THIS NEEDS TO BE ADRESSED HERE: So you know, you're returning a package from Amazon, or some other online retailer. The retailer pays for the return usually, right? You can just pop into the UPS store, they scan your code off your phone and return the package for you and that's the end of that.. WELLL, NOT AT THIS LOCATION! LOL. This location is pulling the good ol' middle man scam. They say they can't scan the barcode off your phone, you have to email it to them, and they have to print it, and that's going to run you almost $4, at this location! The receipt said "WORK ORDER COMPUTER RENTAL" lol. I uploaded a picture of it for you guys. This store is pathetic, go down to another location that doesn't pull this scam. Had a package that needed to be delivered ASAP, waited in line John was the first to greet us as we walked in. He quickly helped us with our box to get it where it needs to be, he even asked if we needed some stamps and mentioned that they offer printing services for stuff like fat head pictures which I thought was fantastic, we had some laughs and he truly made our day awesome! Service was quick and fantastic! Any time Im in town I will definitely be stopping here to do any mailing business as well as printing services and also recommend to family and friends. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE!!!!!! Over a month ago (May 9th), I entrusted for my WEDDING RING to be delivered to this store for it to have a safe delivery and pick up. I got a notification that my package was delivered and ready for pick up. I have proof of delivery documents from UPS. When I went to go pick it up, the young man told me they didn't have my package. Me being extremely confused, showed him the proof of delivery, and directions of how to pick up from that store and that it was indeed there, told me it wasn't and to file a claim. Ok so where is it? I reached out to the manager because he wasn't there that day, in which he told me he would look into it. He then in an email told me that the driver that day scanned the package using an employee that was not working that day to show it was "delivered" and what I am assuming took the package. It has been a month and it still not found. There has been no updates other than them "waiting for documents." This is beyond illegal and I have no answers and no wedding ring. They are trying to put it on the sender but the sender is not the one who scanned this package illegally and never delivered it despite having "proof of delivery." I also asked the sender to send whatever documents UPS is asking for and they told me they never got a request for documentation. The sender finished their investigation but UPS still hasnt when this was all THEIR fault. I don't know what kind of scam business this is but it feels like an invasion of privacy and this is ILLEGAL!!!! I've been waiting for them to do the right thing. I have spoken to customer service countless times and no one seems to know what's going on. Please do not trust this store with your packages to be sent or delivered there is something obviously illegal going on and no one seems to care. I guess the next step is to take legal action. Every time I use this location, I get prompt and polite service, especially from the manager, Francine. She is the best. Everyone gives the same efficient service here, but she has a very polite, competent, and customer-oriented way about her. I have used this location in the past and the service has always been decent. But with Francine's leadership, this location is greatly improved. Despite the more positive reviews and previous experiences at this location, I will never go back to this location ever again. I was the only person in front of the store on 12/4/2020 to wait for them to open at 8:00am so I can have some VERY important timely paperwork sent next day air to California. When they opened, I spoke with a female associate and she said if I purchased Next Day Air it would get delivered by Saturday (the next day) by 10:30am. That was perfect! She was very reassuring and quoted again EXACTLY the day, time, and location a then told me it would be $69.20. I was baffled and considered going to the nearest Post Office on Jones and/or a FedEx nearby. BUT She assured me another time it would get there by tomorrow, so I paid the $69.20 and felt better about getting this VERY URGENT paperwork shipped out by 8:06 AM. The next day the recipient of my paperwork told me they did not receive my paperwork. So, I tracked the envelope (see photo) only to see the label to SHIP my envelope was not created until 4pm and had an anticipated delivery of MONDAY at 10:30am. WHAT???? I immediately called UPS Customer Service and they investigated it and told me that the store made a mistake and created the wrong label and chose the wrong service and that I need to go back to the store and get a refund. They said that what I paid for should have gone out earlier in the day and not at 4pm when the label was created. So, I quickly went to the store to do that. When I got to the store there were two females working. I explained the entire situation to one of the female associates (I will call her Female#1 with dark blonde or light brown hair). Female#1 would not give me a refund even though I was instructed by Customer Service to do so. Female#1 said that she cannot guarantee when labels will be created. I told Female#1 I spoke with the other person who rung me up on Friday morning and that they confirmed MULTIPLE times that the envelope would arrive the next day (Saturday) at 10:30am BEFORE and AFTER I paid. Female#1 proceeded to say that she was not going to do anything for me and that she cannot find a reason why the label was created so late in the day. No apology, nothing. So, then I asked for her name. She would not provide it. SINCE WHEN ARE YOU ALLOWED TO NOT PROVIDE YOUR NAME WHEN A CUSTOMER ASKS YOU? I then asked for the Store Manager's name and contact into. Female#1 would not tell me who the Store Manager was. I am sorry, is this allowed??? I used to work in retail and cannot remember that if a customer requests Management info that they provide it. I asked for the owner's name and FINALLY got one word, "Todd". As if it was "Madonna", "Prince" or "Cher"! No last Name? She said she would not provide it. So all in all this is what Female#1 did NOT do: * Did not apologize for the delay and explain what happened * Would not provide me her name, Manager's name & contact info. * She would not tell me the last name of the owner or contact info but told me that she would take my name and phone number and share it with the owner IF he comes to the office. I asked her WHEN she expects him, and she said she does not know but that he comes in from time to time. WHAT? Basically, I would just be waiting on "the chance" that he walks in and between the two females in the store one of them may remember to hand him my info? Note, I did leave my contact info and have not heard a thing from ANYONE. I believe they are taking advantage of the pandemic and scamming people here and will overcharge and or will not take accountability for what was said and sold. I looked at my receipt dated 12/4/2020 @ 8:06am and it was "Francine" shown on my receipt as the Cashier (I think she was the other Female in the store when I walked in on Saturday and would not make eye contact with me when I was explaining the situation to Female#1). Looking at the reviews I am assuming it was "Jamie" who was denying my refund, being evasive and not being helpful at all. I hope to hear back from the "Todd the Owner" or Store Manager with my refund, apology, and an explanation for what happened. UPDATE 12/8/20: I contacted UPS Customer Service again (today) and they reiterated that a refund, explanation and apology should be provided to me by the Owner/Store Manager. We'll see what happens. Update 12/25/20: I still have not heard from anyone at UPS about my refund, explanation or apology. read more

Super dissapointing that no one EVER responded to my claim at the Sky Pointe location in Las Vegas. You claimed to deliver 2 packages to 2 different schools with the same item in it to 2 hard working teachers in our community. 1 of the driver notes said it was left at the school in front of the building because it was after school hours. I even paid extra to have it delivered during school weekdays and hours. Unacceptable! I am very dissapointed that after follow up calls and in person visits to follow up no one cared enough to even give me a courtesy call back as promised. Not even the manager who knew what was going on. They had my name, number, receipt copies, email, everything they asked for I provided. I was told all claims have to go through them directly. $3 for a shipping label to get printed. I in no way am expecting it for free, but this right here is straight predatory. Update: So I didn't come in here for printing services. I came in to drop off a package that I already had a label printed for. Unfortunately my ink cartridge was acting up and the barcode couldn't scan, so I ask if I can get one printed, not expecting it for free, but damn sure not expecting it to be $3. I declined. So all these franchisees do this? It's not UPS policy? That's even worse. So the reason I'm so appalled by this is because my family and I ran a logistics business for 30years. Even in the final years, accounting for inflation I wouldn't dream of charging a customer $3 for printing a shipping label. I'd feel like a complete pos. Different business ethics, I know. Shouldn't expect others to have the same standards I get it. So I updated this review because charging $3 for a shipping label doesn't deserve that and I appreaciate the response, but please consider lowering that price. It's an extremely bad look. read more

I usually dread going to places like these; expecting long lines and rude employees. Not this location! Jamie was amazing! She really me out with tricky packaging and shipping and provided very specific tracking. And I think I was in and out within 5 minutes even though there were other customers in the store. She multitasked like a boss, making sure to delivery great customer service to each of us. My niece got her birthday present within a few days and packaged so nicely. She might have been more stoked about the outside than the inside of the box! read more

I needed notary for a form in foreign language. I called the store first to see if they can notarize. A woman apparently was asking her boss what to do, and told me that if I translate it, they would know what they notarize, then they could notarize for me. I even clarified this requirement with her by asking if I could note English words next to the foreign words, she said that I must have the whole form translated. I spent over an hour translating the form as accurately as possible, finding all the matching symbols from the original form. The new English form looked exactly the same style as the original form, and with good quality of translation. However, when I brought both forms to the store, the lady called the boss, and he insisted that he would only notarize the English form. I told him that it was done by me, it was not official, and I needed the form in foreign language to be notarized, not the form in English. I asked to present my ID to him and to sign in front of him, but he refused. I told him I spent over an hour due to what they said. He pointed at the foreign form and said, "You could have noted English here." What?! That's exactly opposite to what she told me. He further justified his behavior by saying, "I told her to tell you that I can only notarize if it's English." That was a lie! I told him, "That's not what you said. You said I had to translate into English, so you understand, then you can notarize. It's uncalled for that you wasted me more than an hour." He never apologized. By the way, the next notary public notarized the foreign form no fuzz and told me that my understanding is correct that I just needed to show him ID and sign in front of him. read more

Wow can you say down hill. When we moved into centennial is was okay but was also the only one with in 10-15 min , The staff here are incompetent when speaking with their clients as they were very rude to myself and daughter, I came in to ship a box off to Texas a few months back and they way over charged me. Since then I have been using the UPS Store on Farm rd which is a little closer to my house but the staff are way nicer and faster always such a pleasure that and Summerlin downtown is a great one as well. Please think twice before ruining your day by visiting this dumb. PS. It smells like old gym socks due to the subway that has been there for years just seeping into the walls. read more

I recently went into this store to mail a small padded envelope. The clerk asked me to put my envelope on the scale while she placed store items on with side of the scale. She weighed the item and said this doesn't look right. I looked over to see if perhaps the items she placed were touching the scale. Looked ok. She then had me check the address which I noticed she forgot to include the apartment number and spelled the name wrong. She corrected it and told me it would be 12 something. I'm expressed that was really expensive and she said she could send it through a different carrier for 6 something but would take a week. I said sure that would be better. I filled out their online agreement form and put my card in the machine to pay. The amount came up as 10 something. I said the amount is 10 something I thought you said 6. She said let me see and was trying to figure out what happened. I decided since something seemed off with the scale, she forgot the apartment number and spelled the name wrong and over charged me I would just go somewhere else. I reached for me package still on the scale and said it's okay, I'll just go somewhere else. She smirked at me and loudly said really! I have your stuff right here! I don't know why she chose to make a scene in front of other customers. I just walked out and was quiet and polite. I think this store needs to train their employees better and maybe teach them to apologize when they make mistakes and not get attitude with a customer. You're in the mailing business and messed up the name, address, and price. read more

I frequent this establishment more often than I probably should, but I`ll admit I am an online shopper return-a-holic so I`m always dropping off packages here. They move pretty quick at this location, the employees are nice and helpful. If you have a package that is ready to go, like I often do, say so and drop that thing off and run. No need to wait in line. They are open on Saturdays. There is a Chinese place next door in case mailing things out via UPS makes you hungry. The end. read more

After a disastrous visit to One Stop Mailboxes and More, I came here to get my Printing & Shipping done. All I needed was to: 1 - Print a few documents. 2 - Package up some product. 3 - Ship the package via my UPS account. It was a bit of a process, but after a few minutes of working with the employee I was able to get the services that I was looking for done. She too had issues printing from my Flash Drive....when did it become such a huge problem to print from a Flash Drive? Overall, it was an ok experience.
