I asked for 50 glossy posters, sent them them a quick mockup from Canva because I'm not a graphic designer and we didn't have the budget to hire anyone and apparently the file size I sent was the wrong resolution and instead of notifying me they just printed the 50 copies as is of a useless embarrassing quality poster and expected me to pay for them because "they were printed already". Instead of continuing to argue with the owner because they were about to close anyway I just let it go and paid $108 for 50 posters and will never do business with this place ever again. If I ran a shop like this, I would test print 1 copy and make sure the quality looked good not just run all 50 copies and expect the customer to be happy...Yelp needs a 0 stars option because they don't even deserve 1 star. read more

I started using these guys because my company was already using them. They are a bit away from my office, but their prices are a steal and they are the nicest guys. I even use the excuse of going to chinatown/koreatown while I'm over there because they are so close. I probably would never get to this side of town if it wasn't for them but I've discovered some good stuff about Las Vegas because of it. Printing - They are a basic printer like any FedEx/Kinkos or whatever place, but they are family owned so it's nice to actually know the owners. They do a little bit of everything themselves or they have it sent out. I've always gotten good quality from them and their prices really are better than most. Like, noticeably better. I tried to price out companies closer who just couldn't beat them. Customer Service - These guys are great and definitely are friendly. We do so much business with them that they just have us mail checks and let me order whatever it is I need which is nice a lot of times.
