To start off... It's a small ass office. It has 2 cashiers max most of the time. So if everyone goes here instead of the main office of course there WILL be a long line. In exchange for your time, Ms. Tina always provides services w/ care. The best worker in my experience at ANY USPS office. Quick, Efficient & Knowledgeable. This is by far the worst post off i've ever been to. The employee's here are horrible! These people that work here have no customer service skills, why should they right? For one, customers like us need to send mails and boxes anyways ways right? WRONG!! These people lack moral and personality! I've been here twice my first bad experience was when the FILIPINO MAN refuse to acknowledge me when I was asking for some international forms. He only HEARD ME after he was done with what he was doing. WTF WHO DOES THAT?? JUST PLAIN RUDE! My second encounter was an asian lady with a very thick accent,(no offense to asian people but some are just clueless) who thinks she needs to educating me on international flat rate box!? ( I really hate it when people pass judgements, lady your no better than I so just do your job & let's not educated the educated.) She said that oh your sending international its very expensive, then she goes on checking how much the box weighs, She said your lucky its not over 20 lbs because they charge you. (again I seriously don't care because Im obviously there to send boxes no matter the cost is.) after she says this I commented that I didn't know that the post office charges for lbs on FLAT RATE BOXES?! She finally decides to do her job and process my boxes and SEE'S THAT ITS GOING TO GUAM, she giggles and says oh GUAM no, no, no. ( YEAH ..... I mailed 3 packages with fragile labeled on all & literally one of the gifts broke inside, I guess the mailmen honestly don't care, it angered me because of how expensive my gifts were and for it to be broken. One only got successfully delivered. While the third one got lost and never made it. Horrible. read more

Small. Convenient location. Parking can suck. This post office is tiny and easy to miss. It's nestled between a 7-11 and a car wash. It only has maybe six parking spots. But maybe that's a good thing. I usually come here when I need to mail something on my days off. During the day, its almost never busy. Around closing time, there can be a bit of an uncomfortable wait, since it's so small. It has a few P.O. boxes inside, and sells all your basic shipping needs. All of the employees I've dealt with are really nice. Lobby hours are 8am-6, and window hours are 830-5. They are only open Monday thru Friday. As far as post offices go, this is a good one. It's a bit closer to my house than the main one on Santa Clara, and I can usually get in and out pretty quickly, and then jump right on the freeway entrance a block away. haven't been here during the regular hours of 9-5, m-f, so can't comment on the service. only 1 window/door observed so service can be slow during peak hours. 2.5 stars postnotes: -saturdays open for P.O. box pickups -mailboxes outside. -lots of parking during offhours -panhandlers hang aroung here too. I lost a receipt a few weeks ago, and I couldn't see her name but the lady on the very right hand side booth bent her back trying to get my receipt I lost. Literally so kind and professional. Wow this post office is like the size of what you'd find in a small town. There is no window hours on Saturday, which is fine as I only needed to drop off prepaid packages; except there are only small slotted mail boxes available. Anything over one inch in thickness will not fit. I go to a lot of post offices to mail and drop off stuff and they all have some sort of slot to put in a small box or a flat package of one and a half inches in thickness. read more

Terrible post office run by either idiots or thieves. Tried to charge us way more than what we calculated on the website. When we questioned it and asked for the manager, she called out from the other end of the counter that the quote was correct without even coming over to check the package. Good thing we suspected fraud because we took it to another post office which confirmed the price we figured all along. read more

Because the one in santa clara are all rude and unhelpful except the two employee who does passport. Thank you cris! Horribly managed. When i got there on a friday morning to ship out a package, the clerk was very unknowledgeable. I showed him what I had to ship and he said "i don't know" and then started pointing to random packages and telling me that he would have to charge me before I even picked out a box. Then when I handed it to him, he didn't even scan my package so the tracking says "package not received by usps" it's been over 24 hours. Never going to ship with usps again. read more

This location is close to my home and they are pretty quick with the line. No frills but very efficient.

I can't complain about this place. It is right around the corner from my house and the workers are always friendly. It's smaller than your typical post office, but they get the job done. They have a really small parking lot, but it's never completely full (at least when I go there). Lines are always short and I barely have to wait. Sounds good to me! read more

Waited in line for 20 or so minutes just to be told that I have to rewrite my customs forms again after I have written and sent many packages to an APO address. Rewriting it would be another 5minutes with the amount of things I have in the box. I have not had any problems sending packages to an APO address or with the customs forms since June 2014 and it is only this post office that I have problems with the workers -__- I am very detailed in my custom forms that even of the post offices I have been too told me I didn't have too and I could just fit it in one form, but this post office wants me to write 5+ forms, like really!? Waiting in line on my lunch break for a near 20min ticked me off already and then to be told to redo my form, that pushed me. Even people in line were just leaving, it was ridiculous. There is no more going here. Poor and slow service is all I can say. read more
