They have such an amazing staff that can get you in and out so quickly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their price is compared to any other UPS location. If you are a local in the area is amazing. The document that we brought in even needed two witnesses which we did not have and they were able to supply to employees That worked in the store to witness the documents for us. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Kabir and Lila are the two individuals that we dealt with and if I owned a business, I would definitely hire them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Be very careful in Las Vegas some of the locations charge enormous fees for notary. The UPS location in the Renaissance hotel charges $35 per document where this location only charged 15. The shopping center is a little sketchy, but don't be scared. There's no problems in this area. They even have Security in the shopping center. It's worth the extra two blocks to save yourself a lot of money and have a positive experience. I don't know what all the other figures are saying on here about this location, but I am extremely picky and definitely would go back. It's employees like this that you wish the world was filled with and are so motivated to work. This is a must go to if you have any business needs in the Las Vegas area and the great thing is if you're going to need work for your convention, they are very close to the convention center at an extremely underpriced location. read more

WORST. I have patronized this place here and there for small shipping needs, but after the double (or triple) whammy they pulled on me today, NEVER AGAIN. And I encourage you to not patronize them either. Read on, and if you agree that this is AWFUL and UNREASONABLE, click "useful" so that hopefully the owner will get the message. I brought in a large box, around 3:30pm on a Friday. It was a return, for which I already had a UPS label in my email. I forwarded the email to this store. Upon arrival, they told me it would be $5 to print the label. And this is not on fancy label stock, this is not generating a new tracking number... this is printing out one black and white sheet in email. Other reviews here discuss this $5 PER PAGE printing fee. I wish I'd seen those reviews. This is more than a FIVE THOUSAND PERCENT markup over the cost of printing one emailed page. After that, they looked at the box, and told me: it's too big. We won't take it. You have to take it to the main UPS center... a 20 minute drive away... and handed me a printed piece of paper with directions. I was annoyed that I could not *mail a UPS package* from this *UPS location* but okay... the box was indeed big (about 1.5' x 1.5' x 4' tall, weighing 60 lbs). I don't like the policy, but I can understand it. They told me I'd need to print the label because the main center wouldn't. The woman gleefully rang me up for $5. I asked, "$5? For one piece of paper?" She nodded. I continued: "it's not even a proper label... it's one sheet of regular paper. That is unreasonable." To which she said: "well we look at it as it's not just a piece of paper it's a blahblahblah and other stores charge and etc." That's right, I got reverse Karened. Mind you, she had just informed me that I'd have to make a 20 minute drive to take care of it. You'd think she could comp me the single piece of printed paper. Which cost them the same amount as the paper map they gave me for free. Or at least charged me less. But nope. I drove away, fuming... but the final insult was still to come. I arrived at the main UPS Center, and they were closed. Only open 10am-2pm on weekdays. You'd think they could have told me this at this store. Or put the hours on the printed map sheet. In short: 1) UPS Store that wouldn't accept a UPS package. Annoying, but forgivable. 2) FIVE DOLLARS PER PRINTED PAGE, and they're unapologetic about it, especially after inconveniencing me. 3) Sent me on a complete fool's errand that cost me two hours. (One hour today, and one hour on Monday when I have to repeat the effort.) I hope the $5 was worth it, guys. I can't wait to tell EVERYONE local to avoid this place like the plague, and I'm starting right here with this review. read more

This UPS store overcharges for their printing. If you need to come here to print, find somewhere else. They charged 10$ (TEN DOLLARS) to print 2 labels. This is something that other places charge a dollar or two to print multiple labels. I went to the UPS down the street (about 5 mins away) and they charged $1.50 to print 2 labels. I'll be heading there from now on and staying away from this one. The lady that helped me today seemed pretty inexperienced. I ended up having to tell her that the label she printed out was good enough/it was okay that the bottom was cut off. She completely forgot to give me a receipt with the tracking numbers for the drop off. Not to mention, this store is insanely small. There's always a line out the door and they are not keeping up with the CDC protocols. 2 people allowed in the store at the time. However, when I went today, there was easily 7-8 people in the store waiting (and many more outside!) read more

They told me that mailing a small package to Hawai'i would be $50 or $105 dollars, she said that's what it costs to send mail there.
