In this case UPS could stand for Ultimate Personal Service...or better F.U.P.S. Fabulous Ultimate Personal Service...welcoming, efficient, value. Bravo Fred and friends at the UPS Store 4103. I stood in line at the post office only to find I had to return an Amazon purchase at a UPS Store...who knew? While at the post office I was prepared to purchase an $8.00 mailing envelope, instead I decided to do everything in one place. No lines at the UPS store, the envelope I was going to purchase was only $1.00, and I was greeted by 3 smiling faces...great start. Better ending, Fred told me I did not need the envelope and the shipping was free. Today I received my refund. Fabulous Ultimate Personal Service at Fred and Friends UPS Store. read more

I returned because the notarized documents were signed incorrectly. The ladies were very kind, but Christopher was rude and disrespectful. He called me crazy because I wanted a resolution for something I had spent my hard earned money on and wasted time to obtain my children's passport. Someone with such disrespect and ignorance should never be employed in an establishment where integrity and professionalism are expected. read more

*DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED A DOCUMENT NOTARIZED* needed a power of attorney signed and the man (and whoever he asked to doublecheck) told us the person NOT SIGNING had to be present when that is not true. granted, he does not have to sign if he doesn't want to, but you should not have a notary license if you don't know what you're doing. wasted my time looking for another place to notarized my document when i live 2 minutes away and thought i could get everything done there. read more

I haven't had the best experience at other UPS locations so I wanted to try this location to mail my package out. Christopher quickly greeted me upon entering the door and he was more than happy to help me. He made the shipping process painless and so simple! I was out the door in just a couple minutes. Thank you Christopher for the exceptional customer service! They need more people like you at other locations around Vegas. read more

This is a great location of The UPS Store. The staff is friendly and super helpful. I need to send a dress back for my wife. She sent me with detailed instructions and a look that said don't mess up! I walked in with the paperwork, instructions, open box, and tape in hand. The lady behind the counter stopped me before I could ask for help. Like a shining light form above she took care of the whole thing! I did not even have to provide my own tape, and I walked out with a receipt for my wife as verification of my victory. Thank you UPS store you guys rock. You made me a hero today ! read more

I have used this store for years and it is, finally, time to give them giant kudos for their consistently excellent service and professional and polite employees. I get a warm friendly greeting EVERY time I step inside this store and they are always helpful and efficient. I love the fact that there is always nearby parking and my visits are always hassle free. Thank you to this awesome team! read more

Went in to mail some keys that needed to be overnighted. Process was really simple, guaranteed arrival at noon next day. It arrived. However, it was just an empty envelope, no keys, no sign of tampering. Not going to point fingers at anyone. They were really nice about taking info and putting in the claim. Could have happened in the shipping facility. But an empty envelope? Really? Needless to say this has caused huge problems because those keys were pretty important. Hopefully they can locate them soon but I don't have my hopes up. I don't leave reviews often but this has caused a massive inconvenience for multiple people. read more

Quick easy and good service. I always need to send things whether it be packages to friends, sending taxes, gifts for birthdays. I'm new here to Las Vegas and have been trying to find "my store." Well here it is. This place was decently busy, but for this particular time, all I needed to do was return an Amazon package. I had the package already packed, labeled properly and ready to go, so when the worker was helping someone else which took awhile, he asked if this was an amazon package and just told me to leave it and he'd take care of it. Wow that's pretty amazing. It's rare to see anyone multitask in a job, you actually have to care and here I am talking about it. I have come back here a few times since and this is a very good location. read more

QUICK & EASY, & HELPFUL just they way I like it!! And I'm appreciative for helpful staff. Thanks. Great UPS location.

Very helpful fast and efficient! Will be returning to this store because of their excellent customer service

Very helpful and friendly staff. Always takes time to answer questions. Very convenient location and easy parking.

Probably one of the most unethical businesses I have encountered. I came in today as I needed a check printed . I walked out after they attempted to charge me $3.50 to print 1 page. They charge $3 to receive the email, and $.50 per page. Do yourself a favor and stay clear if this place. TOTAL SCAM!!!! read more

The girls in the store were more the helpful especially around Christmas time. I was mailing a prepaid package small went to another UPS they said I had to go to a post office. They explained as long as it's not a huge package or food ect they could do it. Not only did they do it they help me wrap the tape along the boxes. I will always use this store thanks too Tara and Vaida. They were friendly helpful and they honestly saved my time esp. around Christmas gong to the post office. I will only go to this UPS in the future thanks to Tara and Vaida read more

WOW!! The customer service here is BEYOND amazing. I honestly wish I had more shipping needs. The employees at this location need to write a book on customer service because WOW! You may be wondering why they have three stars...ignore that. I went through the reviews and the most recent one star review was two years old. Most of the negative reviews are AT LEAST five years old. I'm not sure where the change happened, but this is location is NOT deserving of three stars. This is the easiest five stars I have ever given out. I had a package forwarded to this location; after work I went to check and see if it was delivered. Upon entering the store, I was instantly greeted even though they were working with another guest. I observed as they helped her. She didn't speak any English at all and the two employees couldn't have been any more patient and helpful if they tried. They made sure to get her exactly what she needed even with the language barrier. Fred let the other employee finish up as he assisted me. I explained I was having trouble getting a package delivered and finally had them forward it. He looked through all the packages and couldn't find it but insisted on helping me. He gave me all the times the trucks would be in and out of there and took my name and number to personally call me when my package arrived. The next day came and I was going to go again after work. Places always say they'll call and never do, why would this be any different? I was wrong!!! I received a call bright and early in the morning stating that my package was there. Bonus: it was even Fred that called. The employees went through the effort of forwarding my information on to be sure I knew exactly when it arrived. When I got to the store, the gentleman that helped me was also extremely friendly. I couldn't be any more impressed by this location's customer service and professionalism! read more

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Up keeping of the store was a big bonus for me. Coming into the UPS store and seeing how organized it was set standards for me. The staff!!!! Amazing people!!! Tara, Isaiah, and Princess have the most friendliest attitude. Their smile definitely helped with the stress I was facing with shipping items off. They have made my visited well worth it. I would definitely come back to this location for all my shipping needs. Thank you for all your hard work, patience and dedication. You guys are awesome... read more

Great customer service and always willing to help I recommend this UPS store go here all the time

I like the convenience of the UPS Store on the corner of West Charleston Blvd. and Durango. There is a Chevron and CVS in this location at the Durango Commons. The U.S. post office branch is on Town Center near the Summerlin Parkway in Summerlin at The Trails. Therefore, I save time by planning my errands to access services at the Durango Commons. Another time saving factor is the line at the UPS Store rarely has more than one other patron waiting for service. I appreciate the friendly and quick service. The UPS Store offers a variety of copying services including self-service photocopiers. If I want to quickly complete a task, I can depend on the brevity of my visit and availability of service. The Albertsons on Buffalo at Vegas no longer has copier and driving to FedEx Kinkos is at Tenaya and Lake Mead is away from my usual commute. read more

The UPS Store - Get a key made. 4) #Yelp100LasVegas - Shipping Centers Near Me - Las Vegas, Nevada

What a ripoff. I attempted to return something I received from Amazon via USPS. The envelope and contents weighed 1.6 ounces. This store tried to charge me nearly 9 dollars (to return a 15 dollar item in a small envelope, the same one that the Amazon seller used). I questioned the sales clerk and he told me "if you don't want to pay it, take it somewhere else". I did, the Post Office. Total cost, $1.29. Not only are their shipping charges outrageous, their staff is rude and basically have a take it of leave it mentality. I left it and so should you. read more

Tried to charge me $46.00 for something that was already paid for on the other end. I said no, went to a different UPS store, completely free. Dodged a rip off there. The reasoning behind it is that this one is "franchised" so you must buy their 46 dollar box. Don't spend money here until you price check with the one on Sahara. They wasted my time for an entire day, but luckily I was smart enough to dodge them stealing my money. You are welcome! read more

My email print requests are always completed before walking into the store! No unnecessary waiting while they look for your email, it's done and in a clean envelope waiting your arrival! The staff is always friendly and professional! read more

Peter!!! I cant say enough great things about him. The entire situation was really upsetting. My family's Christmas presents were no longer in the box I shipped. Not accusing anyone of stealing, but when I called the customer care team through UPS....what a shame!!.They basically said I have to head to the store I shipped my package from. Peter made this very annoying and upsetting experience not so confusing, and even provided me a much needed happy ending. He communicated with me throughout the entire process, and followed up with any status updates he had, along with getting me a refund on my lost items. It was obviously not the full amount I had paid but I'm honestly thankful that my existence was even acknowledged let alone get a portion of a refund. Peter you are superb at what you do, and thank you for continuing to provide amazing service. read more

I just came in here to drop off an already labeled package. When I walked in I was greeted with such friendliness, it really made my day! I had to return 2 packages from amazon. I had never returned anything before . I'm so glad Chelsea Farrah was so helpful. She walked me step by step on what to do. I guess you need Zero customer service to work here. As long as people get the job done?! Hmmm read more

Save yourself some hassle and just go to the UPS Store on Durango & Desert Inn, this store is horrible. We went there to get a document notarized. Prior to showing up we checked to make sure that a notary was working and the lady said that she could notarize documents,. Great, so far so good. Well, when we got there she refused to perform the notary services! She said that since she just got her notary she won't notarize documents that she doesn't understand. What an idiot! I tried to explain that it isn't her business what's in the document, she's only responsible for making sure that the person signing the document is who they say they are and witness the signing. She disagreed and was really rude about it. I shouldn't have expected much out of her since she looked like they found her under an overpass and reeked of cigarette smoke. So, long story short - the store employee is a rude idiot. Take your business elsewhere. read more

Do you sell single stamps? NO. Really? Ughhhh what happened to those days where you can get a single effing stamp!? I came here to send out a letter, well 2 actually. Now I normally just have stamps alas I didnt. So instead of buying a book I opted for the weighted send out they provide. My total was 1.40 and at first I didnt pay any mind, but then I was like, WTF? I asked the rude older blonde and she gave me a huge attitude. "Well its 70cents to send out a letter with the scale, its to pay for the ink, the paper, and the scale rental" Ok, totally effing stupid and a rip off! I used to work at a health department where I PROCESSED MAIL AND THE INK WAS NOT 1000S of dollars! Nor was the rent, or the "paper" straight bullsheet! Anyway, I may stop to just drop crap off thats already stamped, but will try to avoid the rude blonde! You should do the same! read more

Peter, at this location, is a SAINT! He went above and beyond times a thousand to help me. The amount of customer service is so far beyond amazing, their isn't a word for it! Peter, if you read this, you're my hero! Seriously, The most professional and outstanding customer service I may have experienced in my life time. I'd give them 100 stars if it allowed me to. Sooooo, I lost my wallet in March. Called around everywhere I thought it could be. Nothing. Apparently I left it here unbeknownst to me. Fred's angelic butt called my credit card company attempting to be helpful so maybe they'd help me find my lost wallet--Chase Bank was a disaster, they didn't contact me. I had to renew everything including my license which was a debacle. However, months later I come to drop off a package, and Fred runs back after me as I leave to go to my car because he REMEMBERED MY NAME as the lady from the lost wallet situation, and gave it back to me. How sweet, honest, professional, helpful, above and beyond. So, months later I finally have my extra ID back, credit cards have been destroyed, and I have all my credits for random stores back! AND Shara helped me with an insanely detailed, difficult return to China from a fraudulent seller. It took over 30 minutes to figure out, but she was patient the entire time, did what needed to be done get it shipped, and was friendly from beginning to end. Even though it was so confusing, Peter helped her on the phone the whole time and it finally got sent off. Guess who's getting my business forever?? Thank you guys so much! read more

The UPS Store at Charleston and Durango near CVS is always staffed by people who help instead of giving attitude. Whenever I have a package to mail back with a pre-paid label they don't turn me away and tell me they can't take something to send unless I'm paying for it as 2 other UPS stores have told me. Chelsie, Shara and Peter always help me with whatever I need. They answer questions, or find an answer for me and are always courteous and professional. Thanks for all the hard work and helpful guidance. read more

Get a P.O. Box at the post office instead of using the UPS store! $60 for a box for 3 months is outrageous. Everything is peachy when you're paying them but when you want to cancel your box they REFUSE TO FORWARD YOUR MAIL AND INSTEAD RETURN TO SENDER! read more

Chelsea at The UPS Store went above & beyond good customer service when I came in to mail a small package! She suggested the proper soft envelope for sending a couple of swimsuits, noted that I might not have the correct address when she typed it into the computer. Had to leave the store but she held the package & let me phone the correct street # to her, took my cc # & sent it out sooner rather than hours later when I was back in the area. I use the store regularly & always greeted with a smile & wonderful customer service. Love this place!! read more

This is run like a Swiss watch! Every time I go in they say hi. We do a lot of our shopping on line. My packages are safe, too many thefts off porches at home anymore. The prices are good. Who actually likes having to mail packages? THIS GIRL. The only reason being the FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE at this particular UPS location. I cannot say enough good things about Peter, Shara, and Chelsea. I am there mailing packages at least twice a week and am always greeted by their friendly, smiling faces. Although I am generally only there for a couple of minutes (due to the fact that they are so efficient,) I have never walked out of the store without laughing and having a giant grin on my face. I had to send back a textbook I rented. The lady at the counter was very nice & helpful, and if you have a AAA card, don't forget to show it for a discount. Also, don't forget to try and have some cash with you because you get charged $1.00 for using your card if you purchase is less than the minimum purchase amount.
