Very helpful ladies working, great customer service! Definitely recommend coming here for your postal needs!

6-STARS...OH WAIT, I can only leave 5-Stars. Above and Beyond customer care. I came in for the first time based on Yelp reviews to take passport renewal photos. The young gal went all-out to make sure I was pleased, as I would have to look at the photo for the next 10 years. Competitive price put A&J Postal+ over the finish line...highly recommend this business. read more

2nd review. If you've been filling my reviews, you'll know that I'm a stickler for consistency. Vegas is so transient that oftentimes, quality goes out the door even weeks after a soft opening, leading to a big upset on expectations like biting into an apple only to find a worm. Not the case with A&J Postal - this family-run business knocked it out of the park again with their help in our need for passport photos. We're still debating whether we want to go to Rome on a pilgrimage to the Vatican or visit the Philippines (opting for Rome since we won't get mobbed by hordes of 'family' expecting a hand out). Anyway, the service is still great, it's convenient and not bogged down with long lines that you'll find at UPS. Great experience - highly recommend! read more

Great service and friendly people! Employees were quick to help me out. I came in for some new passport photos and got them taken care of within 10 mins. You also get to pick which photo you like. Prices are great and you get good service! Will be coming here more often for mailing service and future passport photos again! read more

I needed both black and white and color copies, scans of a few documents, a PO Box and overnight shipping and receiving of documents for a project while I was here visiting from out of state. They were not only able to do all of those things in one stop, but the quality is excellent, the service from the staff was really good, and the prices are very reasonable. Since my last review, we have made two visits to this location. The first was for notary services around April 2021 during the mask mandates and social distancing timeframe. The second was for passport pictures [early July 2021] after mask mandates were lifted for those vaccinated. The owners of this business have taken the necessary precautions to make it safe for their customers. That said, the prices for their services are reasonable which is why we continue to give them our business. We look forward to future visits and seeing them again. Many thanks to Joan for always making us feel welcome. read more

We always come here for our Notary Public needs! Joanna is super helpful and flexible. They were about to close and at the last minute we needed notary services. We called in and she said she would wait for us and she did! That in itself is priceless! read more

I come here almost everyday to ship and always receive great customer service from the owner and the staff. Highly recommend!

This is the only place my family goes to when we need to ship packages. They do their best to get you the best price on shipping and they are so helpful and kind. I had to ship an awkwardly sized painting once and they BUILT a box for it! I e never had any issues even when I ship holiday gifts to Germany. They do more than shipping too! They have PO Boxes, school supplies, cards and they are an authorized U-Haul Dealer! They are the best! Plus Yanni's Greek Grill is right next door! Yum! Don't go anywhere else. Go to A&J Postal+ for all your shipping needs. You won't regret it. read more

This was my first time coming to A & J postal plus as soon as I walked in through the doors I was greeted with a friendly smile and the two ladies in the cashier booth were very informative and helpful. I didn't know what I was doing and they walk me step-by-step as to what I had to do they both had a smile on their face when doing this I've gone to other places where the customer service is not very well. I will be coming here more often since it is closer to my house. Also, the value of the services were very cheap too very affordable. read more

Whatever you do, don't drop your Fedex or DHL packages off here... they will tell you that they will be picked up the same day, but most times, are not. They scan your packages into their system, but it is not registered into DHL's nor Fedex's systems until they are actually picked up. This is the worst scenario for any online seller with deadlines for initial scans. Furthermore, they make you feel unwelcomed when you ask to make an apt. for DHL to pick up same day, even if you arrive 6 hours prior to DHL's last pick-up time. The last and final time I went to A&J's, the "manager" who's been there for 8 years stated that she's going to stop accepting DHL because she didn't believe they were paying them. I spoke to a supervisor at DHL and A&J is indeed is being paid by DHL... she just hated the fact that she had to enter my packages into the system for DHL to pick up my packages while I stood there, because I couldn't trust that she would do it based on past experience. I've only been there 10 times in 10 years... and nearly each time, she is sitting around, with no other customers in sight. What's the issue? Why treat your customers as though they are inconveniencing you? Do the job you advertised!! This has to be the most horrible shipping experiences of my life, and I have shipped over 2 million packages in 30 years through various carriers. read more

First class service all around! A one-stop shop place! Conveniently located close to the airport and SouthPoint

A big shout out to Joanne who was working by herself when I went to go pick up a U-Haul truck. The only employee there at the time and she had plenty of customers in line. I waited patiently and she helped me out shortly there after and got me on my way. thank you so much Joanne for that wonderful experience. I will definitely use you guys again. God bless you! read more

I am from SC, and moved here June past, so I was shocked to find that a $4 notary in SC is $15-20 a piece. Having about 10 notaries I needed to have done, I looked around for any better prices. I called A&J, after about 6-7 other business, and the manger (a quite nice, professional, helpful lady whose name escapes me at the moment,) said that they charge _____for the first (I think it was $15,) and then 1/2 price for each additional. Off to A&J I went. I got my notaries and sent the packet off to SC to be processed. A week later, I got bad news in the mail. My paperwork was not quite right, and need to be corrected, requiring all new notaries. Back to A&J I went for all new notaries. While doing the second round of notaries, I mentioned what happened to the manager. She again was pleasant, helpful and professional. Well, the end of the story is that when I went to settle up bill, lets just say that she surprised me with a significant discount. I am very appreciative and will continue to go back to that store whenever there is a need. read more

Above and beyond customer service. I had an expensive item from the antique mall to ship. They recommended A&J and I am SO glad they did. The team helped package it up perfectly (12x24x30) in a HUGE package and it arrived across country the next week in great shape. Truly exceptional service and makes me a return customer anytime I need shipping in the LV area. Thank you for being awesome. I saw the customer care you gave EVERY person that walked in your door, they each felt seen as well. Keep up the fantastic service. Cheers! read more

What is there to say except this place is stellar! You will NEVER EVER EVER EVER want to go to USPS, UPS or FedEx ever again. Friendly smiles & prices that are almost exactly the price of going to USPS UPS or FedEx. They are just a little more because they are a specialty store, nevertheless worth every penny. They have trinkets, car supplies, even little gifts in case you're heading to a party later in the day or week. They remember your name & they are never in a rush. It's a family business so anyone working in the store is just super fantastic & related in someway to the family. Passport Photos, Business Cards, Web Design, & so much more. I love this family & I love going into their store. See you soon. I actually have to send something out in the next couple days. Lol. Much love! read more

Just on a whim I finally decided that it's time to get my passport photos taken for the first time. I was on the hunt to find a good place that would do them. I'm happy to report this place is the BEST. The owner was very helpful, accommodating, and extremely friendly. I was allowed to bring in my personal light source, I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable. It was very easy and fun to pick my favorite photo. I definitely recommend anyone to come to this place for anything passport related. read more

I was very fortunate to find this place as soon as I moved to Vegas from California a year ago. I can get all of the mail and packages a lot faster by using their service. I've been using the PO box here, which gives me an alternative address to use to hide my physical address from the public. They always notify me with a picture when the package arrives. I've never had to deal with my residence HOA to get a package because I use A&J Postal instead. Everyone here is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and understanding. It is super rare to find a business where you get the best service every time you go. Their professionalism, courteous correspondence, and sincere concern are so appreciated!! read more
