I did see a family dropping off a bunch of packages, and I can confirm that the employee that was entering their packages into the system, took his time and scanned every single one and he was careful with the packages. The pricing here is noticeably higher than other print shops in Las Vegas, and unfortunately, the customer service doesn't come close to making up for it. What stood out the most was the lack of support for fellow small businesses. Instead of being collaborative or even just courteous, the interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. That's disappointing especially when so many other local print shops in the area go out of their way to be helpful, encouraging, and community-driven. I actually visited several print shops in Vegas that offer more competitive pricing and treat customers (and other entrepreneurs) with respect. I won't be returning.

I believe Fedex is purposely giving us the runaround to waste time so that the claim window expires. This establishment manager informed me that other customers are experiencing this same issue. Save yourself this nightmare and DO NOT ship ANYTHING via Fedex. I hope this establishment reads this review and ceases business with them. If they continue business with Fedex, they need to explain to customers that Fedex is not reliable. Establishments that knowingly utilize an unreliable service should hold a level of accountability at some point. I guess I will never receive my refund and that is unacceptable on EVERY level. Every time I stop by they always say hello and welcome the moment you walk into the door. I've never experienced such nice people anywhere else who consistently greet you like this.
