It was clean enough and well enough lit, so maybe it was just this one person. But I ship UPS all the time and everyone at the Camino El Norte UPS Store is always efficient, friendly, and helpful, so using FedEx this time was a disappointment.

I had a box at a UPS Store for years and I've dealt with many others here in town to drop things…read moreoff, some I paid for, some were returns, either Amazon or other things. This store is so greedy I do not like using them. I should have driven a little farther to use a different store. I will never use them for returns again. For Amazon, I go to Kohl's, and for anything else, I normally go to a different UPS. This is the ONLY UPS store I have ever dealt with that when bringing in something in a box with a prepaid shipping label, this greedy owner charges you a fee for the tape to close the box, are you kidding me? And the charge is $5...I can go to the store and buy an entire roll of tape for cheaper, but since Kohl's for Amazon does not require a box or tape, if I have to use UPS, I'll drive a mile farther and use a UPS store that is not so greedy and charge happy. Look for the next closest store, they will treat you properly for a prepaid package in the box that only needs a strip of tape.
