BEWARE: DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING VIA FEDEX. I paid $80 to have a small item delivered next-day from this establishment. Fedex rerouted the package and it was not delivered next day (which caused chaos for us because the item did not arrive as promised). Fedex is refusing to refund our money, blaming this establishment. This establishment is blaming Fedex and we are left with no resolution. This establishment didn't even refund the fee they charged either (something else to keep in mind). I believe Fedex is purposely giving us the runaround to waste time so that the claim window expires. This establishment manager informed me that other customers are experiencing this same issue. Save yourself this nightmare and DO NOT ship ANYTHING via Fedex. I hope this establishment reads this review and ceases business with them. If they continue business with Fedex, they need to explain to customers that Fedex is not reliable. Establishments that knowingly utilize an unreliable service should hold a level of accountability at some point. I guess I will never receive my refund and that is unacceptable on EVERY level. I've been a loyal customer at Mailing and More for years, but I can no longer ignore the repeated rude and disrespectful treatment my daughter and I have received from one of the employees, Tammy. In May, she was passive-aggressive, grabbed items from our hands, and was condescending when we asked for mailing help. I addressed it with her directly on the spot. Today, my daughter returned and was treated poorly again--while watching Tammy treat other (non-Black) customers with kindness and patience. We hate to believe race played a role, but the pattern is hard to ignore. No customer--especially one who's supported this business--should be treated this way. I called Mailing and More, Tuesday morning at 10:10am. 9/2/25. I was put on hold for 4:11 minutes. I hung up and called back. Same thing....she put me on hold again for 3:21 minutes, again. I tried to just ask a quick question ie; "how much do you charge for b/w printing"? She heard me, No answer, and put me back on hold!! Bad customer service. Also, in case you don't know, it is very expensive for every transaction. Advise that unless a total emergency go to UPS or other printing store. I received confirmation that my package was delivered to this location - a lady was rude as soon as I approached the counter (later found out she's the manager). She snatched my ID from my hand, checked packages for about 1 minute, returned and said it wasn't delivered. I tried to show her my confirmation text and email, but she refused to even check the tracking number. She then told me that it happens often that FedEx will send confirmation emails even tho the package hasn't been delivered. Sounded like a dumb excuse so of course I contacted FedEx and they had in fact delivered my package. I called the next morning, spoke with Lauren who was very helpful and confirmed my tracking number and my package had indeed arrived hours before I showed up the day before. My name was also written on all sides of the box...so either the manager can't read, or she is exactly who others have complained about in their reviews of this business - someone who clearly does NOT like people of color! read more

I'd love to provide you 0 stars but it's not an option. This place is normally fast. While there were 4 of us in line including me. The teenager you have working is working by herself. That's very dangerous. Anyway, instead of her boxing and packing this person's package after the line has been taken care. Or is it because she has early stages of dementia? I waited in line at the post office and will get out faster than you. You used to be great, but that has been long. I do try to support the mom and pop locations. The service here is hit or miss. A few times now, employees have given information that isn't correct or made things more convoluted than they needed to be. Once, I was sending a PERSONAL item overseas, and employees tried to tell me that it was mandatory to provide a tax ID for the recipient due to a "new regulation". I have been sending gifts and such overseas to family for a decade. I left took that same item to a proper UPS store and they said that a tax ID was only needed for commercial shipments. Another time, I had a domestic delivery all packaged up and just needed a USPS shipping label printed (which I had already generated and paid for but my home printer ran out of ink), and once they had printed my label, the employee made me open and repack my parcel to include a packing slip. USPS doesn't require inclusion of a packing slip for personal domestic shipments. Needless to say, I now avoid using their services unless absolutely necessary. read more

Don't go here! They will lose your packages and letters and blame it on the shipping service; when the shipping service says it was never given to them in the first place by the store. I made the mistake in trusting them to certify mail legal documents and now it's gone missing and no one seems to want to take responsibility. The store claims they gave it to usps and usps says the store never gave it to them. The tracking number also indicates the store never gave it to them as well! Will never go here again! Update 5/2 (10 BUSINESS days) for local delivery. Still lost and usps says mailing and more never gave them the mailing so they won't refund my postage... you guys wanna claim you gave it to usps, but they claim if that happened the mail man would have scanned it in at that moment... since it wasn't scanned in, USPS states you never gave it to them. Either way it was important legal mail that was time sensitive, that's what angers me more than anything and you people could care less. Go somewhere else people, this place overcharges and could care less about your packages and letters.! May 13th. Still missing and you people are silent... May13th- fun fact since usps has repeatedly stated that YOUR STORE never gave them my certified letter, I had to have the documents competed again by my attorney and re-mailed, this time at the actual POST OFFICE to ensure it was done correctly. Let me say that I've used this place a few times and they've been great every time I even made a customer account and didn't regret it However most recently, JANUARY 3 2021 I shipped a snowboard. A SNOWBOARD..... ....A HUGE LONG LENGTHY BOX....... Shipping tracking was never updated which led me to assume it was never picked up from their store. Went down there to ask and they assured me it was picked up. I asked what station the mail usually goes to? "no clue" I asked if they knew the worker picking up the packages on Tuesday? Great mailing location, close to my house! I've used them before to return my Amazon Textbooks rentals! All I have to do is just bring in the box with the already taped on pre-paid label that Amazon gave me and they handle the rest! Super simple and easy! The associates that work here have always been nice and friendly to me, one of them even pointed out the band on my t-shirt and took a few minutes out of their day to start a conversation with me! I've had a Virtual Mailbox here at Mailing & More for almost 2 years, and even though I live an almost 60 mile round trip away from the location, I happily make the drive to pick up my mail from one of the smiling staff members when I'm in back in town after an extended period on the road for work. Having the ability to see all the mail I receive on my phone, and then having the option for each mail item to be shredded, forwarded, or even opened and scanned while I'm on the road (since I travel frequently for long periods of time for work, but I call Las Vegas home) is a very comforting feeling, especially when it's done by an awesome and competent team, lead by manager - and I believe owner - Neil, instead of asking a neighbor or roommate that you hope doesn't snoop, or doesn't forget, to check your mail for you. The Manager, Neil, is fantastic. I left town the day before my absentee ballot arrived in my post box for the 2018 Nevada Elections. Luckily because they take a picture of the mail for you, I knew it was my absentee ballot. I called Neil, and he got straight to work making sure that I got my ballot forwarded to me ACROSS THE COUNTRY in time for me to fill it out, and he also included return postage to get it back to The State of Nevada in time for my vote to count.
