I prefer Postnet over UPS Store. They are more efficient and have multiple options for printing, scanning and mailing. For Halloween, they have buckets of candy throughout. Post Net has been a life saver for me around town. I'm glad this location has the same great customer service and prices. I don't have much to say except I'll stop in for copies, sending things out, or packages. They have copy services, mail services, and I believe they have a computer you can rent time on. There's private mail boxes, envelopes, and I believe it's a drop off spot for most delivery services. I appreciate that it's a lot easier to use than the post office. I often go here for tracked mail. read more

I came in to drop off a FedEx package and was told they don't accept QR codes which is understandable and my mistake. However she quickly said that she could print my shipping label for me if I emailed it to her. They actually offer printing services that you must pay per page but she did not specify that's what I was doing. She had a coworker print my shipping label and then charged me for printing. I told them they didn't tell me it was an extra service, and next time they have to let customers know if it's an extra charge service. They knew I was just trying to drop off a prepaid shipping label and just wanted to make extra money off me. I don't find them to be transparent nor honest. I would never trust them with a bigger project because they would probably not be very communicative about pricing. read more

I do a lot of shipping, but not always at office to get it done. This place is 100% an extension of my office! No matter how busy they are, or if a customer is being difficult to them, you are always treated brilliantly. My experience was with Ayi. She was helping a very difficult customer when I walked in and she had all the patience in the world. I would have asked the lady to leave the store. I walked up to the window, expecting poor service, because of what had happened and she proceeded to help me with a smile and solved my problem like a champ. UPDATE 5/30/2020 I have done business with this business for 3 years now. I continue to have friendly, excellent service, every time. These are good people. I still recommend highly. Even thru COVID-19 they showed up and took care of business despite potential risks, and aside from reducing hours a little bit, which is understandable, they took care of business. I just went in to drop a package off but the two ladies there were very nice and smiling.

What a horrible experience. I walked in with some simple things to mail. I was informed that they were busy with a project. Then the cashier was totally slow in trying to find mailing options. In the meantime she was flirting with every DHL and UPS rep who came in. No words to describe. I honestly didn't care about all that but it was making her take such a long, long time for such a simple task. When I asked her how it was going she shoved my packages back at me. I will NEVER go back. My strong suggestion is to look for a location that has some people working there with some maturity. Hate wasting time with people of that nature. read more

Aru, the manager, is an awesome guy! Took care of everything for me. Printed off the paper, notarized the letter, sent it off with FedEx, and gave me a free copy. Will be coming back! Rundown of the visit: Came by right before 4:30, wanted to notarized a document and overnight it with USPS. He had send it to his email, he printed it off. He told us that USPS is done for the day, if we need it delivered ASAP, use FedEx overnight. When he saw it was going to be sent locally, he suggested ground since it'll be cheaper. Notarized it with ease, and then gave me a free copy. Also asked about their mailboxes, $10 per month. Wow! Great deal, definitely will be signing up when I come back to town. read more

The dude doing notaries, older guy in his 40s or 50s was the rudest guy in history. Very bossy and difficult. He wouldn't let us hand write in the blank fields on a document we created. Blamed us for "getting a document online" which wasn't the case. We personally wrote it. And just wanted it signed. After arguing back and forth that it's not illegal to hand write in blank fields. He kept on about him not being liable for empty fields. We told him he isn't liable if we hand write it. Finally, he repeated what we said, as if he was the one that came up with it. He is so consumed with being right that he had to make it seem like that's what he was saying all long. Either way. I would have been ok with him being right, as long as we got our document complete. But as I went to write in the field he yanked the paper from underneath my hand and said "NO, I need you to sign my book first". That was ridiculous. This guy just wants to bully us to doing things his way. Lastly, after we did the whole book thing. He wanted us to write additional items in the blanks we weren't comfortable with and had nothing to do with him. HORRIBLE Customer service. I then went to the UPS store down the street at downtown summerlin. And they notarized it fine. read more

What a fiasco! I waited 20 minutes. They work like they have two thumbs. After waiting so long they wanted to charge $120 to send a medium box to Hawaii. I went to the REAL POST OFFICE. it took 5 minutes and they charged $60! read more

I'm only a few doors down from a UPS but I've had so many issues I rather drive the extra two blocks to come to this post net specifically. I've been using the Post Net for years because of convenience. THANKFULLY they now have a NEW owner and STAFF! They are the most courteous and helpful PostNet staff I've ever dealt with. Even though I have my own FedEx account and just use them for drop off they treat me with great customer service. Because I have my own account they make very little money from me dropping off my packages for FedEx pickup but he still treats me like a full paying customer. If the owner is there he takes time to inspect every package I drop off to make sure the labels are correct and that the package will be delivered with no problems. It's post net I'm not sure what people expect.. Anytime there is a middle man that provides additional services it's going to cost. Yesterday I had to mail something and didn't feel like going to the post office! All I can say is that it's a one stop shop mail service and or business type of transactions such as faxing and notary services. I'm sure to mail certain items depending on where you want it to go and how much it weighs, chances are the post office may be cheaper? Anyways it served its purpose for me! I usually go to the PostNet on Jones but I needed some blueprints printed for a renovation I am doing on my home. My normal PostNet couldn't accommodate me so I looked for a different one when I found these guys. They were so awesome and helpful, they did not charge a set up fee and they only charged $1 a page for my blueprint printing. They also informed me that I can just email them the blueprint and they will have it ready for pickup. They are so great and amazing that my love for PostNet has grown even greater. read more
