Wow! I have never gotten service from any other shipping company as great as I did at the PostNet located at 7345 S Durango Dr! I had to ship work equipment in a jiffy, searched Google for nearby shipping facilities, and decided to try PostNet. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who asked how she could offer assistance. I explained that I was shipping work equipment, needed it packed, and had the company account number. She headed to the front desk, grabbed the shipping label and explained how to fill it out. She then directed me to an available table top to fill out the label and took the equipment. Not even 5 mins into filling out the label, the other staff member asked if the way he packaged the equipment was sufficient. I am impressed by the quality of service, friendliness, and teamwork displayed by the staff here! They really go above and beyond! The service was nice, but seemed very laid back it's my first time selling clothes online and i want to make sure I'm getting good reviews by the people I'm selling to. I'm recommended by a friend to go here and so I do. My printer at home doesn't work so I didn't mind paying extra to print a new label there but now I realized I should have asked to put them on the packages myself even after telling both workers multiple times which label goes to which, because I woke up to 2 texts telling me they received the wrong packages. read more

Don't recommend this location! I dropped off a prelabeled UPS package for shipping on a Friday at noon thinking it's early enough for the afternoon pickup nothing complicated just a drop off and nothing to be done on their end. Sat afternoon after 3pm it still says it's there, what? Shipping services should have multiple pickup throughout the day so I can't figure out why it's still there. I call.... No answer call again no answer. Send a email no response. Now it's Monday and no response and no answer on my calls totaling 12x I tried. So I take off on my lunch from work and it's still here so I get it back from them I go to another UPS store across the street they tell me it will be ship and gone by 2pm today. Do yourself a favor and save time and headache and go somewhere else. read more

Make sure you never need a refund from this place. I made a mistake and bought a 6 month mailbox here for one of my companies. As it turns out my bank flat out said no you can not use a mailbox store for your business address and a business license I need for it has the same issue. I went in and said hey I made a mistake (I ordered it 8 days ago) and offered to pay for the month and the setup. The owner said no and also started arguing with me that I was wrong. I am for sure not wrong when the companies I am trying to do business with are looking up my address and saying no go! I hope all the negative reviews are worth the free money. read more

This is my go to local post office. The whole staff is always extremely kind and so helpful. Aram runs this place and I notice that everyone who walks through the doors is like a friend to him. It has that small town mom & pops shop vibe which I love. Before coming here, I always found stopping by the post office an inconvenience but Aram makes everything so seamless and goes out of his way to provide the best customer service. I've shipped out some pretty heavy goods and I've always been provided the most affordable options. I have been a customer here for about 1 year now. Mainly using their notary services. Last time I was in there to use their services about 6 months ago it cost me $5.00 per signature. I needed their services again this week. Get this AFTER he signs his part and notarized it I have a Crisp $20.00 bill in my hand to give him. $10.00 for the notary & $10.00 tip. Needless to say he turns around and tell me "that'll be $30.00!!!! I said excuse me? It's not $5.00 per signature anymore? He said no & everything went up. I said that much? He said yes! No signs or notices saying that there was an increase for the notary. Needless to say that will be the last time I will use his services! Aram is the absolute best. He is super helpful and HONEST. I was shipping something that I sold via eBay. He told me that getting my postage through eBay would be cheaper than using his service. He then told me how to get the label and packed and shipped it for me. I will ALWAYS use his service for all of my shipping needs. I hate giving 1 star reviews but my golly does this place deserve it! I echo everything else other dissatisfied Yelpers have said: this is a very, very unfriendly place. I understand all of the upcharges for packing and shipping, but now PostNet wants to charge you for dropping off your pre-stamped packages! I went in last week with one Priority Mail package that had a prepaid label. I just wanted to drop it off while I was in PostNet (to buy more shipping supplies for my small business, by the way), and the super rude and condescending guy behind the counter told me there would be a "$5.00 charge" just to drop of my package. I don't think this is true because they've never charged me before, but a $5 charge was almost as much as the postage on the package cost! Of course I was ready to walk out but the guy TOOK MY PACKAGE and basically held it hostage! I had to beg for him to give it back to me and finally he did. He was one of the rudest and most unfriendly people I have ever dealt with anywhere, period. Needless to say, I went down the street to the UPS store to buy my $100 worth of packing and shipping supplies. I'm a small business owner and I'm not in the business of getting ripped off. I've been hosing Postnet for over 10 years now as my business mailing address. Staff is very courteous and friendly. Aram and Kate are both wonderful. One of the most convenient features is having the mail be accessible 24 hrs a day. I used to drive by around 2am while working and was always able to get my mail. I used this place acouple times a few year back but stopped due to poor service/attitude.. Moving forward to mid Dec- 2017, I had to make a drop off but was a little behind schedule to head down to my favorite USPS office off of Russell and Buffalo. So I decided to stop in at this location hoping for new faces and sure enough a new employee, a helpful young man took care of me without any issue just like any other post net would! smiles and friendly, just a good employee! sweet, I said to myself as this would be my new drop off location for the morning hours. So today I walk in there with a drop off and to my surprise its the old crew. Just ugh! This place needs new management or better staff/training. Not friendly, No smiles feels extremely depressing in there. They charge for everything, they don't give out receipts on drop offs instead tell you to take a picture of the package? Seems to me if you are not spending money at this place you are not welcomed. I also asked if I can use a little bit of tape as I missed a small corner of my package and after a long hesitant pause if was lazy yes as if I was an inconvenience for him and the .10 cents worth of tape was a big deal.. just wow! I don't want to neg this office but just the attitude did it. I ignored it a while back as maybe they were having just a bad day.. but no just the way this office is ran.... 2stars! RUDE!! I had a FedEx pickup scheduled at work. I didn't have any FedEx envelopes, so on my lunch hour, I went into PostNet. I usually go across the street to SafeShip - but I was also doing a bank run and thought it would be OK. Wow. No. Here's how this played out: Me: I need a FedEx envelope for a pick up that has already been scheduled. Them: Do you have an account? Me: Yes. Them: What is the number: Me: I'm unsure. The label is at work. I just need an envelope - we ran out. Them: (heavy eye roll and sigh) You know you still have to pay postage, just the envelope won't work. Me: yes...(at this point getting a little frustrated) Them: ...with no proof of account, this is the best I can do (hands me a Soft Pak). Next time provide proof. Next in line... Next time? No. No next time. Seriously - I'm sending a piece of paper in the mail and the guy gives me a soft pak - the huge padded envelopes usually use to ship clothing. Ridiculous. So I need to make two black and white copies off of a flash drive. It's Saturday afternoon, and I walk into this PostNet. Normally, I would go across the street to the SafeShip (on NE corner of Warm Springs and Durango), but it's a bit farther and I thought I would give PostNet a try. What a disappointment. First off, the staff wasn't very friendly (to myself and the customer in the front of me...but that can be typical for Las Vegas). I get pointed to a computer to make the two copies. A minute and a half later I am done. Total cost....two dollars (well, $1.96). Never mind that they advertise a copy as $.45 a page. I ask why it's a dollar more and I am told it's because I used the computer, and they could charge me another $5 to do so. Wow, so I guess I should be happy they only charged me $2 (instead of $7). Yeah, but I'm not. Makes the friendly guy at SafeShip (who only charges me like 30 or 40 cents) really awesome. Never again to this PostNet. read more
