I did not know I had to bring in paperwork since it wasn't mentioned by the program I was applying for but thankfully they knew what paperwork I needed and had it printed there (have to pay for bw copy since I didn't print it myself). I understand you need to make a profit, but at $4 a page, you can buy a new printer every 50-75 pages you print. Run out of toner? Throw the printer away and buy a new one.

You fax yourself, they don't do it for you, but they will show you how the massive machine works if you need guidance.
