I had a box with a pre printed shipping label that I brought in to drop off and it needed to be taped close. Guy pointed to the wall for me to buy tape. I've done notary's here, mail and shipped out things before. Bought stamps. I say this because it was just a little tape. I left, went to another store and tested them by not saying anything about previous experience and they taped it up for me without hesitation. These people are cheap. They won't provide drop off receipts. They made me go to the actual post office to drop my package off that already had a prepaid label just to get a receipt. At this point just make a gofundme if giving out receipts is so financially straining. read more

I first started coming here when I bought a business up the street from this location. I have since sold that business but still consider this the most reliable spot for all my shipping needs. Arrived with a large order of 20 boxes going to 20 different locations. They wanted me to just leave my packages and they would scan and label them later and email me with the shipping info later. I wanted them scanned and labeled in my presence and they said that would take a long time and they would stop working on my packages to help others that came in first. Even with my large order, they didn't treat me as a valued customer and put small order customers ahead of me. They did not get my business. read more

I've always had great help here when shipping anything, they will box up whatever you need and make sure it's secure. Always a happy face whenever I have gone. I had to send out a skateboard and an espresso maker and both were packed up for me because I didn't want them to get damaged during shipping and I felt as though the boxing was a fair price for both. Charge you $.60 for every credit card transaction. Not sure why this is the only place in the complex's that does it. Perhaps not enough business. Also, don't have enough cash on hand to accept $100 bills. Go to the UPS store just up the road. read more

Great place to do all your office needs. I always come here to drop off packages, mail and to fax papers. I used their computer service once to print something out. Everyone is always very helpful and friendly. If you have any packages that gets shipped to your house, they take your bubble wraps & popcorn to reuse. Loving the recycle service. Oh!
