Have been a PO Box holder in this UPS Store for 3 1/2 years. Tried to pay our PO Box rental fee early. Was told on-the-spot by counter attendant that the PO Box fee has increased by $15 every 3 months (that means $60/year increase). Asked for the Mgr. Told the Mgr. we were not given any written advance notice of our regular PO Box fee due, nor any advance notice of the proposed increased amount. Mgr. was quarrelsome. Store has changed managers 2 or 3 times since Jan. 2025. Ongoing changes in staff. Ongoing lack of diversity in staff hiring is conspicuous. Have been quoted inconsistent prices for single USPS First Class Mail postage stamps by various staff. Only use this UPS Store for Amazon returns. read more

This store has the best service out of any UPS store. I've been to the customer service is unmatched. I could not believe that I was in The UPS store with how much Kabir and Laylah helped me. I asked help on printing. They cropped everything for me made sure that it looked perfect before printing more and it exceeded my expectations. They had numerous amounts of paper that they offered me. I was just surprised and what surprise me even more was the price. It was not even that much I was so glad I came here out of any other UPS store. I live all the way in Henderson, but I definitely would make the trip out here just for the service and help and respect that they have for their customers here. We went into this location and when we first opened the door, the line was out the door that's how busy they were. Within about 2 to 3 minutes, the store was completely emptied out. They have such an amazing staff that can get you in and out so quickly. Their price is compared to any other UPS location. If you are a local in the area is amazing. They're extremely friendly and go out of their way to make sure that you have a positive experience. We went in to have some documents notarized as well as copies made. It was the smoothest easiest transaction. The document that we brought in even needed two witnesses which we did not have and they were able to supply to employees That worked in the store to witness the documents for us. Kabir and Lila are the two individuals that we dealt with and if I owned a business, I would definitely hire them. Be very careful in Las Vegas some of the locations charge enormous fees for notary. The UPS location in the Renaissance hotel charges $35 per document where this location only charged 15. The shopping center is a little sketchy, but don't be scared. There's no problems in this area. They even have Security in the shopping center. It's worth the extra two blocks to save yourself a lot of money and have a positive experience. I don't know what all the other figures are saying on here about this location, but I am extremely picky and definitely would go back. It's employees like this that you wish the world was filled with and are so motivated to work. This is a must go to if you have any business needs in the Las Vegas area and the great thing is if you're going to need work for your convention, they are very close to the convention center at an extremely underpriced location. read more

Came to Las Vegas for a convention and needed to catch my flight the ups store was the first option for me I came in at closing surprisingly like other stores they still helped me with a bunch of drop offs. Gentleman named Kevin had me pull the truck to the back and helped me after closing aswell super nice and I would definitely recommend this store if you have any big shipments or if you came like me for a convention!!! Every time I come in he makes it seem like it's costing him an arm & a leg to scan my items & give me my receipts just so much ugly attitude with that person. WORST. I have patronized this place here and there for small shipping needs, but after the double (or triple) whammy they pulled on me today, NEVER AGAIN. And I encourage you to not patronize them either. Read on, and if you agree that this is AWFUL and UNREASONABLE, click "useful" so that hopefully the owner will get the message. I brought in a large box, around 3:30pm on a Friday. It was a return, for which I already had a UPS label in my email. I forwarded the email to this store. Upon arrival, they told me it would be $5 to print the label. And this is not on fancy label stock, this is not generating a new tracking number... this is printing out one black and white sheet in email. Other reviews here discuss this $5 PER PAGE printing fee. I wish I'd seen those reviews. This is more than a FIVE THOUSAND PERCENT markup over the cost of printing one emailed page. After that, they looked at the box, and told me: it's too big. We won't take it. You have to take it to the main UPS center... a 20 minute drive away... and handed me a printed piece of paper with directions. I was annoyed that I could not *mail a UPS package* from this *UPS location* but okay... the box was indeed big (about 1.5' x 1.5' x 4' tall, weighing 60 lbs). I don't like the policy, but I can understand it. They told me I'd need to print the label because the main center wouldn't. The woman gleefully rang me up for $5. I asked, "$5? For one piece of paper?" She nodded. I continued: "it's not even a proper label... it's one sheet of regular paper. That is unreasonable." To which she said: "well we look at it as it's not just a piece of paper it's a blahblahblah and other stores charge and etc." That's right, I got reverse Karened. Mind you, she had just informed me that I'd have to make a 20 minute drive to take care of it. You'd think she could comp me the single piece of printed paper. Which cost them the same amount as the paper map they gave me for free. Or at least charged me less. But nope. I drove away, fuming... but the final insult was still to come. I arrived at the main UPS Center, and they were closed. Only open 10am-2pm on weekdays. You'd think they could have told me this at this store. Or put the hours on the printed map sheet. In short: 1) UPS Store that wouldn't accept a UPS package. Annoying, but forgivable. 2) FIVE DOLLARS PER PRINTED PAGE, and they're unapologetic about it, especially after inconveniencing me. 3) Sent me on a complete fool's errand that cost me two hours. (One hour today, and one hour on Monday when I have to repeat the effort.) I hope the $5 was worth it, guys. I can't wait to tell EVERYONE local to avoid this place like the plague, and I'm starting right here with this review. read more

This UPS store overcharges for their printing. If you need to come here to print, find somewhere else. They charged 10$ (TEN DOLLARS) to print 2 labels. This is something that other places charge a dollar or two to print multiple labels. I went to the UPS down the street (about 5 mins away) and they charged $1.50 to print 2 labels. I'll be heading there from now on and staying away from this one. The lady that helped me today seemed pretty inexperienced. I ended up having to tell her that the label she printed out was good enough/it was okay that the bottom was cut off. She completely forgot to give me a receipt with the tracking numbers for the drop off. Not to mention, this store is insanely small. There's always a line out the door and they are not keeping up with the CDC protocols. 2 people allowed in the store at the time. However, when I went today, there was easily 7-8 people in the store waiting (and many more outside!) read more

HORRIBLE customer service. I wanted to mail a very small item, when I asked what size envelope I needed, the clerk asked what it was. I asked why and she said she had to know. They told me that mailing a small package to Hawai'i would be $50 or $105 dollars, she said that's what it costs to send mail there. I went to this store because I was too lazy too lazy to go to the Post Office. However, after they told me their cost. I came in to drop off my Amazon return, my box was not taped and they wanted to charge me $2 per box of 6 inches length of tape. I have two of the same items to be returned and they wanted me to purchase a box and put them in together. Would not allow me to tape them together. I've done lots of Amazon purchases and many returns and have not ever had this type of service and requests. read more

I called this UPS 1st and found out what time they close. I got their address and it's on Maryland Parkway and Flamingo in Las Vegas, NV. Then I asked if I could CERTIFY A LETTER I WANTED THEM TO MAIL. They said yes and it will be between $13-$20. I said, I am coming today to certify mail my letter and she responded okay and once again we close at 5PM today. Planning to catch the bus, I walked to the bus stopped and missed my bus. I waited in the heat for another bus. I had two buses to take. Finally I reached Flamingo and Maryland Parkway I had to walk through the large parking lot and had 8 minutes left. I called again to make sure they were still open and they said yes. I reached the door on time, I said I am here to Certify Mail a letter and I called and then the lady said our system is down, we can't certify anything today! OH MY GOD!!!!!!!! I felt like calling them every single word they would have deserved!!! I WASTED MY SATURDAY OVER THESE INCONSIDERATE CLOWNS. Their ignorance and poor customer service is exactly WHY THEY DIDN'T TELL ME WHEN I CALLED AND INQUIRED ABOUT IT. They didn't feel the need to share over the phone, that the system was down!!! That's POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! That would saved me a lot of pain. My back always hurt but I needed to mail this letter. Oh my goodness... NEVER AGAIN! I AM TIRED, HOT, NOT IN A POSITION TO BE DOING ALL OF THIS WALKING DUE TO SCIATICA, THE PAIN IT CAUSES AND AN ISSUE IT HAS CAUSED TO ONE FOOT. Says I did to much trying to get there.
