I guess I have to attribute it to luck or timing, but every time I've gone there's been no--or virtually no--line, and the people working have always been polite and even friendly. The way the reviews depict this post office is the way I would depict the post office I normally use, though in fairness I've never had a bad experience there either. I already knew what I needed to have and had the paperwork already filled out, and if you're coming here to apply for a visa I suggest that you do to. Go online first and get all the details and forms you need, then go to a Walgreens or something and get a passport photo, and THEN come here. I don't remember what the fee was, but I also chose to have the application expedited so it was far more than normal. They accept credit or debit cards, but if you want to pay with cash you have to go get in line, if there is one, and purchase a money order (I decided to just pay with a card). I had no idea what applying for a visa would be like, but it was a lot easier than I would have thought; I was the only one there so I was in and out in fifteen minutes. Overall I prefer this post office to my usual one, but a post office is a post office in a lot of ways, so I wouldn't necessarily recommend that people go out of there way to come here, but if you're going to be near and you have mailing needs then try your luck here and maybe you'll be pleasantly surprised. Or maybe not, what do I know?

Unfortunately, it was not left at his doorstep. I highly suspect it was accidently delivered to the wrong address on accident by the driver. I submitted a claim and two appeals I was denied. After this experience I plan to use FedEx in the future because I cannot rely on USPS for my future deliveries.

We had the…read morephone packaged up already and taped but on the side of the box, the tape wasn't sticking so we asked the lady behind the desk to see if she possibly had tape around; considering that it is a postal office, so we could ship our package out. Unfortunately, we received very bad service from this lady. She rudely told us that they do not do that but that I could purchase tape. We only needed like 3 inches worth of tape and we did not want to spend $4 on tape where we will only be using a piece. We did not appreciate the bad service and the attitude that we received. However, I did have a great experience at this location and thought you might like to know about it (since you're browsing on Yelp and all...). So, we live about an hour from this location. We needed passports for an upcoming trip out of the country, and to be honest all of the post offices around us are less than accommodating. We actually did try to get our passports done at one of our local offices (Villa Park), but after waiting 20 minutes and then having the passport lady slam the door in our faces when we tried to ask her a question, we walked out. We decided to make the trip down to this location instead. We are so glad that we did! Amanda was the post office employee that helped us out with our applications. She was friendly and efficient, and after expecting a lengthy wait like we had before, we were in and out in under 10 minutes! She went through everything with us like a pro, and made sure that we didn't miss anything in our forms, took our photos, and got the packages packed up and processed quickly. We were so pleased with our service and would highly recommend coming here if you need something of a more sensitive/important nature like this. If it wasn't such a long drive, I'd probably just start going here for all of my postal needs!

It's great not to have to trudge to another town's post office just to wait in some horrific line and be served by people who clearly need a break. Every time I've gone to this location to ship packages, the staff's been cordial or even downright friendly (you don't really ever expect the USPS staff to be friendly, do you?) and helpful. There's never a line (although I admit I've never come here during the holiday rush - I mean, I'm not crazy or anything) and you can always park near the door. And as someone who lives in Warrenville, well, this location couldn't possibly be more convenient for me.

Found out this location does printing--I hadn't known--and they said they could help me if I wanted. They did our Save the Dates (I came up with an idea, the staff there tweaked it to make it better), and my now husband and I really liked how they turned out. We didn't want to use the cookie cutter invitations from David's Bridal (nothing wrong with those, just not our style) and the staff helped me create everything we needed for our wedding. Invites, inserts, programs, place cards, everything. They even thought of things that we hadn't, like signs for our guestbook. Just like with our Save the Dates, they used a design that I had started and made it better. There were some software glitches along the way with some formatting for envelopes, but it was pretty easily fixed and everything was still done in plenty of time. The owner Dave also helped make sure that the design guy and I stayed on track as far as weight (if you've sent out heavy invitations, you know that postage can add up!) so that we didn't go over budget. The whole process took a little longer than if you took a job like that to a shop that just does wedding invites, but I liked that I could talk to the staff about different parts of the process (we changed fonts a few times) at any time. They had everything for me to proof along the way and just made it very easy on me. They politely and professionally let me know what they needed from me every step of the way, like an address list, and it was greatly appreciated in the overwhelming process of wedding planning! Price was reasonable--for reference, we used colored ink on a smooth card stock. The invites turned out great and hopefully they can be used as samples there.

Two other customers behind me and there was a line, he did not even acknowledge any of us while we were waiting. He could not get the printer to work for the customer in front of me, so he ended up calling Kash who by the way is great and he was getting so frustrated and he was cussing in front of customers and he ended up telling the customer in front of me after 15 minutes that he can't do what she needed. He did not acknowledge anybody he is always rude every time I come in it is just not good customer service. Kash should be there all the time or we need more people like him to be working the counter.

So they made me put it in a new box with new label, but then wouldn't attach the label and wanted me to buy tape. Have been using UPS and FedEx since. Always amusing when one agent doesn't know how to do something in the computer system. The supervisor clearly knows but won't teach them and just disappears, leaving the lines to get longer and the other agent to finally give up and say they can't do it.
