I have been going to this post office for awhile and they're hit or miss when it comes to whether or not there may be a line. If you're going early, expect a line. They have at least 1 or 2 people available to assist, in addition to the separate line for package pick up. I must admit the staff is pretty courteous and hospitable and I like their attitude when it comes to assisting customers. The only issue is that they sometimes get backed up, especially when there are a ton of people needing any services earlier in the day. They have a decent amount of parking, but there are times when I have had to stalk people for a spot. They have ample space if you need to assemble packages on site, which is nice. The postage kiosk is a good option to have, too. All in all, avoid the rush of first thing in the morning, utilize the drop off area or counter for pre-paid postage. Otherwise, be prepared to encounter some wait time. read more

This is my backup post office that I go to when my other one is too busy. I like this location even though it's a few miles further from my house. It's very clean. Very well kept. By and large, the people that work here are very cordial.. I wouldn't say they go over the top of being friendly, but they get the job done. And for a service-based establishment, that's the best I can hope for. Like I mentioned before, the lines can be very long first thing in the morning, as they open a half hour earlier than my usual one at seven hills. But the nice thing is if you already have stuff that is pre-postaged, you can usually just walk up to the counter and hand it to them. Bottom line? It's a post office, plain and simple. This is my local post office. They're awesome here and very efficient. We often ship a lot of packages out and they are there ready to scan them in for us with a smile and small talk. They finally got their lobby doors fixed so that was good because for a while you could only utilize one side of the doors for in and out but it's all good now. I've been picking up my mail from this post office since August while waiting for my replacement mailbox key. I even have the receipt showing I submitted the request months ago. During this time, employees like Nichelle, Keisha, Gene, and the supervisor have always been professional and helpful (ONLY THEY GET A 5 STAR). Today, however, I was treated with complete disrespect by an employee named Diana. I've never been treated like this for the past three months. She gave me nothing but attitude and refused to help. The only thing she did was rudely correct me when I said "Michelle," saying, "There's no Michelle here -- it's Nichelle," in a condescending tone. But hey, thanks for helping me get her name right to shout her out! She then told me I couldn't pick up my mail anymore and that I "needed to pay," even though I already have proof of my receipt. When I spoke with the supervisor afterward, she helped me with my mail. It was clear from her tone and behavior that she treated me differently from other customers. I truly believe I was racially profiled. The difference in treatment was obvious, especially compared to how respectfully other employees have handled the same situation. This experience was unprofessional, unnecessary, and completely disrespectful. I had been waiting patiently in line for approximately 40 minutes due to a printer issue. When it was finally my turn, I kindly asked for a pen to fill out my Certified Mail form, as there were none available in the area. The clerk handed me a pen but immediately became condescending and hostile, speaking to me in an aggressive tone after I did not respond to a prompt on the screen right away (as I was still writing). I calmly explained that I had been waiting patiently like everyone else, and that I simply didn't hear her the first time. Her response escalated, telling me I was not following directions and refusing to assist me further. I felt intimidated, disrespected, and unsafe--especially when another customer in line began yelling at me as well. I then asked to speak to a manager, and was denied, told flatly that I was not going to see one. This level of unprofessionalism, especially in a government service setting, was deeply upsetting. I left feeling shaken and powerless, and I am requesting that this incident be formally reviewed. I hope the security footage from that time can be pulled to verify my experience. I felt the need to write a review about the post office because I honestly don't think they do that bad of a job at this particular establishment. I know a lot of people get frustrated with with the post office because it can be a long way or an inconvenient process, but it's essential to life and we have to be understanding. As long as you try to go in before closing time, they will help you. I've even had some of the employees stay five minutes later so that I can send out my packages, but that's not expected and that's not their job requirement to stay longer. She is my favorite niece (don't tell the others) because she is so thoughtful - she had sent me a postcard and I wanted to return the pleasant surprise! This post office on Pebble Road in Las Vegas was on the way to our breakfast meeting place. I thought that a could just drive through and drop the post card in a drop box. Shucks... this post office does not have a drop box outside. After breakfast, I returned to this post office and went inside to place my postcard in the outgoing slot. Oh, well... The woman at the door is Extremely RUDE!! I came here 1 month ago and told it would be 2-3 weeks to get my mail box key, I came back on exactly week 4 and inquired about it , I was being kind and asking about it she was sooooo Rude attitude mad that she told me a few more weeks they are working on July locks they are behind. The line inside the USPS stretched the entire store I'm not even joking. This baffled me because where I come from the USPS offices aren't like this, but according to some pictures some USPS out here see these lines every day. There was only ONE worker that was working with any sense of urgency. All the other staff members were taking their time and tossing packages to the back with no care for the customer's packages. I missed my delivery on a Thursday 9/30 and it needed a signature so they left a note on my door to either pick it up or have it redeliver. I opted to delivery it on the following Monday since I will be home all day. I also opted to have the status texted to me. Monday came around and there was no text or delivery. I waited the whole day thinking it might come. I checked the status online and it said it was never processed for the delivery. I emailed them to see what had happened. Someone called me the next day and said that it should've been processed and deliver but it never went out. We had to schedule it for the following Monday 10/14 since I'll be home. I got another call the following day and was told they would be close. Don't pay extra for international priority mail. It is a scam. If it's not there in the timeframe, they only say it's not in their control. They charge you more and tell you it will get there sooner, then when it doesn't arrive on time they blame the other country. I paid for 3-5 days delivery. It has been over 3 weeks and it's still not there. Then they told me they need to wait 12 days from the complaint day to contact the other country. What a joke. read more

The workers seldom smile and are sorely lacking in professional customer service. This is the worst post office I've ever visited. Service is crappy, they barely offer solutions to any requests. All they tell you is 6 - 8 weeks for any request. Recently moved homes and went to find out what my mail box # was. They told me to wait 6 - 8 weeks and they didn't care if I had work related mails coming in everyday. I have to still wait 6-8 weeks. If they are unable to assist customers, they should hire people that understands the job or love their job. Needing a letter to go out today this trip to the post office was a must. This location is very close to my house and, I was so excited that it is close by. I was able to purchase a book of stamps at the kiosk with no problems. When I did arrive at this post office today the human employees were done for the day. The kiosk they offer in the lobby is available 24/7. The selection of stamps from this kiosk is limited but with such great availability who's complaining. Not I. I have visited this location during regular business hours and the customer service is so excellent. The staff here is always ready to help. They also incorporate the newest technologies to make the customers spend less time at the post office standing in long lines. The postal workers carry hand held devices and walk around helping individually each guest that are waiting in line. As long as your paying with the card, which most are these days; it's a quick swipe and off you go. Now, hopefully are the days of long lines at the post office. The feel of this post office has that small local feel where you wave to your neighbors. Everyone recognizes one another from the local area. This post office provides our local area with great service and is the glue that continues to hold our community together. Their outside landscape of the post office blends into the neighborhood. It is is very eco friendly and so well maintained. The reliability from this post office reflects in the carriers and how they are proving what a great post can do for all! read more
