I had a package I was being delivered by FedEx and I got a door tag on the door tag it didn't say why the package wasn't delivered. It just said that it wasn't it didn't mark if I needed to sign or someone needed to be there or whatever the reason was on the bottom it says to sign if they can leave it, I signed the next day. I get another door tag again without a reason of why they didn't deliver it so then I leave a note saying please deliver my package. I don't know what you need from me on the third day I get another door tag again without a reason. I tried to call the number and it's a robot that wouldn't let me talk to a real person. I tried to use the chat online and that's also a robot and there's no option to talk to a real person so today, I don't know where my package is. I don't know if I'll try to deliver it again. I don't know if it's gonna stay at the facility because I can't get in contact with anybody. read more

Someone called me Saturday morning to tell me my package was there and requires a signature. She was very nice & I informed her would be picking up my next day off on Wednesday & she said she will hold it till Thursday. Once I got in there the line was long but 2 ladies handled everyone quickly. The only problem was when I was asking about my package the woman was like did they ship your package here I'm like yea. She's like so they shipped your package with this address. I said no to my address but they called me & said it was here. She repeated the fedex address. Asking if I was sure it was there. Who & when did someone call me. A lot of questions to make me think that my package was not there. Then she said well I guess I'll go & look for it. Just was very rude. Meanwhile I was on my phone trying to get the tracking information because I am thinking it is not there since she was asking me am these questions. She's like I need an ID. Still hasn't told me about my package & I'm like here's the email with tracking number and yes it is here she goes I know there's your package. Well why didn't you say I found it after making me think it wasn't there because I had to ask 20 questions if my package was really there after you doubted me like I was stupid or something? Just rude, not helpful & seemed miserable. Remember kindness is free & if you don't like your job... everyone is hiring right now... The only reason why I am giving 3 stars is because the woman I spoke to on Saturday was extremely nice & helpful! read more

FedEx Ship Center - Parking lot - Shipping Centers Near Me - Aurora, Illinois

I frequently drop work packages off here so I can get a receipt. There is always someone ready to help (unlike the Post Office). They scan my pre-printed label, give me a receipt, and I'm off. They're very organized. In fact, it looks like an airport baggage claim area with a huge conveyor belt that takes packages to the back. Btw there are no services offered here except package drop-off or pick-up. read more

Fedex overall may be a hard working company, however, the driver we had today, rang our door bell and left not even waiting 15secs for someone to get to the door. When an elderly person takes more than 15secs to get to the door, I guess Fedex is not the company to count on, especially when you have an important package coming. Drivers worry about making their own timelines to get a bonus at the end but apparently do not care about customer service. Very disappointed because this is not the first time. read more

Lord forbid your package ever wind up here for delivery. Drivers do not even ATTEMPT to deliver packages. They just update "deliver exception/customer not home" and then try to deliver it on another day or try to get you to find this truly bizarre building in a horrible location to go pick it up. Even though you paid $40 for next day Saturday delivery. People can't spend a whole other day waiting for something to be delivered when they didn't even TRY To deliver it the first time. Didn't even leave a door tag with any information. And the national CSR tried to call the location several times to see if they could re-deliver. No answer. All day. This hub won't even answer calls because they know they suck so bad. Try UPS or ANY OTHER delivery service. Don't let your package get stuck in limbo here. read more

I was waiting all day by my sliding glass door WATCHING and WAITING to see my driver show up then all of a sudden I get a notification 3 hours into waiting that my "delivery was attempted but failed"....EXCUSE ME? I missed my class and plans for today JUST TO WAIT FOR THIS PACKAGE. But yet the driver lied and reported they came here, when they did not. When I called customer service I was given attitude and I could over hear the driver in the back making remarks about "dropping my package off" he said he came and knocked on my door but my building is an apartment complex that you cannot get into the security door without a buzz..... So how did you "knock on my door" ? Very awful customer service and overall an awful experience I've had when shopping through Fed Ex. Never will I go through them agian. read more

First off, I would recommend that you do not - I repeat do not - use mapquest to find this business. My GPS was out of juice and I kept on forgetting to recharge it (not on the top of my priority list) so naturally when to mapquest. When I mentioned to the FedEx worker about the MQ directions I received she said that many people make that comment. Nice, basic inside area. Someone was immediately available to help me with my pick-up. There wasn't any other customers in there when I arrived and I think I spent a totally of 5 minutes tops from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out. This location, as expected had a plethora of shipping materials for one to use/take with them. The business hours good and the service was friendly and fast. read more

Horrible customer service! The center was completely unwilling to help locate a package that was already delayed in shipping. Additionally, the extra money spent on expedited shipping was lost and not willing to be refunded. I will not use FedEx any longer! read more

First time at this location, shipping FedEx SmartPost thru eBay. FYI: This is a SHIP CENTER only -- no printing, no retail supplies, etc. If you are shipping an item, you need to bring it in already packaged. There is no need to tape the shipping address to the box, FedEx will provide you with one of those plastic pouches you put the shipping label inside, and then affix to the box. The Ship Center is in a small single-story building at the intersection of Commerce St and Exchange Ave (just a few blocks northwest of Aurora-Fox Valley Post Ofice). It is located on Commerce St (south of Liberty St and north of New York St -- backs up to railroad tracks). Upon walking in, there was one customer ahead of me. The employee was having issues with the computer. It started to feel like this was going to be a long wait. A few more customers walked in. That is when the employee decided to call for back up. The back up employee (Mary Ann) came out as fast as lightening. I explained to her this was my first time shipping with FedEx, and that it was prepaid shipping thru eBay. Mary Ann took care of everything for me, explained the process, weighed my item, and handed me the receipt. She was very friendly and worked efficiently. From the time I walked in, to the time I completed my transaction was all of 8 minutes. For my first time there, it was a positive experience. read more

This location is off the beaten path. I found it using the tool on the FedEx website, after creating a shipment label online. Even though they are a "FedEx World Service Center," they were unable to wrap and ship an item that I brought in. They instead referred me to the FedEx Office on Mcdowell Rd (see other review), which was also difficult to find. They didn't have the supplies necessary to pack and ship my item. So disappointing. This location is ideal if you already have your shipment ready to ship. Then what's the difference between this place and an OfficeMax? I don't know. read more

After paying $15 for shipping, $3 for their box, they wanted another $8 to buy a whole roll of tape...umm what?? I need two small strips, not a roll. First fedex location that doesn't provide that. Do yourself a favor and drive a mile down the street to the UPS store. FREE tape. Only reason they received two stars is because at least the people were friendly. read more

This FedEx definitely needs to improve on their doorstep delivery services. I had a really important package in which the delivery seemed like it wasn't even attempted. They do not ring the doorbell so you'd literally have to almost watch your window all day or sit outside to wait for the truck to pull up. The drivers here are incredibly lazy and make things extremely inconvenient for their customers as far as package delivery goes. Then if it's on a weekend you have to wait until Monday for your next delivery attempt which is extremely inconvenient. You're better off using UPS or some other company. This may sound crazy but every time I have come into this location the people are so friendly! I came in a half hour before closing time and accidentally forgot my Wallet with my ID at the grocery store. The woman at the desk told me not to worry that I could go and pick it up and she would make sure to let me in to pick up my package this evening. I made it back before the store closed but just the fact that she was willing made it all worth it. Even every employee that came in/and out the back room was kind. Thanks FedEx! read more
