I guess some people never learn. I was required to pick something up at this Mailbox USA location (I don't know if there are any others) two months ago. At that time, I mentioned in my review that I would never return here unless required. Again, through another online service, I had to pick-up an item at this Mailbox USA location on Fort Apache Rd. If anyone reading this review has seen the film Groundhog Day with Bill Murray, I would have sworn my return here was a part right out of the movie. The same guy, sitting in the same chair, engaged on his cellphone, never looking up at me for what felt like an eternity, not wearing his mask correctly, and not saying a single word after the package transfer to me. He even gave me the item without wearing gloves, just like the last time. There was even one customer that entered the store just as occurred previously. It was the epitome of Deja Vu. I kept the review at two stars because this was the most fantastic situation I can ever remember reliving in my life. RECOMMENDED: No SERVICE: Poor PRICE: N/A COVID: Virtually none PARKING: Adequate and convenient. REASON/INTENT: Picking up merchandise

Come here about 3x a week to drop off packages to be mailed. I never have trouble finding parking since there's a lot and it doesn't get too busy here. The most I've ever waited was probably 2 min? Granted the scanning of my pre-printed labels for a receipt is a quick process in itself. The workers are all nice and at times we will strike up quick conversations about our day and what nots. If they start taking UPS this would probably be the only mail place I'd go to when I'm in this area. I have yet to try out their other services but for the Filipinos they also do Balikbayan Boxes!! Truly a one stop shop for your shipping needs. read more

First visit today and I am very grateful of Ms. Kay for sharing all LBC information with ease. From the minute I walked in, both Ms. Kay and her colleague greeted me with a big smile! That is something that is very rare to find nowadays! She answered all my questions regarding LBC Balikbayan Cargo cutoffs, rates and other important things to know. One-stop shop! We needed to have stuff notarized, faxed & have our (passport) photos taken & we were able to do all that at the shop. And Kay, the owner is super friendly & helpful. The place is still a baby - very new, but they offer many services. If you are from the Philippines, & need a balikbayan box, they have LBC boxes too. Highly recommended! read more

Kuya Victor is my new go-to for all mail/shipping/balikbayan needs. He is so kind! He offered my mother-in-law tape to use for her box and didn't even make her pay and said he will collect payment when he picks the boxes up. She said yes. -- So I went ahead and brought tens of thousands of dollars worth of hardware out from my very-hot-car into the Walmart, went through all the paperwork, and then was told that they cannot provide me any form of receipt or proof that they have received the items for packaging due to low staffing. I understand that due to low staffing, one cannot pack the items immediately, that's fine, but I cannot reasonably be expected to leave 30K worth of equipment to a complete stranger WITH NO RECOURSE OR PROOF beyond "Take a photo" or "Take my card" which gives me no proof of what was provided to FedEx. If you cannot pack the items immediately , and cannot accept the items without packing them immediately, fine, then WARN CUSTOMERS before making them lug everything in and fill out all the paperwork. Additionally, I went to the Flamingo Rd location as suggested by Toya and they were able to provide me a receipt WITHOUT PACKAGING IT FIRST. Which means that the whole time Toya was just lying because , assumably, she did not want to do her job. Horrible Experience. Horrible location. Do not patronize unless you like being treated like the dirt under a shoe.

She explained everything clearly and showed me how to scan the board to fill out my information. While I was completing the paperwork, another staff member was cleaning the lobby area which already looked spotless! They even had a screen with Candy Crush that kept my daughter entertained during the short wait. One thing I really appreciated was the attention to detail and kindness from the staff. I explained how to pronounce my name (it's not an easy one), and both employees made the effort to say it correctly afterward. That meant a lot to me. The technician also reminded me to put my ID away after returning it which honestly helped because with my ADHD, I probably would've forgotten it there. They offered to let my daughter come back with me during the fingerprinting process, but she was comfortable sitting at the table in the back. The actual fingerprinting took less than 5 minutes, and Sara, the technician, was incredibly friendly, courteous, and easy to talk to. The entire office was clean, organized, and welcoming. One employee even apologized for "the mess," but there truly was no mess at all! I was in and out within about 15 minutes total. I highly recommend Fingerprinting Express for any fingerprinting needs. They also offer notary, passport, and visa photo services, and I would absolutely return for those services in the future.

Not only was it a few dollars cheaper than other locations in town, but how convenient to get my mail as I am flying in or out of town, as I often do? I was worried about the parking, but you get 15 minutes for free in Short Term Parking, which is enough time to park, walk in, get your mail, and walk out. There's even enough time to get any packages if there's no line. The downside? The location has 1 employee, and so the hours the post office keeps are shorter than other post offices. So when they've got your package, you have to catch them. They're supposed to be open until 4pm daily, but I showed up at 3pm one day to find the place completely shuttered. Hoping that was an isolated incident, as I love stopping by the airport any other time to grab my mail.

Now the airport is a bit big, but the post office is in the Terminal 1 I believe, on the second or third floor nearby the Security check for gates C and D. It was a quick 4 minute walk and luckily there was only one other customer there. There was one attendant there, but he greeted me very friendly and actually turned my mood around. He took one look at what I was carrying and said "Uh oh..did you find out about something upsetting?" :) That already started to make me smile. I went on to vent about the whole thing and he said "Ugh! No WAY can you throw out Trader Joes! I bet they just wanted to eat it." His jokes just made me laugh and my mood really started to change. He went above and beyond for me and turned the whole situation around. I was/am really grateful for what he did; anyone could have simply packed up my things and shipped it off. But he took the time to converse with me and actually made me feel better. I got my package in, with everything perfectly fine, two days later. I wish I could remember his name, but thank you to whoever you are. You really made my last memory of this Vegas trip, better. ^___^

Mike is always responsive, easy to talk to, fair with pricing, and you can tell he and the whole team work their butts off. eco tint really runs like a well oiled machine, and that says a lot about the people behind it. What has always kept me coming back is not just the quality of the work, even though their work speaks for itself. It is also the way they treat people. They are kind, respectful, honest, and they make you feel like your vehicle is in the right hands from the moment you get there. I did my research and got quotes from multiple places including Las Vegas Color Printing. They charged me $1.50 per towel more plus they charge a $50 fee for new orders, and the logo was smaller. My towels were ready 3 days later than what they originally told me - which was fine. I anticipated delays and gave myself 2 weeks before my deadline. They are located by the Speedway in one of the warehouses. Just like most printing shops, they have a small lobby, some offices, and a big warehouse where they have the embroidery and other machines and storage. They do signs and banners fir businesses and events; embroidery and printing for shirts, caps, towels, jackets, etc. The customer service was quite good. I reached out to a few places and never heard back. As soon as I reached out to Las Vegas Color Printing, I received an email back with a quote. They were so professional to work with. I had sent files over that were not the best size and file format and they worked with me to find the right one. They even went as far as to take photos of the product while it was printing to make sure it was what I wanted. I've worked with plenty of Printing places throughout my career and I've never had anyone do something like that before. I was so impressed. My payment was a little delayed simply because I was waiting on my accounts payable to pay the invoice, but Las Vegas Color Printing was so great to continue to follow up with me so that the invoice would get paid and the printing project done by the time I needed them done by. When my signs were ready to be picked up, they let me know when their hours were so I could pick them up. Now I didn't realize that this location is located near the Speedway. It's probably a good half hour from where I live. But to be honest, the drive was nice to take and a lot faster than I anticipated. When I got to their location, the sign on the door actually has their parent company that they use to wrap cars with. As soon as I walked in, they greeted me by first name. I'm also pretty sure an owner or manager peeked their head around the corner to make sure the signs were what i wanted. They wrapped everything securely so it wouldn't get damaged, and even when I arrived I asked if I could see them. They unwrapped them to show me and they were perfect. They then wrapped them back up to protect them and even went as far as to help me put them in my car! Absolutely incredible customer service. Again, this location is not near me, but I would use them a hundred times over again. The cost was reasonable for what I needed and they were so great to work with. Extremely communicative! I highly recommend them for any of your major printing needs!

I thought we'd be out of luck since we had no files of our previous design, but he said it was no problem like a pro! Thankfully, we were able to get ahold of our files and they were able to use them with only a few slight changes. They totally nailed it! Got us in asap, color changed one of the trucks so It would look white like the rest of the fleet and 3/4 wrapped the other to match. All in under a week. I've been using a virtual mailbox service provided by this mailbox center, and the owners are really friendly. They also offer "balikbayan" shipping for fellow Filipinos, which I find impressive.
