JW Media - Graphic Design Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

On 11/7/17 I contacted 777sign / JW Media, which is actually a factory store. I purchased four flags of convex flag large 28"x144" for my shipping store . After three days I went to the factory to pick up the flags , at 4050 W Harmon Las Vegas NV 89103 After a month and few days, two flags are already crooked and two more are broken! When I sent the pictures of the flags to the company, the owner told me that I had only 30 guarantee. when I tried to explain why it was unfair, I received a very rude answers and super rude attitude! stay away from those scammers , worst customer service and very low quality merchandise. read more

Excellent prices and nice people. The process each time we order seems weird I guess they order the products and have them shipped to them so that's weird as I thought I was ordering direct from the printing company. But if that's what keeps the cost down then I will gladly deal with it! I have ordered business cards and a banner and never any major issues read more

Came in here today to order a bunch of stuff...and the guy that was working don't help us at all. He just stood there and look at us like he didn't wanna help us. So we left...don't come here. read more

Horrible guest service . Word of advice : Please have them take out your banner & display before taking it home . The manager Pong needs to have more passion in his job and title . read more

So. First off the people there are super nice and willing to help as much as possible. Second the manager Steve nice guy. The issue I have is the company they get their flags from. My problem is wrong pieces was given so I had to go back and forth picking up and dropping off. Third I could easily fix this issue with the pole and anchor and Steve was more than willing to do that. That's an inconvenience and why should we fix that when the company has faulty parts? I would give this review less that 3 stars but the employees there are really good people just really dislike the company they get the parts from. read more

Love how fast these guys can turn around graphics! Friendly, fast. I'd recommend using this team when in Vegas. Banners start at under 100 bucks Turn around is usually 2-3 days or less. read more

I own a BED & FURNITURE store in Las Vegas called My Fit I dont know what I would do without JW media they do my Business cards, Flyers, Flags, A-frams, banners, window signs, car magnets and more! ... they are very quick and high quality! i give them 5 stars and the prices are even better then do it yourself online companies! jw media = best prices! read more

They could not match my color and then would not give me a refund. I went to another shop and it came out great. I do not recommend read more

I would like to thank JW Media for their patience and helping us with PVP Zone. The people working there were extremely patience and professional. In addition, they also did a fantastic job with their prints/window tints. Although there were some slightly mis-communication between the two parties. Everything worked out in the end. Definitely recommend them and will be contacting them for future business ventures read more

They used to be really good 3 years ago , they had a really good team and designer doing their job and I liked going there. They something that all employees left at once and since then the service is super bad , the quality of the prints are way worse and the employees are very rude very unprofessional, have no knowledge at all in customer service and this is my experience that was the last time like a year ago and then the owner came and he was very nice and understanding and trying to help read more

Guys, this place is sucks the owner sold this place and since than they screwed up 3 out of my last 3 orders. Also the quality went Down the drain. Never again! read more

I wish i could give this company a zero star rating. The owner raises prices without giving any notice multiple times daily. He insults his employees when they are designing for clients. As a former employee I experienced this first hand. Other co-workers have experienced the same. The owner is new but very rude and doesn't allow the employees to speak. He has told employees that they make him sick and they are uneducated. I would strongly suggest looking else where to purchase products if you would like to save your wallet. Hands down worst company ever. read more

This company is the worst in the business! After preparing everything for them in advance it still took them 5 1/2 hours to create a brochure. The brochure was full of grammatical and spelling errors. I emailed them a total of nine times pointing out the items in need of correction. Every time I emailed them they would fix a few things but not all. And then they have the nerve to try to charge me another $280 for a design fee when they wasted two weeks of my time! Their customer service is nonexistent! Stay away it's been a total of three weeks I still don't have a brochure and now I'm having to contest the charges to my credit card and go elsewhere read more

If I could give no stars, I would. I wish I had never given this company a chance and emphatically suggest to EVERYONE to avoid them like the plague. I simply ordered 2 car magnets with my own, very simple design and I only received one of the 2 magnets I paid for and it was scratched and peeling on all sides. I requested a refund and have been given a complete run-around. They are blaming FedEx for the damage, although the packaging I received was perfect. Even if the fault lied with FedEx, 777 was paid for products and shipping that they did not deliver. They are 100% responsible and said they would refund the entire cost in 3 to 5 business days. 8 days later, no refund and NOW they say that I have to ship the damaged magnet back to them first. It costs $30 to ship. Yeah right I'm going to do that. Take my advice and don't use this company for anything. read more

This is the place I've been hunting for months. Tried FedEx and Office Depot and these guys kick their asses! Cambo designed a card (1000 for $30) and we got the best customer service ever...thanks! read more

Word of advice run away from this company they have the worst customer service and their product sucks. Yes they are very cheap but their quality is cheap as well. I've tried to give them the benefit of doubt and kept doing business with them but it's always something. The red comes out pink or they don't give you your order correctly. I don't like bad about a company but this last time they really upset me.... they would rather loose a client than to find a solution to their many problems..... I would give them negative 5 stars if I could.... JW Media is the worst. Cheap prices but also cheap products bad customer service read more

We needed new 5'x6' banners in time for an upcoming radio broadcast. JW Media turned out to be the absolute BEST combination of speed, accuracy and price that you could hope to find! Gunther was fantastic and very responsive to our needs, and helped us on Saturday as well! Thank you JW Media! read more

I ordered three large banners for a school event and they had it ready by the next day. The banners look fantastic and are great quality.

Been with JW Media since 2012, start up with our company's business cards, they design it for us for free, and the price is great. Fast delivery service!! We purchased flags and A-Frame from them too, the color is bright to catch eye and they gave us 2 upgrades to bigger size. George and Joe were very helpful, this month I'm getting some flyers. Recommend Joe's professional service !! read more

Just talked to RAYN at JW Media aka 777sigsn.com worst business practices i have ever seen in a business. i ordered 40 Banner stands and told them i was ordering them and they kept me hanging for a week! finally i called after the banner material i ordered from RAYN came in and no banner stands!! he said they did not ship because the freight was wrong? then he tells me its my fault because i didn't call the order in to him. then he tries to tell me that he will send it out FedEx but we have to pay the expedited freight because 6 business days later i call him and ask where are my banners? what poor customer service and now a nightmare for me as i have to get 40 banner stands by Tuesday! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! read more
