On 11/7/17 I contacted 777sign / JW Media, which is actually a factory store. I purchased four flags of convex flag large 28"x144" for my shipping store . After three days I went to the factory to pick up the flags , at 4050 W Harmon Las Vegas NV 89103 After a month and few days, two flags are already crooked and two more are broken! When I sent the pictures of the flags to the company, the owner told me that I had only 30 guarantee. when I tried to explain why it was unfair, I received a very rude answers and super rude attitude! stay away from those scammers , worst customer service and very low quality merchandise. read more

So. First off the people there are super nice and willing to help as much as possible. Second the manager Steve nice guy. The issue I have is the company they get their flags from. My problem is wrong pieces was given so I had to go back and forth picking up and dropping off. Third I could easily fix this issue with the pole and anchor and Steve was more than willing to do that. That's an inconvenience and why should we fix that when the company has faulty parts? I would give this review less that 3 stars but the employees there are really good people just really dislike the company they get the parts from. read more

I wish i could give this company a zero star rating. The owner raises prices without giving any notice multiple times daily. He insults his employees when they are designing for clients. As a former employee I experienced this first hand. Other co-workers have experienced the same. The owner is new but very rude and doesn't allow the employees to speak. He has told employees that they make him sick and they are uneducated. I would strongly suggest looking else where to purchase products if you would like to save your wallet. This company is the worst in the business! After preparing everything for them in advance it still took them 5 1/2 hours to create a brochure. The brochure was full of grammatical and spelling errors. I emailed them a total of nine times pointing out the items in need of correction. Every time I emailed them they would fix a few things but not all. And then they have the nerve to try to charge me another $280 for a design fee when they wasted two weeks of my time! Their customer service is nonexistent! Stay away it's been a total of three weeks I still don't have a brochure and now I'm having to contest the charges to my credit card and go elsewhere read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I wish I had never given this company a chance and emphatically suggest to EVERYONE to avoid them like the plague. I simply ordered 2 car magnets with my own, very simple design and I only received one of the 2 magnets I paid for and it was scratched and peeling on all sides. I requested a refund and have been given a complete run-around. They are blaming FedEx for the damage, although the packaging I received was perfect. Even if the fault lied with FedEx, 777 was paid for products and shipping that they did not deliver. They are 100% responsible and said they would refund the entire cost in 3 to 5 business days. 8 days later, no refund and NOW they say that I have to ship the damaged magnet back to them first. It costs $30 to ship. Yeah right I'm going to do that. Take my advice and don't use this company for anything. read more

Word of advice run away from this company they have the worst customer service and their product sucks. Yes they are very cheap but their quality is cheap as well. Just talked to RAYN at JW Media aka 777sigsn.com worst business practices i have ever seen in a business. i ordered 40 Banner stands and told them i was ordering them and they kept me hanging for a week! finally i called after the banner material i ordered from RAYN came in and no banner stands!! he said they did not ship because the freight was wrong? then he tells me its my fault because i didn't call the order in to him. then he tries to tell me that he will send it out FedEx but we have to pay the expedited freight because 6 business days later i call him and ask where are my banners? what poor customer service and now a nightmare for me as i have to get 40 banner stands by Tuesday! I hear they are good for banners, etc. But I needed business cards and saw one of several signs outside that read "$18 Business Cards" so I turned around and went back and went inside. I was greeted and I said I saw your sign for business cards. Young man said great here are our prices and turned the computer screen around and the lowest price available was $74 up to $259. He never spoke again as if waiting for me to make a selection. Is that the best price? "Yes". Thanks but no thanks....exit. "Have a nice day" lol. This is a sign company with horribly misleading signs promoting their "own endeavors", Should I decide to engage in misleading advertising I'm sure this place would come to mind first. Perhaps the most entertaining thing about this place though is the total lack of personality. These guys are like flatliner robots.
