I have used this business twice for their U-Haul services. They are always very friendly and very accommodating.

I've been going to Safe Ship since I moved to Vegas, before Ben bought it. Always had great service with both owners. My father passed recently. In going thru his things, one of the team autographed hockey sticks he had was actually signed by a good friend's step father in law. My friend said he thought his step father in law would love to have the stick. So off to Safe Ship I went. Ben did a great job of boxing up the stick to make sure it made the trip across the county in one piece. Thanks Ben! read more

got a quote to move from NC to NV. Stated I had a 3 bedroom home. The quote came in at a little over $6,000 Or 660cf for packing and moving. I then paid them $3,022 down and scheduled the move. They never offered to come out and look at what I had In order to give me a more accurate estimate. When movers arrived they told me it would cost roughly $13,000+ and 660cf was roughly the same as a studio apt. As a senior on a fixed income I could not afford that so I sent them away. Keep in mind the movers came after the 3 day rescission period. I ended up doing the move with the help of friends and family. My son flew out to drive the truck for me. I called, asking for a refund and long story short they offered me $1000. I had asked for $2,000. I decided to settle on $1,000 on Aug 6. Today is August 24 and I still have not received a dime. Long story short I would never recommend this company, even for a local move. My next plan is to take them to small claims court. read more

I LOVE that this place exists. Honestly the friendliest staff ever, so helpful, always going above and beyond. They price check shipping for you, and try to find you the best deal through the different mail carriers. All of my packages have always been delivered safe and sound. Such a relief! The condo community I live in has A LOT of mail issues. We're getting married and I didn't want to risk anything getting stolen or mis-delivered to a neighbor and never being seen again. The box I rent is a physical mailing address which is different than a PO Box, and has no delivery restrictions! scammers!!! stay away from that company! 2 days before scheduled pick up, they tried to double the price! when I tried to cancel their service because obviously it was a scam, they refused to refund my deposit. so I stuck with them. 2 days be delivery they demanded $500 more! and again I didn't have an opportunity to refuse to pay more because they wouldn't deliver my furniture, that is already picked up. on delivery day they demanded that I pay the rest of the money before they unload my furniture, before they finished their delivery! They said that they were not responsible for missing or broken items. company only pay 60 cents per pound for any missing and broken item! meaning they don't pay to replace anything that is stolen and broken! do NOT engage in any business w them! you will lose your money and your valuables! I just moved into the area and needed to rent a van for a few hours to move a fridge. I did Uhaul pickup at 9 and had my drop-off scheduled for 2pm. The person working the counter seemed nice, and changed my drop-off to 3pm and told me where the key dropbox was located. I thought he was being cool and giving me an extra hour on my reservation. So I use the van and drop it off around 2:30 and figured that was that. 2 days later I get my receipt and I was charged a $20 fee for after hours service. If he had kept my reservation at 2pm, I wouldn't have had this fee, and he knew that. Do not use these people for Uhaul rentals. They are conniving. read more

Safe Ship is SO convenient, especially when I am too lazy to go to the post office. They take USPS & FedEx packages. They do not take UPS packages, but there is a UPS in the complex across the street. The workers are very friendly! I usually just drop-off packages with the label already printed on for work, but they can provide everything you need to ship! I delayed mailing my friend her baby shower gift (so delayed that she had the baby already) because I needed a box big enough to ship it in. I brought in my presents & it was a no more than a 5-minute process! They measured the size to determine what box it would fit it, weighed it, asked for sender & recipient address, what kind of shipping I would like, paid for it, got the tracking number & that was it! I didn't see them put it in the box, tape it up & etc., but my friend texted me a few days later saying she received it! I highly recommend this place if you need help with shipping! read more

I have been here twice and each time my mail gets stolen by the staff or lost on its way to its destination. Whenever I mail return items to Amazon from Safeship, they never make it there from this location. I will use the USPS service from now on. Ironically, the only package out of the three I sent through them last Saturday that made it to its destination was the FEDEX package and that was because I had a tracking form for it. The other two were simple dropoffs that were probably fished out by someone who worked there to keep for themselves. Now I cant get the refund I am owed by Amazon because of these thieves.
