He is awesome and even retook photos until it was done well. The older asian lady working with him is awful, though. She wasn't even servicing us and still had the time to throw sass at us? Her attitude is so unnecessarily combative - she is trying her hardest to create a toxic workplace environment. Btw, I overheard that if you are exactly 5 min late to your appointment, she will go on a 15 minute break and close the office until she is back? If you have any question regarding passport per Simi they don't answer any question related on getting a passport. They are not allowed to answer. I was just going to ask if it's the same form for my minor, and by the time of appointment where and who should we talk to. She saw that I was holding the form and as soon as I approached her, she blocked me right away by saying "we don't answer any question regarding passport". She didn't even gave me a chance to talk or ask. She don't even know if I wanted any other service. So if you see Simi on a Saturday don't even bother to ask I guess she's only there to her co worker and sit there. A Lazy worker that just want to earn money but don't want to work. The person who attended us is the rudest and most unscrupulous person I have ever met in my life. She has that job because we are the ones using the service, yet she treats you worse than if you were trash. She speaks as if she's superior, and you'd better not ask her anything, because she'll respond in an annoyed tone as if you owe her something. I don't know why the person who used to help before wasn't there--she was kind and helpful. This one is not. This is theeeeeeeeee worst post office ever! I'm a small business owner who sends handmade candles to my customers. I packed REALLY well 2 packages and sent the out via this post office, same time, same day, going to Sacramento. 1 package is out for delivery and the other one is in some distribution center. Why couldn't both packages get delivered at the same time? Not only this incident happened. I dropped off 2 packages (different orders) and both arrived damaged. It's seems that WHENEVER I drop packages off here, something goes very wrong. My store is in Milpitas. I live in Fremont. When I've used the Milpitas post office, nothing ever went wrong. When we try to get the passport application info from her, she is not friendly and without looking at us and said all passinfo is on the wall. This review is only for passport application. We took our 4 week old kid for PP application submission. The lady is so rude that you will feel hell in that room. No sense of respect or having to deal with 4 week old baby. Never coming back to this place. She is there for 2-3 years now. Unfortunately my husband and I had a bad experience in coming here for Passport renewal. We're not even beginning the process we were already disappointed. The attitude of the lady was so rude and the way she answered our questions seemed so lazily and whispered voice. She had giving us an attitude that youre so stupid for your questions. They tried to deliver a package that required signatures a few days ago. Today, I came to the post office and tried to pick up my package. I wanted to come early because it's a holiday weekend and people have things to do. To my surprise, no knows where my package is. The employees were nice and accommodating but there was no package. You would expect a standard operating procedure with something as important as people's mail. I am trying to expand business, and at times, the only way to get what I need is through the mail. This complaint and 1 star is for the employee Leonetta Jenkins the African American woman working at this location. I came in asking for box recommendations for my items to ship so she points me to where the boxes are. I brought it to her and instead of helping me she laughs like a hyena loudly and says you can't fold the box? I told her I thought it was a courtesy to help out a customer and that her laughter was unprofessional and unnecessary. An older customer next to me showed me how to properly fold the box and I told her shame on her for not doing her job and not helping out like this guy just did. Her supervisor appeared a few moments later and I asked him to the front and told him about the experience. Once he stood next to her, she changed up her attitude and in front of her I asked her to laugh while her supervisor is next to her now while mocking her laugh. She got quiet real fast knowing seeing things got real. I wrote a complaint form in front of her letting her know this will be the last time she acts out like that with anyone. read more

Usually an extremely long wait so I try not to come at peak hours. The place usually is stocked with the most selection of boxes, packaging, and envelopes and it is larger than some other post offices. If you don't want to stand in line, the kiosks are your best bet. read more

3.5 Stars. If mailing packages this USPS has a drop off window on the right. Just print your shipping label at home using USPS, stamps.com, ebay, paypal, etc.. and tape it to your package and you drop it into the window without having to wait in line. They empty the bin behind the window when its full so very rarely the bin wont be there. It's only happened to me once. Other places don't have this and I always feel rude walking up to the front and putting my pre-labelled packaged on the counter because it feels like I'm cutting in front of a bunch of people. I also like this location because they open at 8:30 compared to the Trimboli USPS. Parking lot is also easier and larger to get in and out than the Trimboli spot. read more

I've had problems with my mailbox not shut and it's always the same mail person leaving it open for the fourth time. Sometimes I find multiple store prints crumpled and almost destroyed inside the mailbox. I think it's the same Mailer who I caught once slamming and not closing my mailbox before. I already caught her once and told her why she slammed my mailbox and she said she's too busy (??????). I'm really getting close reporting her to the Postmaster of the Post Office in Dusterberry branch. She did it again leaving my mailbox slot open today 10/21/24. I would like to give a huge shout out to Simranjeet Kaur (Supervisor of Customer Support at the Dusterberry Post Office). I had two missing packages that showed as delivered. She called me four times after I emailed and not only listened to me, she went above and beyond contacting a number USPS employees who were in our neighborhood that day. She was always polite, patient, and willing to listen. After 4 days of committed communication, we were able to find my missing packages. read more

Came here to submit my change of address and the person who assisted me was helpful. Although she had to check with her supervisor if it was okay to accept my change of address because my address didn't match my driver's license. It didn't take long for her to check, but I wasn't sure if that was some protocol. It's also annoying that you can't renew your PO box unless you are 30 days prior to when it is due. Last year renewal was $200 something for 12 months. I'm scared to see how much it is now as I had read some where it is increasing again :( read more

Service is very inconsistent with frequent incorrect mail delivery. Mail will be delivery mornings, middays and after 8pm. Once you receive, you will find neighbors mail in your box and visa versa. Worse, when calling the Dusterberry office their system will be busy after several rings so you cannot leave a msg. read more

We had a terrible experience with International mailing services with USPS. We were sending out an important document to India from the Fremont, CA postal office and the person at desk gave us the different alternative and the fastest one (based on our urgency). We went with the Priority express international service since the person called out that it would reach the destination in 3-5 days guaranteed as it is called out on the post office board as well. They charges us $90 instead of the $125 charged at UPS or Fedex. We waited for 10 days (7 business days) and never received the package. When we checked with the psot office supervisor he says "We are expected to say that the mail will get delivered in 3-5 days but this is not a guaranteed timeline since they cannot decide what happens in the destination country". When we asked why we were provided the deceiving information, he mentioned that the staff would have never said that. He did not care about anything that we had to say. Went at 9:30 am to drop off Packet for passport. Since I live fairly close, I knew better, but website said drop in service was available. I have seen the lines out the door in the past. Line not too bad. People had cards with #s. Asked where to get them? they said someone would come out of the back and give you one... I was SHOCKED to see elderly and handicapped people in line with no chairs or benches for them to rest on while waiting...Come on USPS... This is my second time going to Fremont US Post Office to ship some packages. The first time wasn't too memorable, but my most recent visit was excellent. Veronica helped me out and she was friendly and helpful. She kindly suggested I make adjustments to my labels, as she was concerned that it may confuse the delivery person. Overall, the post office is a bit run-down, but I am satisfied with the service I received thus far. Social distancing measures are enforced, so lines appear to be long but it moves at a fairly quick pace. read more
