There is not enough workers to take care of everyone that comes in to deal with their shipments, especially around the afternoon. Prices are constantly going up. I do believe they have walk-ins on certain days for passports. The last time I was there, they also mentioned that stamps are going up next month in July. Overall, customer service is normally really good.

She is definitely on point with kindness, smiling, bubbly personality, and super helpful. I spent a total of maybe three minutes in there tops. It was the fastest I've ever been in and out of a post office. They have a section for cards and packages like every other post office. Everything looked nice and neat. Affordable mailing. With that being said, this is not the best location I have come across. If your objective is to drop off items that have prepaid labels, then you'll be just fine. Sometimes the tracking numbers don't get updated scans until distribution centers (if you drop them in the box). But I've never had a package disappear from the actual location. However, almost every time I go for the last 6 months they have a permanent sign on the door that says "cash only, internet down". This is absolutely barbaric. You can't tell me there are extenuating circumstances on how this place can't get "internet" up and running. Their Postmaster should be fired. But overall, they handle what I need with no frills.

I asked politely to use some tape for the top of the package I forgot to seal. Old lady or grandma replied "you can buy tape or strips of tape". What????? Really this is America now???? Or is it at this location? Because at Summerlin post office where I always go to, they'll be gladly to lend me some tape. Never coming back! Grandma, don't be surprised when you ask for help one day and they'll ignore you or say you had to pay for help.

Located on the corner of Martin Luther King Drive and Wheeler Peak Drive, this post office has free parking! I entered the building, noticed that there is a self-service area and post office boxes, then placed my card in the slot for "stamped mail". Mission accomplished! There is a drop box on Wheeler Peak Drive if you don't need or want to get out of your vehicle... yay! It was a few weeks out when I had placed the reservation in the online portal though. The appointment time was at 3:00, but I was called early! The process was fairly simple, however, payment methods included limited options. The team member mentioned that I could visit a bank nearby and come back to finalize the paperwork process. After I got back, it was around 3:30 and I had put my reservation ID back on the check in paperwork at the front of the US post office location. I only needed to wait another 15 minutes until my name was called again. Service was fast! Hours for this location are Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M until 9:00 P.M and 8:00 A.M to 4:00 P.M on Saturday. This US Post office is closed on Sunday. Full retail services such as stamps, shipping, PO Box access, and passport acceptance and photo services are available at this location. There were a lot of parking spots available here too. It was easy to get into, one way direction, and back out to Sunset road. I'd recommend this location if you're looking for US Post office services!

I must admit the staff is pretty courteous and hospitable and I like their attitude when it comes to assisting customers. The only issue is that they sometimes get backed up, especially when there are a ton of people needing any services earlier in the day. They have a decent amount of parking, but there are times when I have had to stalk people for a spot. They have ample space if you need to assemble packages on site, which is nice. The postage kiosk is a good option to have, too. All in all, avoid the rush of first thing in the morning, utilize the drop off area or counter for pre-paid postage. Otherwise, be prepared to encounter some wait time.
