I had shipped some packages through this store and was talking about vendors for my wedding in January. Found out this location does printing--I hadn't known--and they said they could help me if I wanted. They did our Save the Dates (I came up with an idea, the staff there tweaked it to make it better), and my now husband and I really liked how they turned out. We didn't want to use the cookie cutter invitations from David's Bridal (nothing wrong with those, just not our style) and the staff helped me create everything we needed for our wedding. Invites, inserts, programs, place cards, everything. They even thought of things that we hadn't, like signs for our guestbook. Just like with our Save the Dates, they used a design that I had started and made it better. There were some software glitches along the way with some formatting for envelopes, but it was pretty easily fixed and everything was still done in plenty of time. The owner Dave also helped make sure that the design guy and I stayed on track as far as weight (if you've sent out heavy invitations, you know that postage can add up!) so that we didn't go over budget. The whole process took a little longer than if you took a job like that to a shop that just does wedding invites, but I liked that I could talk to the staff about different parts of the process (we changed fonts a few times) at any time. They had everything for me to proof along the way and just made it very easy on me. They politely and professionally let me know what they needed from me every step of the way, like an address list, and it was greatly appreciated in the overwhelming process of wedding planning! Price was reasonable--for reference, we used colored ink on a smooth card stock. The invites turned out great and hopefully they can be used as samples there. read more

I went to UPS today to drop off an Amazon package and there was a customer in front of me getting something printed, and the person working behind the counter was so utterly rude. Two other customers behind me and there was a line, he did not even acknowledge any of us while we were waiting. He could not get the printer to work for the customer in front of me, so he ended up calling Kash who by the way is great and he was getting so frustrated and he was cussing in front of customers and he ended up telling the customer in front of me after 15 minutes that he can't do what she needed. He did not acknowledge anybody he is always rude every time I come in it is just not good customer service. Kash should be there all the time or we need more people like him to be working the counter. read more

I went into this UPS location today to return a large package. it was extremely bust but the manager Kash handled it so smoothly. he had everyone in and out very quick. he was very polite and professional. he made my experience seemless! So sad... Just after my father died, we went through the family treasures and each selected a few pieces that were special to us. I selected what remained of my grandmother's crystal glasses, an antique lamp for which my mother searched for just the right shade, a bust of Homer that has ruled the bookshelf for as long as I can remember, a reproduction of the first edition of Encyclopedia Britannica, a charcoal portrait of me done years ago, assorted family pictures in frames, and a cowboy had my father got on a trip to Arizona. We also had two of my father's paintings. When my husband went into this store, he was first told they didn't ship paintings, then they packed two boxes - one with the reproduction books, and another with the remaining items. The books arrived with the slip case completely falling apart. The second box was packed so poorly! the items were all floating around in a sea of packing peanuts and a few pieces of loose bubble wrap. The lamp shade was not wrapped separately, the lamp was bouncing around on its own, the plaster bust was at the bottom of the box. Needless to say, things did not arrive in good shape. The lampshade was broken in two; the lamp base is bent; the bust is missing a shoulder and has a chip in its base; one of my grandmother's glasses was shattered; the frame of the charcoal sketch is broken. All of this could have been prevented if a little care was taken. We took the two paintings to another UPS store. They carefully wrapped each painting in bubble wrap and put them into boxes designed for shipping artwork. They arrived in perfect condition. As it turns out, I am happy this store didn't ship them. Who knows how they would have arrived. I don't know who it was that packed these boxes, but they really need to learn to take care. You never know the importance of what is being shipped. These pieces may not have seemed like much to the person packing them. But, they are priceless to me. read more

The employee likes to smoke out back with the door open, that causes the whole front of the store front to smell like smoke and causes the packages to smell too. Now my car smells like a cheap bar. read more

I came in to return some stuff to amazon and saw a sign talking about rubber stamps for addresses. I asked to have a stamp made for my new house. The man walks over to some drawers and just looked at each one of them. Then comes back to the counter and started doing my returns. I asked again about the stamp. He's like "no. We don't do that, next!" Brushing me off. So i suggest you guys take down the sign for making rubber stamps if you guys can't do it. read more

I was really disappointed an employee was not wearing a mask. Additionally, every time the phone rang he would pick it up and hit the end button right away and never actually take the call. I don't know if he was instructed to do that or it was his own doing but I would think the store could come up with a better solution if they feel they are too busy to take calls. No issues with the shipping but found it disrespectful that the employee wasn't wearing a mask and was more interested in playing on his phone than helping customers. read more

I need a place to drop packages after the regular work day. But at this location the UPS Truck last pickup is 4:30pm. So I guess if you really need to get that package out the same day after you leave your office this is not the place to go... Most others seem to have their last pickups between 5:30 and 6:30. read more

I have been a customer of this UPS Store for several years. I mostly get printing done there. Recently I have been disappointed because it takes so long to get jobs done. They often have to ask me for more time because they are not able to meet my deadline due to inadequate staffing. As a result, I have missed customer deadlines. I have been living in the apartment complex across the street from the UPS store for the past seven yrs. and had never had to wait in line, the last three times I have been in there recently I have had to wait for extended periods of time and this last time I walked out because I had somewhere I needed to be. I need to start first by saying, I was the biggest pain in the butt customer ever to the staff here and they were incredibly kind and accommodating. I had a specialty request for work and had to modify the order multiple times and they never got a bad attitude with me, they just found the best way possible to help me and get my packages delivered in a timely manner. It turned out amazing and with short notice during a very busy time of year. I also use them for business cards and had a vertical banner for my business made, I get a lot of compliments on. I'd say 3 stars is actually very generous of me considering the lack of customer service I've received from the owner over my 2-year business relationship with him. I've conducted business with literally a half dozen different UPS stores. This one is easily the least-competently-managed location I've ever dealt with. The employees are absolutely not the ones to blame, either. They're all friendly and they try their best, given the management they're stuck with. I think Dave means well, but he comes off very badly with most of the regulars here. Let me be very clear: I've been doing business with THIS location since they opened, I've rented parcels for delivery from them at a year contract each, and I've absolutely HAD IT with this store, to the point where I just gave up the "business street address" I originally signed the contract in order to get. Generally speaking, the employees (not the owner) are nice, friendly, and try to go out of their way to help customers. The owner does not. He must be bitter to regulars like me who rent mailboxes (not cheap) but prefer to pack and ship their own packages. Maybe because of the fact that he doesn't get the money for a totally unnecessary and easy-to-do service. Seriously, who is simultaneously SO rich and SO incompetent that they would pay someone else to pack items in a box for them? The shipping rates are already outrageous to begin with. He has these gormless catchphrases that he says every single time a regular customer comes in. (I guess he makes one up for every individual regular customer.) It gets old after about the 1200th time you've gone into the store to check your mailbox, only to find nothing in there. Usually understaffed, particularly on weekends and in the hour before the store closes, if you don't have your package *exactly* packed and labeled *exactly* to Dave's liking and he happens to be there, he has some off-color comment about how it isn't packed like he would prefer, and that you ought to just have him pack it next time. ..Yeah, at a minimum of $20 for your packing services, not including the cost of shipping, I don't think so, sir. Nobody has that kind of money these days. $50 to pack and ship an item that cost maybe $200 to buy brand new? I'd rather just order a brand new one from the store and have it shipped wherever I need to ship this. Think about how ignorant pressuring someone to buy your packaging services is. Every time you make a comment like that, you're making it less likely I'm going to re-sign my contract with you, and even LESS likely I'm going to put up with UPS as a corporation in the future. After 2 years of faking a smile and putting up with the owner's bad attempts at humor, I'm happy to have run out the clock on my mailbox rental agreement this summer and I've been using another UPS store since then, even though this one is very conveniently located for me. I'll go out of my way to avoid it from now on, now that I have finally ended my relationship with them. read more

I was mailing in books from college and the man working here was so kind and helpful and talked to me about my college and his children. He really took the time to get to know me and made the experience enjoyable! I will be coming back here more often! read more

You will not find better service at any shipping store. David is always friendly and helpful, gives honest advice about how to save money on shipping your packages (when it's worth it and when it's not), and made my cross country move a snap. He even emailed me after I moved out of the area to let me know that UPS owed me $12 to compensate for one of my packages that did not arrive on schedule. He went to the trouble of exchanging several emails with me to determine my correct forwarding address. I can't wait to move back to Aurora so I can continue shipping stuff at this store! read more

This UPS store houses a terrific printing business as well as a shipping location. Posters, retractable banners, business cards, collateral. They print it all. The ability to email in a document and then pick up full color output of fliers is a big win for our business. read more

The service at the store is excellent - but the problem comes with UPS as a company. When you pay in excess of $75 to have a package that weighs less than one pound delivererd priority overnight, having checked in advance to make sure this was feasible, the expectation should be there that the package shows up. This didn't happen, and now I'm in the unfortunate position of having to return to a location 6 days later (that I wasn't scheduled to return to) in order to pick up a package I needed for an international trip. NO warning, NO call, NO option given to me - just an alert that my delivery had been delayed until the day after I leave the country. Nice - next time, I'll use Fed Ex when it "Absoultely, positively has to be there overnight" Oh - and here's the rub - "because it's the Christmas season" they refuse to even refund the difference between the priority service I paid for and the 3 day rate they are now delivering on. read more
