I am disabled and driving is very painful. I do not want to drive all the way back there only to be told I received all they have for my address. I don't see how that could be the case however since my email shows 9 pieces of mail, one being from the IRS. It looks like I have to drive all the way back there. This is not right.

Then the lady behind the counter told me that the many stickers on the box saying fragile was something she would not ever recommend as she took my first package and clumsily tossed it to the ground . I was at a loss. Costing over a hundred bucks to ship a couple of lamps which are porcelain but worth more emotionally than technically cost based was staggering. I will NEVER ship from this place again. I compared their shipping charge versus USPS and the difference was staggering being less than half for the same service. What an awful experience. I wish I wasn't so grieving from the loss of a family member to which the lamps were being bequithed to their nephew and had taken the packages to the USPS. . I want to seriously support Bartlett local businesses but henceforth I will just go to the USPS for better service, less of a dismissive attitude and wholly a much less expensive transaction.

I'm aware that they may be understaffed, but I do my best job at my job even when we are also understaffed. Please do better.

We drove less than 5 miles away to another UPS store in Bloomingdale, IL, and had the item shipped for $300. This is outrageous and illegal. It was the worst form of fraud that I have ever experienced in over 30 years in DuPage County.
