Employees are alway polite and they make sure you're in and out as quick as possible.

Going to the post office isn't supposed to be this enjoyable, right? But like many places in Boulder City, the BC USPS is more delightful than anywhere else. It is well-staffed, courteous, and clean, and parking is always a breeze. It's everything a post office usually isn't. I came here to get my passport. My original appointment is had was canceled, but I was able to reschedule to another date and time that wasn't too far off. This post office wasn't busy at all. There was another family ahead of me. There wasn't a long wait at all. The staff was friendly. If you need to get your passport and don't mind going to Boulder City, I recommend this location. I received my passport in 2 weeks with regular service. I'm very pleased with the time it took to receive the passport. I wasn't expecting it to arrive for 6-8 weeks. read more

Three cheers for the Boulder City Post Office! Hip hip hooooray! Needed to get my passport and after trying to do a just do a walk-in at the a Henderson one and being turned away because they only take 12 walk-ins a day (which is not posted ANYWHERE), I decided to make an appointment online for this location. It was worth the drive to me so long as I'd be able to get my passport. Only about a 30 minute drive, so could be worse! First of all, Boulder City is so stinkin cute. I love the area so much. So any excuse to drive out there, even to go to a Post Office, is worth it to me. They still have grass there!!! How nice... We got there right a little before they opened and a line was already starting to form. They opened their doors right at 9am and we waited only a few moments in line. When we walked up, we had all our paperwork, birth certificates, etc. ready to go. The woman working was super nice and helpful and the entire process only took about 10-15 minutes. Super easy!!! She explained we would get our passports in the mail and our birth certificates would also be mailed back to us. Highly recommend if you need a passport in Vegas, make the drive out here. They aren't super busy and it was so quick and easy. Couldn't believe it! read more

Our one and only post office is very good the staff are wonderful living in a small town you get to know a lot people almost like Mayberry

The staff in here are so friendly, I was in and out in minutes, definitely worth the drive!

Asked a question about PO Box. The worker didn't know the answer and told me to hold in an abrupt manner. Someone else picked up who acted like he didn't have time to answer my question. Cut me off mid sentence. WTH makes people so damned rude?! If you have a job that deals with the public...leave your crappy, couldn't be bothered to do my job at home! I let him know how I felt and that he should not assume anything until he has heard a request and that I called for help and not be cut off mid sentence. I am getting lower and lower tolerance for rude people in customer service positions. I'm nice as pie until you're rude. :-/. I cannot believe with all the hype about water conservation. This Government agency had their sprinklers on full blast at 2pm in the afternoon. I thought NO WATERING was Monday through Friday between 11 am and 7 pm. I guess the government doesn't have to adhere to water conservation. No wonder our lake is over a 1000 feet down. Keep up the wasting Boulder City Post Office!!!!Someone needs to send the Golden Knights guy down there and stop this water wasting city government. If you put your mail on hold and request delivery in stead of pick up, don't hold you breath waiting for delivery. They promise to deliver on the final day of hold, but don't deliver for two days or until I go and pick it up. This is the third time in 1 year. read more

If you need a passport and you don't have an appointment you can go to the post office for passport services bad news most post office is require an appointment except for the post office in Boulder city blue diamond and Pahrump so pick your poison find your place and get it done. Good news is the staff at boulder city post office a very nice customer service is great and the speed is on point. If you don't feel like driving to Boulder city blue diamond and Pahrump also have walk-in passport services. Be advised there are new passport forms so if you pick up passport form from another post office please verify that it is the correct form or you will be filling out a new one on the side. read more

Usually when I visit the post office in this location there are very friendly staff members that are willing to help, today was a different experience. The postal woman behind did not have very good customer service skills at all. Her pessimistic attitude was showing with everyone and when I needed a little assistance in a simple drop off package, she pointed where I needed to drop off the package in a not so friendly way and just grabbed my box without confirmation. My dealings with PO's over a bunch of years fall into 2 categories - very positive or very negative. The BC PO is one of the worst. It really should not be this way, as long wait times are not an issue. The issue is a human one - sorry attitudes from counter help to whoever acting postmaster. After having a package delivery problem I had the unfortunate opportunity to talk with the Boulder City Postmaster. He told me he did not care what USPS policy is he is the postmaster here and it is done his way. I would have to say he is the most arrogant, rude and disrespectful person I have ever had to deal with. You can not expect much from the workers if this is what they have for a leader. The other postal employees in my two previous experiences at this place were equally as arrogant rude disrespectful .. They purposely frown ask and review their pre knowledge of their Q&A's for their seemingly own amusement .. This to attempt to out relay quickly your questions in a manner you could never understand without asking for a review ..
