Well shocker, my envelope never arrived at its destination. The last scan is still in Aurora at this post office. I was informed the post office will only cover up to $15 for each gift card even though they sell them at a predetermined amount. This type of action seems to cultivate thieves. Never will I go to this post office again since they are thieves behind the counter and their customer service seems to be fraudulent. So if you go to this post office, make sure you do not purchase a gift card and do not let Emima help you. She will steal your package. I have added a photo of her name in case I am incorrect.

Unfortunately, it was not left at his doorstep. I highly suspect it was accidently delivered to the wrong address on accident by the driver. I submitted a claim and two appeals I was denied. Unfortunately, we received very bad service from this lady. She rudely told us that they do not do that but that I could purchase tape. We only needed like 3 inches worth of tape and we did not want to spend $4 on tape where we will only be using a piece. We did not appreciate the bad service and the attitude that we received. Our appointment was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. We arrived 15 minutes early, to complete the DS-11 form in person, because I had a question about it and didn't want to make a mistake when filling it out at home. The question was about whether I should mark myself as a student or employed, since I am both working and studying. At 11:03 a.m., the employee assigned to passport services, Matthew, asked what time our appointment was. I told him it was at 11:00 a.m. He looked at the clock, said nothing, turned around, and walked away. We later found out he went on break during our scheduled appointment time, without any explanation. When my mom asked about it, he told us it was "not our business" when he takes his break. We were left standing there confused, with no help, during our own appointment window. Later, another employee, Diana, arrived. Around 11:08 a.m., instead of helping us, she took other customers who were scheduled ahead of us at 11:15 and continued serving them past my appointment time. During the time that was supposed to be our appointment, they were helping other people and went over time with them. I was otherwise ready, but with only 2 people at the desk I couldn't even tell them I was ready, because Diana was busy with someone else. After that, while it was still technically the appointment time of those people who were ahead of us, my mom and I were made to stand in the middle of an empty store "in case" customers with an appointment 15 minutes later might not show up and then they will be able to service me. The store was empty, there was time, and yet our appointment was completely ignored. Somehow, people who were not even there were treated with more respect than us. I have never experienced treatment like this in the United States before, especially for simply trying to make sure official documents were filled out correctly during my own appointment time. This experience was unacceptable, and I hope management takes it seriously so no one else is treated this way.

Always amusing when one agent doesn't know how to do something in the computer system. The supervisor clearly knows but won't teach them and just disappears, leaving the lines to get longer and the other agent to finally give up and say they can't do it.
