My husband again told her, I said the large box like the one overhead.. That young lady needs to be restrained in customer service. I don't know who made her upset before we came through the doors before us and pissed her off but unprofessional to take that out on a potential paying customer. He did not tell me that it's $.99 a mile and despite me having insurance and telling him twice he still charged me for insurance. He kept trying to call my emergency contact and when I asked why he needs to call her if there is no emergency? He tells me "yeah yeah I don't wanna be weird, you trust worthy right?" He got mad at a delivery driver for literally no reason. And he scare the hell out of me cause he seemed like he was on drugs. He tried to drive me himself and said he's almost off work. I told him no. He opened my passenger door and tried to pet my dog without permission. It was all so weird. If I had a ride I would have went somewhere else. For one day, my U-Haul charge was $519 and I used it for one day from VEGAS to Barstow. And paid $115 for the gas in total. Here is a photo of my last U-Haul I rented from a much much better place and they charged me $488 for 3 days. I went from Vegas to Orange County California to Pomona, back to Cali, and then back to Vegas.

I dropped off my box on July 19, 2025, and on July 23rd they sent me a picture showing that my box was already on the truck. It safely arrived at its destination on September 9th. Overall, it took about six weeks and five days to arrive. It did take a little longer than I expected, but honestly, I'm just happy that my package arrived safely and made it to where it was supposed to go. I would definitely use this company again to send another package!

So now I get the exciting bonus experience of making another trip to FedEx because of her mistake. Love that for me. The attitude was also WILD. Short answers, zero patience, and very much "that should work" energy. Spoiler alert: IT DID NOT WORK. But again, the plot twist here is that SHE WAS THE TRAINER. Somewhere out there is a brand-new employee taking notes like, "Ah yes, so this is how we do things." We had a very hard time finding somewhere to print our concert tickets because the FedEx in Harrahs is closed on weekends. It shouldn't be so difficult to find a place to print something so important. Josh did an excellent job today and there was a line of people waiting when he opened the store. After yesterday's festival was cancelled due to high winds our only option was to purchase tickets for today but the only way stub-hub could deliver them was by email and ticket stated it must be printed. I sent the tickets to the FedEx store email and Josh was able to print them immediately. If saved the day by showing up to work! My only complaint is the website needs to have correct Sunday hours.
