I'm in town for the holidays, and discovered too late that another company had made a big mistake on a personalized gift. So I am left in the lurch 4 days before Christmas with a VERY specific gift and no way to rectify it, as most shops won't even take a rush embroidery order this late in the game (Dec 21). I called several shops and even went to the item's manufacturer's "flagship" store- NO luck. Enter 31 Kreations. Although plenty busy, they were kind enough to take on my job (and soon before closing too!), resolve the problem, do the custom embroidery at a VERY reasonable rate and complete it very quickly without sacrificing quality. They carefully matched the color, style, everything and the finished project looks gorgeous. They are VERY nice and have a wide variety of fonts, colors, etc to choose from- more than some shops I've seen. They are a smaller store, but don't let that fool you- they did things right all the way around. Staff was extremely helpful and patiently helped me figure out which size would be best, cropped it for me, totally knew what she was talking about. Said it would be between 20 minutes to an hour and I bet I got to text 30 minutes later. Went and picked it up and it looked great. Would totally use again. I love that I could go with just one shirt and the photo. It was $25 plus tax to put the image on so I can't speak to what it is if you buy the shirt from them. But I thought it was worth it to have same day!!!
