We reached out to David at Rapid Color late last week with a pretty tight deadline -- we needed 250 brochures printed for our Chamber of Commerce event in Las Vegas by Tuesday. David told us he could have them ready by Monday, and he absolutely delivered! Communication throughout the process was fantastic, pricing was very fair, and the quality of the brochures blew us away. He even emailed early Monday morning to let us know they were ready. When I went to pick them up, the lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. David exceeded all of our expectations -- Rapid Color now has a lifelong client. Highly recommend! read more

I had my real estate business cards made by these guys, and they turned out great. I recently ordered some cards for another business and made a mistake on the design, which I didn't realize until after printing. They were incredibly gracious and refunded me with no questions asked. read more

These guys are the best printers I've worked with in 39 years of business. They deliver an excellent product, and the customer service is amazing. We made a mistake and missed the deadline, and they offered, without us asking, to get us badges the same day. These guys will be my printers for years to come. Excellent company! read more

Absolutely 5-star. As President of the Southern Nevada Mensa Chapter, I'm expected to make SMART decisions in choosing vendors. And personally having been in the magazine publishing business for 20+ years, that expectation is ten fold. We used RCP to print our Spring newsletter and were beyond satisfied. So many compliments were received from our membership! Cookie B. SNMensa.org read more

I need to give them 5 stars because they made a mistake on my order. Instead of complaining or passing the buck to another department they immediately fixed the mistake and made perfect on the order. Their final products are always fantastic, but to have a high standard of costumer service is amazing. read more

I've been using Rapid Color to print my marketing materials for over a year now. They are very professional, and often make suggestions on how I can improve what I am doing. Recently, I got so busy I forgot to approve an order and they reached out and just asked me if I had forgotten - seems minor, but if they had let it slide, I would have missed my deadline (not theirs) and it was important to them because I was important to them. read more

I'm not sure if their service would've been good because the customer service Dale provided was horrible. He was incredibly rude and sarcastic when I spoke to him on the phone. So much so that I decided to take my business else where and pay more. Very disappointing. read more
