It's insane to me that they had over $800 floating around in their system that they already took from me but because they didn't tie it to my account, my account is being penalized and charged for late/missing payments. Countless hours wasted and another potential couple hundred bucks to resolve this entire issue. Not too many options out there but definitely don't go with UPS.
