First I want to say, Good Customer service gold nowadays. I walked in the office Tuesday the 4th and was Greeted with a smile at the counter "How can I help you?" I explained what was needed. The Customer associate knew exactly what I needed. She assured me all was ok as she prepared the label. Since I had missed outbound for that day, she quickly provided me options with no hesitation. Due to the urgency of getting out she suggested dropping it off at the main hub across the street to still make it out that day. I was so impressed by the outstanding customer service and professionalism I called back and just had to talk with the owner. Just drive to DHL for accurate shipping and better customer service I called first to make sure they ship DHL, talk to the young guy (clueless guy)at desk told him 5 times it must ship DHL or they will not take my return for a very expensive item. He said $500 shipping cost in The box or I can use a bag for $300 I said yes must be DHL. Few weeks later the company refused my return because he shipped it with USPS and not DHL. I said DHL at least 10 times Called the manger and she has attitude on 10 says I can't help you and never apologized for her untrained employee and she hung up the phone. I've supported Post Max for years because Toni ran it with kindness and integrity. My annual rate for a mailbox was always a fair $96. I didn't even have a physical mailbox but was fine paying that rate. After the new owner took over, it jumped to over $200 -- more than double -- with no explanation and no added value. It feels like pure price gouging. To make it worse, I renewed early, then realized I didn't want to continue and asked to cancel before my actual renewal date. She refused. Customers should be aware that the current management's pricing practices and policies are vastly different from Tony's and do not reflect the same integrity or customer care. I hate that I'm now stuck for another year having to come in and see her face any time I get mail. read more

Robyn is the most incredible and professional owner of Postmaxx in Henderson. A USPS priority package went missing with a passport. it was a nerve racking experience that Robyn turned into relief over a few weeks of tracking it down ... communicating with the post master. She cared and empathized ... put every minute she could into making sure it was delivered. We thought it had very little chance of being recovered! She did not stop working on this until it was delivered ... today! We have never experienced such amazing customer service combined with excellence that is never going to be forgotten. I had a package to mail out and was headed to the post office on Horizon Ridge, but realized last minute the label from the shipper was a FedEx one. I found this store and saw they could ship FedEx so I stopped in. Unfortunately since I was not expecting to ship another method, I didn't have the label printed out. When I walked in, I asked the gentlemen who approached me if they could print it for me and he said yes and to just email it. No mention of any fees that may be associated. When the unpleasant woman behind the desk printed the label, again, no mention of any service charges. Now it was time to affix the label, so she tells me I need "tape service". This is $1. No problem, but would have been nice to have been told in advance because I don't carry any cash and could have made a decision at that point to leave and come back with the package prepared for shipping. I take out my card to pay and she rudely says "I can't take a card for that??? You don't have any cash?!?" I say no and at this point she angrily grabs my package, literally CHUCKS it into their bin, and goes back to assisting someone else. I'm left standing there like...are we done? So incredibly rude and unprofessional. Had I been informed from the get go of any costs UP FRONT I could have just left because obviously if I need you to print the label, I will also need to be taped to the package. Instead I was put in a very uncomfortable situation due to the horrid behavior of this woman. Needless to say I will never return to this store for any shipping needs and I will not recommend it to anyone. read more

I called and the owner, Toni answered and was a complete delight so I drove over and signed up. Since that time 3 mos ago I have super happy with the level of service.
