I…read morebrought my 7-year-old daughter with me, and as soon as we walked in, I was warmly greeted by the woman at the front desk. She explained everything clearly and showed me how to scan the board to fill out my information. While I was completing the paperwork, another staff member was cleaning the lobby area which already looked spotless! They even had a screen with Candy Crush that kept my daughter entertained during the short wait. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail and kindness from the staff. I explained how to pronounce my name (it's not an easy one), and both employees made the effort to say it correctly afterward. That meant a lot to me. The technician also reminded me to put my ID away after returning it which honestly helped because with my ADHD, I probably would've forgotten it there. They offered to let my daughter come back with me during the fingerprinting process, but she was comfortable sitting at the table in the back. The actual fingerprinting took less than 5 minutes, and Sara, the technician, was incredibly friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. The entire office was clean, organized, and welcoming. One employee even apologized for "the mess," but there truly was no mess at all! I was in and out within about 15 minutes total. I highly recommend Fingerprinting Express for any fingerprinting needs. They also offer notary, passport, and visa photo services, and I would absolutely return for those services in the future.

Went here a few weeks ago for passport pictures for a European passport. When applying for the…read morepassport it turned out to be the pictures didn't meet the standards required. Something that should not happen if you advertise you can provide this service. I had to make new ones on the spot costing me extra. When contacting the company over the phone they simply pointed out their no refund policy and basically told me it was my fault and should have checked it. When you offer services and have people pay for it I expect that the product is correct and they know what they are doing. Long story short, better to find a photographer that your embassy or consulate approved instead of going to fingerprint express and be swindled out of your money.

He promptly responded and put me on schedule at my requested location on a Sunday morning at 8 am. This was perfect for our situation as my grandpa needed to sign as well and Sunday mornings are the one day we both see each other since we live in opposite sides of town. Michael communicated well and during the notary was both very professional and meticulous. He thoroughly reviewed the documents and even let us know that they had been prepared properly to later be recorded without issue. His final price was reasonable and close to the amount we had discussed. Overall I was very impressed with the experience, price and professionalism in which the notary process took place. As a 26 year old, I am often not taken seriously when it comes to handling these mature transactions but Michael never made me feel that way.... again just very professional and meticulous. I will definitely be using his services again should the need arise.

On top of that, toss this string into the time of Covid-19, and it's been a doozy of a time. We've been struggling making sure we both can arrange times to go to a notary for a slew of time sensitive documents we needed filing, and with most places having reduced hours, and us worrying about furloughs, bills when we had been laid off, it's just been... well, man... it's just been a hell of a struggle. In comes Alisa at Mobile Notary 911. She was extremely prompt in response when we asked for a quote, and as here before we knew it when we agreed on it. She explained everything, performed double checks, and crossed every T and dotted every I . There was an extra charge for evening services, but it was well worth it for my wife and I, and the fact that she was able to fit us in the same evening took that much more weight off our shoulders in being able to file all these papers sooner, rather than later. Definitely would use again, and totally recommend!
