This service is unacceptable. This is the third time we have posted here. Does the USPS really care? I don't think so, but the missing mail is important and hopefully it will show up. While I was waiting, I saw plenty of people park quickly to do a fast chore inside the post office. Having a post office as a non-stand alone, as part of a strip mall, definitely does not remind me of my youth...but have to admit, it is efficient.

I am disabled and driving is very painful. I do not want to drive all the way back there only to be told I received all they have for my address.
