I don't know how this happens but certainly the delivery person is not doing their job. Also, today we found a letter addressed to someone in Glen Ellyn. It was clearly dropped and just ignored. This service is unacceptable. This is the third time we have posted here. Does the USPS really care? I don't think so, but the missing mail is important and hopefully it will show up. One stars for USPS because was forced to in order to post.. Awful. Horrible.

One guy is telling the other to mind his own business and help the customer in front of him. Finally a supervisor comes out and yells "knock it off" to the two grown men arguing. The worst of the two was a guy I try to avoid as you can barely understand him, he prattles on endlessly, and is slower than molasses in winter. This place is emblematic of what has become the standard USPS experience.

Three times in the last 8 months this location has sent back mail for no good reason. The second letter stated there was no such unit (again, mail has been successfully delivered there). This last time they said there was not enough postage on the envelope. I took it to my post office and they said that the postage was more than adequate and they physically stamped it so it will be delivered. I'm aware that they may be understaffed, but I do my best job at my job even when we are also understaffed. Please do better.

While I was waiting, I saw plenty of people park quickly to do a fast chore inside the post office. My girlfriend and I currently visited this Postal Office to ship out her used phone. We had the…read morephone packaged up already and taped but on the side of the box, the tape wasn't sticking so we asked the lady behind the desk to see if she possibly had tape around; considering that it is a postal office, so we could ship our package out. Unfortunately, we received very bad service from this lady. She rudely told us that they do not do that but that I could purchase tape. We only needed like 3 inches worth of tape and we did not want to spend $4 on tape where we will only be using a piece. We did not appreciate the bad service and the attitude that we received. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone else!
