Gladly I was staying with my folks in south Naperville when I had a mid-night medical emergency. They called 911 and the crew from the fire department down the block was there within 5 minutes. (My only regret is that I was unconscious with 6 firemen in my bedroom, haha!) It doesn't get much faster than that, and I'm very grateful for their speedy response time and professional care.

These guys are absolutely wonderful and so Naperville Fire Department and car 47 is one of the greatest assets that Naperville has to offer. I want people to know that!!!!!! I understand there are much bigger and worse emergencies out there and that just makes me more confident that these guys come with so much drive and ambition to help and assist from the lower level like I called them even though it's a big deal to me because I don't feel like being stuck on the floor for a day, but I know they will handle a catastrophe with the highest form of professionalism I've seen it from my own perspective and I'm so blessed to have a resource to rely on and call when I need like the Naperville Fire Department car 47!! Great job guys, thank you so much!

My first dine-in experience at Firehouse Subs in Aurora was a mixed but overall good visit. The…read morerestaurant was clean, and my sandwich was delicious and tasted fresh. I also appreciated how the owner welcomed customers and stepped in to help when service was taking longer than expected. My biggest concern was the wait time for a small sandwich and having to stand at the counter while staff members had their backs turned and didn't acknowledge me. The younger team members have room to grow when it comes to attentiveness and customer service, but I noticed the owner coaching them to greet customers and stay engaged. The food was good, and the owner helped turn the experience around. I'm giving this location 4/5 stars, with the hope that customer service and order efficiency continue to improve!

Year after year they fail to upload the annual fire alarm inspection report to Brycer Compliance Engine which provides the inspection report to the Naperville Fire Dept. Condo building inspections are done every October and there is an additional fee to send an email to Brycer with inspection report. Every year, at end of November, Condo Association gets calls from City of Naperville stating they have not received the inspection report. Condo Association has to call Total Fire & Safety to have them send it. Again every year, at end of December, just like today, Condo Association gets another call from City of Naperville, and now this year from a contract/attorney office to get the inspection reports sent in ASAP or face fines. I called Total Fire & Safety and got attitude and talked over. The Condo Association has looked into changing inspection companies, but they are all over priced which enforces the monopoly of overpriced service for these types of business.

Fond memories for our child…read more We sent our child to Goddard school in her Kindergarten year. She had an amazing and fulfilling experience there. The administrative staff is very supportive and always jumps in for special needs. Our daughter had some tough time settling into the room with bigger kids after school and Ms. Meghan would keep her in her office until she became more confident. Ms. Moira and Ms. Taylor are always around with a smile. Our child's teachers in kindergarten Ms. Lisa and Ms. Tawana before her were hugely supportive. Ms. Lisa had a new project or activity every few weeks that kept our child and us hooked to what was happening in her class. Our child especially loved the 'Goddard bucks' program that taught her so much about being patient and financial management early on. And over the last few months, as a class, they read Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and The Adventures of Edward Tulane, all of which made for engaging dinner conversations. The memories we collected here will remain with us forever.
