It is clear that 777 is capable of producing quality signs, however their customer service leaves something to be desired. I have placed several orders with them and the quality control and materials vary. In my most recent purchase the web portal made it very clear suggesting what vinyl would be most suitable, and since this was a large purchase ~$2k for us we called to verify before placing our order. Once the banner arrived we called and emailed image evidence to explain the banner stitching fell apart and the wind slits were cut upside down. The manager refused to honor my request for a reprint or partial refund claiming it is normal to have the wind slit cut upside down to the circle flops forward like a tongue leaving a huge white circle in the artwork. I attempted to work with the manager several times but they would not help. read more

A table cover that was delivered to my client (we're resellers like all their customers) was full of cuts. Of course the customer or myself didn't know about a 5 day period for returns/refunds so we didn't know about their defects and lack of quality control to have it replaced. I purchse all types of flags, feather flags, sign materials, banner materials and I have never had such poor chustomer service as from 777sign. On a 5x3' double sided flag with a poll pocket on the left, how much room do I need to accommodate for the pocket. How far is in the stitching? First of all, the young man spoke so quickly that I was unable to understand him. Secondly, he pulled the receiver back and forth so that his voice could barely be hear at times. When I couldn't get anywhere with him he said he'd go get the manager. This is a phone conversation. After ten minutes, and no one coming back to the phone to answer my question, I hung up. I tried call again and no one answered and the voicemail box is full. I sent an email to info@777signs.com explaining what occurred. No one returned my email. So, I called again the next day and got the same young man who still could not answer my questions. He suggested I download the template. I could not find the template but did find that if I typed www.777signs/template I could see where the templates were located. I found the one I was looking for but the download did not work. I tried several other templates to see if it was just this one. No, none of them worked. I called back and said the template does not work and asked for a manager. You see, last night he said he was going to get the manager, however, today there is no manager at that location. I then repeated my question and he finally told me that the pole pocket is added on to the 5x3' sized flag. That the pocket does not interfere with my design. Really?!? Something that should be so simple has cost me way too much time. It has given me absolutely no confidence that my product will be correct. read more

On 11/7/17 I contacted 777 sign, which is actually a factory store. I purchased four flags of convex flag large 28"x144" for my shipping store . After three days I went to the factory to pick up the flags , at 4050 W Harmon Las Vegas NV 89103 After a month and few days, two flags are already crooked and two more are broken! When I sent the pictures of the flags to the company, the owner told me that I had only 30 guarantee. when I tried to explain why it was unfair, I received a very rude answers and super rude attitude! stay away from those scammers , worst customer service and very low quality merchandise. read more

We approved a proof for a black table cloth with white lettering. We received a gray table cloth, and they tried to tell us it was because the file we gave them was not true black. Even IF the file we sent them was not true black to a computer, they still missed the mark because what we approved is clearly a jet black image to anyone's human eye with white lettering. Terrible customer service. They did not even attempt to remedy the issue. Will never use them again. Advise you don't either. read more
