We called on a Thursday hoping we would be able to get a job done by Sunday Spectrum made it happen by the next day. As we were handling delays from our designer and traveling, James kept in contact with us to make it work. We got the file to Spectrum at 2:11pm on Friday and the materials were delivered to our hotel by 7:20pm (15 minutes after we arrived ourselves). We let James pick the weight and binding and the materials came out perfect! We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

When I was shopping around for a place to have these made I stopped by Spectrum Color Printing and talked with James. He was very helpful and showed me what they were capable of doing and gave me a quote on the spot. He wasn't pushy or trying to rush me to order. Especially with the military it takes time to get things approved for purchase. Once I had the order paid for he sent my idea to his Artwork guy Bryan and the proof came back to me in about 2 hours. He knocked it out of the park. It was better than we could have hoped for. Once we had it finalized James emailed me and asked if I wanted to come by and review the final product before printing all 500. Once there it was perfect and printed them on the spot to save me a trip back. I highly recommend stopping in and seeing what they might help you or you business out with. I was super happy with the results, and I also loved that they offer a 24-hour pickup box. It's great to be able to swing by whenever, rather than racing across town to get there before business hours end. The price is a little higher than what you might pay at a self-service print shop like FedEx, but I think it's well worth it for the service and quality. I'm in town for the holidays, and discovered too late that another company had made a big mistake on a personalized gift. So I am left in the lurch 4 days before Christmas with a VERY specific gift and no way to rectify it, as most shops won't even take a rush embroidery order this late in the game (Dec 21). I called several shops and even went to the item's manufacturer's "flagship" store- NO luck. Enter 31 Kreations. Although plenty busy, they were kind enough to take on my job (and soon before closing too!), resolve the problem, do the custom embroidery at a VERY reasonable rate and complete it very quickly without sacrificing quality. They carefully matched the color, style, everything and the finished project looks gorgeous. They are VERY nice and have a wide variety of fonts, colors, etc to choose from- more than some shops I've seen. They are a smaller store, but don't let that fool you- they did things right all the way around. I have never been to a business that takes over 20 minutes to even greet you and assist you. This is not a business that goes over and beyond to please its customers.
