EXTREMELY HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED IN USPS!!!! My friend never received the package I sent him. The moment I was notified that the package has been delivered and let him know. Unfortunately, it was not left at his doorstep. I highly suspect it was accidently delivered to the wrong address on accident by the driver. I submitted a claim and two appeals I was denied. After this experience I plan to use FedEx in the future because I cannot rely on USPS for my future deliveries. read more

If you have a package and are expecting it to arrive in a timely manner just know the morons at the post office will lose your shit even if it's addressed properly. When they were passing out brains not a single soul that works for this office was around to get one. Isn't it amazing the junk mail they discern as junk, we discern as junk we receive. But an important package they misplace. Your system that alerts about mail that's arriving for the day will show items arriving, you go to your mailbox and "shocking" they aren't there. Why we continue to support through tax dollars paying pensions, salaries, postage for a broken system is beyond me. Privatize it and see what happens to accountability and the way they spend money. Someone that answered the phone at the post office told me that she would have someone return my call today. Well guess what? I got no call. Your office sucks your people suck your service sucks read more

Everything the workers are nice you have to be patient every where. Stores, banks or restaurants they are the worst. This post office is very nice even open on Sunday. Keri S. read more

Worst post office ever!! Tried to mail a package and large envelope. Took me 2 hours. Got sent to the self service kiosk first one didnt work had to go to the other one and wait in line again. Then the label didnt print correctly and was told I needed to wait in line again to get a question answered. Workers are rude and unhelpful. Will NOT be mailing from there again. Good luck to anyone who goes there read more

I went here today to send something to my sister and waited 35 minutes in line. The employees could not move any slower if they tried. I will never come back here. Sadly I know they don't care. read more

Compared to other post offices I've been to, I would say this one is one of the better ones. I have been here to mail holiday cards, get passport photos, mail packages, all kinds of stuff and the staff are always very helpful. There can be a line at times but it still moves really quickly. The lobby is also open 24/7 if you need to buy stamps or mail something without assistance of staff. Also - lots of parking! So if you got some mailing to do, this location is not terrible. read more

The worst customer service I've experienced. We paid over 300.00 dollars for premium mail forwarding. Never received our mail, and when we called at 6 times, the people there gave us the run around. No help at all. read more

Diana was kind to let me stay a few minutes past closing to mail my passport renewal. I am a millennial who had never before mailed anything at the post office myself. I appreciated the allowance. read more

This location is bigger than the one downtown and has later hours, but good grief the people here can be mean. I called once to sort out where my held mail was (this location or the downtown one) and the woman on the line felt the need to read me the riot act for some reason. I asked her to please not yell at me because the information was not clear and she hung up on me. When I called back the line just rang and rang...professional government worker there :( Overall, the hours are better here than the downtown location, but service can really suck :( read more

useless morons. phone service doesn't work, can't talk to real people and they are all around useless waste of space

Crystal is a special type of person. She was rude from the beginning. Had her headphones in. Told me the envelope needed to be sealed. I start to lick the envelope and then she told me not to lick it. Then refused to put the label on. It was just a very awkward and odd encounter. The guy that was there was pleasant and nice and I've worked with him before. No issues. read more

This post office in Naperville is unpredictable, (not saying it's bad), but lately it's been very erratic! I use the USPS info app and especially with packages, they have not been up to par lately. I'm starting to really hate this. - Richard Maselli read more

I needed a haircut by the time I got done waiting in line. Another great example of government run" who cares" attitude. Slow, sullen and pathetic. Note to Post Master, do your job and get the workers to do theirs. read more

The passport lady was SUPER rude and inconsiderate. She has no passion for her job. We came in twice now and we forgot something to finish the application. Yes that was my fault but I kindly asked if I can run home to get it (since I live 5 mins away and the business was empty) and she said NO! APPOINTMENTS ONLY. I asked if there was anything for today since it was empty and she said nothing for today. I said that I came all this way and she said " that's not my fault!" Once I get my passport issued, I will never come back. Zero stars.. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced, the young lady that answered the phone was not helpful at all, and hung up. Her response was "do it online" read more

Tried to submit change of address online. I was given a barcode to go into the post office to verify my identity. I had my DL with my current address on it. The clerk told me I needed identification for my new address which made no sense to me. I did show him an AT&T account with my new address. He wanted more. He called the manager over who said I needed additional information with my new address. Made no sense to me!!! I re-read the email I'd received from the USPS, and nothing in it required me to bring anything with the new address. How frustrating these two were!! I will make sure not to visit that office again. Wasted my time. read more

I wish Yelp allows me to give Minus stars. One is the minimum allowed. Otherwise this office is not worth one star. I was at the post office yesterday (Aug 7th, 2021) at 4:40 pm. At 5:00 pm, a supervisor (I think so) walks out and locks the door. There were two customers waiting in the line. She turned to us and asked to leave the post office as it is closed. The clerks at the counter were about to help both of us (incidentally last two in the line). Upon hearing from their supervisor they have given a helpless look at us. The supervisor stood at the door and kept yelling at us that the office is closed. I left the office at 5:03pm shocked with her behavior I know the post office or their staff do NOT care about any kind of feedback. They know it really does not matter as nobody questions them. But I could not stop posting this for the benefit of fellow Naperville citizens, so they can be prepared for the rudeness and insults. Unfortunately, I have no option than using their service to mail to oversees deployed persons. read more

Oh God, this place have so bad costumer services. People who work here act they are doing a favor to others. They have really bad attitude. So sad that this is the closest place where I live. read more

Dirty, busy, rude. Both kiosks were broken. Had to get into line 3 times, and then the employee went on break.

First thing that comes out of the lady behind the desk is "you need an apt for passports"! "Do you have an apt?" Ok so I get it there's rules but hey don't be witch about it! If you don't like dealing with people get a job we're you don't have to! Just don't be rude! Then as we explained she didn't care to listen and then none other than but pretended to ask if they could take us and then said NO! We took our daughter out of school based upon what another lady on Saturday said and no were forced to take her out of school again tomorrow because they can't do there jobs right! #1) don't be rude to people coming in to the place you work! #2) learn your job title and every detail that comes with it! The lady there today deserves to just be fired for the way she treated us! Before I ever said a word she already possessed an attitude! read more

A busy location and often times there is a line. Customer service is hit or miss. Like any place you have persons that offer quality service with a smile, some are consistently frowned up always having a bad day, while others just do the basics of their job; no extra friendliness, not rude either. I've experienced them all! I've never had to call or pick up a package, so I can't speak on the phone availability of service, but I imagine it's pretty much the same. It's a convenient location for in my daily travels. read more

This post office is the only post office in Illinois that's open on Sundays. There might also be one in downtown Chicago that used to be 24-hours, or is also open on Sundays, but I've never been to that location, only this Naperville location. So, this post office's hours make it super convenient to get all of your packages out of your hands and into the postal system without having to worry about them come the hectic Monday morning. read more

Who is this new clerk at the post office on Ogden. 1750 w ogden. The post office needs to remove her from customer service because clearly she has none. She also needs to retrained immediately. I came to make a purchase and she had a nasty disposition and should not be taking care of customers. What in the world is going on. She talks about customers to her coworkers also. read more

This particular United States Post Office site should be CLOSED due to inept mail carriers; disrespect of individuals' mail; over-the-top poor customer service care / skills! I will now move forward with an official complaint against the Ogden Avenue, Naperville Post Office! read more

If you want to ask a question or speak to someone before arriving, forget it. I'm not sure why they even have a phone number because no matter what choice you select, no one will answer the phone. As for going inside, in my personal experience, they have awful customer service and don't want to help you. It's bad enough to have to drive there instead of being able to ask a question over the phone, but once you arrive you have to stand in line for a minimum of 30 minutes, while 1 frowning person handles the customers. And if you try to ask a question about a package, they are not interested in helping you. Terrible, I will stick with fedex and ups. read more

Just like the rest of the post offices all over the country, They suck. Just try calling with a simple question. Phone will ring off the wall and no one will pick it up, EVER! read more

Never had a problem here. I've come a couple times and everyone has been helpful. When I need to pick up a package they are able to locate it quickly and when I come to buy stamps or shipping material I am in and out in no time. I recently returned to grab some stamps and groaned when I pulled number 91. The line was at 78. I don't think I waited more than ten minutes. They flipped through the numbers. I got my stamps and I was back to running the rest of my errands. read more

Called the main post office in Naperville regarding renewal of my passport. Talked to Karen who said you do not handle renewals, only first time applicants. I was to go online print a renewal application and mail it in with a photo. I asked Karen if she was certain as I was told I could renew at the post office by another staff member. Karen said she was certain and dismissed me. Well, guess what, Karen? I went to the Lisle post office where Bob was more than happy to take my photo and gave me the proper paperwork and sent it in for me. You dropped the ball, Karen. My own town's post office is lacking in customer service. I will do business with Lisle from now on and fill out on online survey to tell what wonderful service I received from Bob and how Naperville's PO Karen sent me packing. read more

What's to rate? This location or the USPS itself? I would be fine if all mailing was just pushed to corporations like Fed-Ex or UPS, but the government wants to keep our mail as a government entity. Doesn't make sense. This location is ok read more

Can you say maximum wage for minimum effort? I avoid this place like the plague. The only reason I gave it two stars is because they take appointments for passports. The counter service is absolutely the worst- If you live in the north side of Naperville like I do spend the extra five minutes to go to the Warrenville post office or even Lisle. read more

I've only ever come here to mail letters and packages off or buy stamps and I've never had any issues with that. The parking lot is kind of frustrating. It's like a long maze. Plus, I've almost been killed three times that I can count while getting out of my car and walking to the front entrance because people do 30MPH in the parking lot. It's awful. BUT that really isn't the post offices fault that people drive like a-holes through their parking lot. The reason I am giving it three stars is because the customer service is poor. They aren't friendly and never say "hi, hello, how are you doing today" none of that. They just wave you on when you are next in line and give you a blank stare when you approach the counter waiting for you to tell them what you need. That is annoying to me. Aside from these issues, I don't think it is as bad as everyone is making it out to be in their reviews and some of their reasons for rating is as they did aren't justified. Quit being haters, people. If you want to mail your stuff, buy some stamps, and get in and out, then this is your post office. If you care about the employees having a friendly conversation with you while you are doing so, then take your business elsewhere. read more

The only place I know that deems it 'optional' to answer the phone! If there weren't 34 minute average hold times on the national USPS customer service number I would never bother calling here! There are so many rude people who work there and nothing is ever done about it. I rather drive to a different town than deal with the poor customer service at this post office. read more

This is literally the worse post office there is. I live in Naperville and can't get my mail or packages at my home because the carriers are always incompetent. Clearly they hire anybody. It makes no sense that everytime I order items I have to go on a scavenger hunt to locate them. It's always maybe it's with your neighbors... My neighbors didn't pay for it so there's no reason to leave my purchases with them(which they never have btw). I will be moving out of Naperville at this end of my lease strictly because of the delivers here. Really disappointed with management here also they couldn't care less. read more

For these workers, 'going postal' would be something along the lines of breaking into a song and dance number. You walk in, take a number, wait ten minutes and they say "sorry for the wait." WITH A SMILE!!! These are the friendliest people, and the rates are a good bet compared to UPS and FedEx. It's weird. Can't quite give five stars because there's only seating for three while you wait in line with parcels. I use the automated thingy whenever I can, but it doesn't dispense Media Mail postage. read more

I give it 3 because it is means to an end. Long waits. Generally really sweet staff, except for the one time a postal worker called some lady who was struggling with her kids a B#$%H. That was uncalled for. Besides that it is open early, closes late. I too try to use the automated center. It even dispense stamps. And there is adequate parking. read more

This place is very old school post office. Well, like 50's-60's. It has a curvy, strange parking lot. A butterfly garden in front! A large PO box area once you walk in, and friendly staff in the counter area to the right. There is an automated self serve, if you use that. read more
