Franklin does fantastic with every job we send them. They've printed a lot of different pieces for me, from branded banners to 100+ stacks of collateral assets, and the process has always been a breeze and the product looks phenomenal. Highly recommend Kerry as a rep also. She always works with me to ensure our product is on time and we are happy with it, even when I have a rush order (pretty consistently). She also is fantastic at communication and follow-up. Literally could not be happier with their work. I appreciate having a reliable print company and rep to work with in my profession (Event Manager) where timely print jobs are critical!!! read more

I rarely have occasion to write a 5 star review, but I must do so for Franklin Printing. Besides having great prices and quality they have incredible service. This company Franklin Printing is terrible and not reliable because it took a month to print my receipt books. When I tried to call them they put me on hold and when they come back and they ask me the same question but they don't have answers for my questions why took them so long still not done. read more

I've had such great experiences with Franklin printing. My order always comes out better than expected and faster than expected. The Owner is so personable and also cute! The prices are right and the Quality of work is well worth the money. I've had him make me regular business cards and credit card quality business cards which are super thick! I highly recommend this place, 5 stars!!!! read more

Super nice staff and very quick turnaround for print jobs. Great prices too - comparable or cheaper than the best deals you can find online, and the big difference is you can have docs in your hands within a day or two! They were able to execute same-day printing of my small order and I really appreciate the effort they made to make sure my posters came out right - they even let me peek at the screen to verify the proof one last time before going to print. Looking forward to taking our next, larger print job to FDS. They are pro. (When it comes to color print media, you can't mess around!) read more

Excellent service! High quality prints. I cannot say enough good things about this place. My company attended a conference in Vegas and I needed booklets printed, bound and delivered less than 24 hours. I ran off the plane straight to this location. Samantha collected my half finished project, made corrections in photoshop, color corrected, retyped and resized and had my project ready for me in the AM on Sunday (she was kind enough to open shop for me to pick up)! Exceeded my expectations; her attention to detail was truly impressive! I'm so thankful and will go back next year for the SHOT show madness :) read more

We placed an order for some brochures. The color wasn't quite right and the print wasn't as crisp as it should have been. I was prepared for fight! Boy was I wrong. I went back to the office with my samples in hand to show them my concerns. When I arrived, the owner greeted me and listened to my problem and asked to see the samples I brought He acknowleded my concerns and agreed to reprint the order! No arguement. What great customer service! We have been very happy with all of the products we've purchased from Franklin Printing in the past! read more

I recently started an art store on a website selling prints of my original pieces. I went looking around for a good local shop as to support small businesses, and wanted a place that could give me high quality prints with definition and color that really captures what the artwork looks like in person... I placed an order with Franklin Printing online and was amazed at the quality of the prints when I picked them up. It took about 2 business days for them to be ready, but I also selected no rush for them at checkout, and still felt as if they were ready very quickly after they were put into production. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful, and I will certainly be using their services again. read more

Oh, Franklin, you have let me down not once, but twice. While the printing quality and prices are top-notch for getting a job done locally, delivery has been a disappointment. Now, granted, perhaps my expectation of a timely delivery is high, but two fails warrant comment. First time, I paid $15 for home delivery of an order under $100, and after multiple calls, I finally had to drive the 20 miles to pick up my order. It was a hassle, and their response was to simply credit my account $15. This past week I ordered post cards for a Friday delivery, and when I realized I wasn't going to be at home for most of the day, I called to say I would pick them up. Unfortunately, the postcards were printed at a different facility and were being delivered by UPS. I had a short window to pick them up as I had an evening event to attend. At 4:30pm the postcards still had not arrived, and I was without postcards for the event. I still think they do a quality, affordable job, and I do take a small part of the blame for always working on a tight deadline, but after two delivery disappointments, my love has waned a bit. read more

There it was- the middle of the night in Washington, DC. I was barely 10 copies into a 300 booklet job for my big Vegas meeting in two days, when the Xerox decided it had nothing more to give me. I called the tech, he pronounced it dead, and I hit the internet. After an hour or so of realizing that everything in DC runs from 8-5 M-F only, I realized that I should be searching 24 Hour Las Vegas. Checking into the standards (Kinkos, Staples, etc.) found me massively high prices and apathetic telephone service. I started emailing around for someone to help me, and not one of the other "We're here for you 24/7!" print shops bothered to answer email or phone. Finally, I dialed Franklin Document Services. Austen did a lot to calm me down. The job that I was thinking of as a monster wasn't anything out of the ordinary for them. The way he spoke, it was like I was more of a friend than a customer. He sent me a quote as soon as he could, and it was amazingly only a third of what the Kinkos staff had mumbled at me, and with more detail that proved that he knew exactly what I was looking to print. Use Franklin Document Services whenever you need printing services in Las Vegas. Period. read more

I LOVE Franklin! I use them for everything at the school I work at (I'm a graphic designer). We order everything from postcards and greeting cards, to large-scale banners. They are super friendly, their colors are accurate, beautiful quality, fast turnaround, and they make the ordering process easy to navigate. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Fast, professional, courteous (nice!), fair prices, super fast service. We needed rush business cards that didn't look like we printed them ourselves. We first went to the Fedex at Mandalay Bay and although they were speedy, nice, and convenient, their same-day business cards are on really flimsy paper stock. Not suitable at all. I called around for another same-day business card service, one that delivered, and decided on Franklin because they gave a considered, reasoned response to my initial query. My fault that we couldn't get them the same day because I turned in the artwork too late, but they delivered to us at the hotel by 10am the next morning. Note that if your order is under a certain minimum, they charge $35 or something like that for delivery, but we were happy to pay. Everybody I dealt with--Kerry, Michele, Mike--was extremely nice, professional, and knowledgeable. They took time to understand what I needed and when, and they were responsible, communicative, and good at their respective jobs. And they came through with rush, delivered, good-looking business cards! Huzzah! read more

I needed a very quick turn around on a complex print and cutting job. Franklin was unbelievably responsive, especially when it was determined the scaling of the final product was a tad off (as a result of my error) and the job would need to be reprinted. No problem. They jumped into action and had everything redone and perfect the *same day*. I continue to choose them for many other such jobs and don't see our partnership ending anytime soon. They're everything a service like this should be. I highly recommend Franklin for all your printing needs. read more

The staff went above and beyond to get our printing order that was not going to get done on time at another printer! They only had a week to get the order complete and the items were oversized banners for a stage production! There are no words to express how grateful we are for a company who's customer experience was remarkable! Our non profit company is also thankful for the value pricing. Knowing we were in a bad situation they did not take advantage of us. We are looking forward to moving all of our printing needs to this team. read more

Franklin Docs is seriously the best. I sent them an email asking about printing a small batch of wedding invites, and Michael responded right away. I had a little issue with packaging my files and sent a frantic email asking if it was too late to change it, and got a response almost instantly that it would be no problem. Then, my order was ready like MAYBE 2 hours later. So. Freaking. Fast. I've had my Save The Dates and Wedding Invitations printed here and everyone loves them. Plus, they're a local business and unlike those online services like VistaPrint, they actually care about the product they're printing and the customers they're serving. The prices are RIDICULOUSLY reasonable and comparable to getting stuff printed anywhere else. It's not every day that I get the chance to recommend a printer to someone, but I've already managed to recommend them to three people 'IRL' so I figured it was time to do a Yelp review. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you Michael and thank you Franklin Documents! read more

I've order all my business cards here including flyer and real estate type of sign. They're fast, efficient, and great quality!

We lost a loved one recently and had to travel to Las Vegas to make arrangements, a very heart breaking experience. So much to take care of, it was over whelming. We needed to find a company to make memory post cards and a program picture booklet. Not knowing the city or a good printing company that would capture our hearts and the spirit of our loved one, I googled printers in Las Vegas. a long list appeared before my eyes and I started wondering, how will I choose one from all of those companies. Suddenly the name " Franklin printing" stood out from all the rest, I took that as a sign from above and chose to go there. We arrived at the office and was greeted with a warm smile from the receptionist. We told her our story and what we wanted. She called someone to come and talk to us. A man came down the stairs and greeted us warmly and invited us into another room where we discussed exactly what we wanted, he listened carefully and took notes and after a few minutes he showed us the paper he was writing on and ask 'was that what we wanted?", we were amazed, happy, tears started to flow. This mans name was Justen, " the boss", he saw our hearts and our pain, he made our task comfortable and assured us he would take care of our needs. Not only did his company design our memory cards, they designed and printed our "Celebrating the life" of our loved one's program. We needed to have everything printed in a very short period of time with them scanning last minute pictures, they met all of our needs. Justen and his staff at Franklin printing was amazing and the end product was beautiful. They showed us love, compassion and treated us like we were a part of The Franklin Family. We surely believe the we were guided to Justen and his team by the hands of the Lord. Justen we thank you so much, and if we are ever in need of graphic designs and printing again, you are the " MAN". its worth the trip from Southern California. God bless you read more

My husband and I just had one of the nicest experiences we've had in a while. Ed Domantay, the general manager, helped us with a small photo printing project which we were unable to complete at the usual places like Fed Ex or Target. Even though his company does not normally handle small orders like ours, he took the time and made the effort to get us what we needed. If you ever have a commercial printing project FRANKLIN PRINTING is the place to go! read more

I can't say enough how awesome they are. I had a book made for my girlfriend and ordered it online. A day before it was supposed to arrive, I learned that it was going to be late due to shipping issues. I reached out to Franklin Printing and spoke with Kerry, who placed a rush job for me at 3:30 on Friday, and I was able to get it before our anniversary on Saturday. They were professional, and even went out of their way with the presentation for my girlfriend. I'll now be using them for all of my local printing. read more
