I am disappointed with my experience at Postal King on Blue Diamond. My family and I went in for a photo take for our passport. Everything went well until our picture was printed. I asked the lady if the shadows were okay, the lady said it should be fine. The next couple days, we had our passport appointment and our photos got rejected because of the shadows. I called, asked for a refund and the lady said the owners declined and asked to do a retake but we were already at the post office processing our documents. She even added, I only take care of the packages, not pictures.... Um ok? So why even take our picture then. Overall, the customer service I received was not satisfactory at the end and I don't recommend Postal King for passport photos. If I knew, I would've just did it at the postal office, it's cheaper! read more

Wanted to give this small business a chance, but they are crooks. We went in for passport photos, photos came out great to our knowledge but was rejected by the post office due to the shadows. The only resolution from postal king was to retake the photos, but we were already at our passport appointment, and could not reschedule, the next available appointment was months out. So I had no choice but to retake the photos at the post office. Also, postal king charges $18 + tax per photo. The post office is $15 no tax. Walgreens is also $15. I would not recommend this place. They only want your money. read more

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Walking into this store was uncomfortable from the start the atmosphere felt cold, and the staff looked irritated before I even said a word. I approached them for help with taping my package, and when I asked if they had tape, I was told, We charge for everything. That's fine I was more than willing to pay. What I didn't expect was the rude attitude that followed. Instead of simply letting me know the policy politely, the staff made the whole interaction feel like I was a burden. I understand every business has its own rules, but customer service matters. Other shipping places I've been to are much more courteous and sometimes even offer to help tape the box. Even if you don't provide that kind of service, there's no excuse for being dismissive and rude about it. It's not just about the tape it's about how you treat people. Maybe that's why the store was empty. It certainly didn't feel like a place that values customers or wants them to come back. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this location to anyone expecting basic respect and decent service. read more

If I could give them a negative number for customer service I would double it! They are not helpful AT ALL! I had a package delivered today according to UPS tracking and received by "Marc", when I asked the owners if a person named Marc works there they said No. Then proceeded to tell me they gave my package back to UPS. When I asked why, they said my mailbox wasn't set up. Funny because I receive daily alerts from Ipostal indicating I've received mail. Nevertheless, they were not even remotely interested in helping me find or track down my package. Needless to say, I'll take my business elsewhere and I encourage you to read the other negative reviews and do the same, before your mail is lost or returned without legitimate reason. read more

This is a great shop for gift wrapping and postal needs. The prices are quite affordable and the service was on point. I needed a couple of gifts wrapped last minute and they were able to get it done quickly and it was an immaculate job. Had to mail a small package to Michigan so I yelped postal services and Postal King came up with good reviews. It's tucked away and depending on how you approached, it can be difficult to see the store. It's a compact little space and it appears they do more than postal services. I handed my package over to the lady and she weighed and measured the box. Gave her the address to ship to with my return address. She printed the label and asked if it looked correct. Other than misspelling the the name of the recipient and my name, all was good. Service was fast and pleasant. Would use them again in the future. read more

I came here to have some gifts wrapped. I was told I needed to bring my own wrapping paper because they did not have blue and white. I dropped the boxes off along with the paper & some bows. I told them the theme was blue & white. When I returned the wrapping was not good. The gifts were loosely wrapped and the wrapping paper was torn in the corners. They used my wrapping paper, ribbons and one of the bows I brought. They charged me $40 for something I could've done myself. I wanted the gift wrapping to look pretty. When I asked about the price, since I brought my own wrapping paper and other accessories, the gentlemen seemed irritated and was short with me repeating the price as if I didn't hear him the first time. Do not come here. I literally came here the morning of Tuesday to ship out my package, I wasn't told the day it would arrive I was only given a receipt. Today I checked the tracking and they've ONLY created the label they haven't even sent out my package!!! They are terrible!!!! When do they plan to send the package out? It's been 2 days!!!! There is NO shipping updates on my tracking. Had I known this I would've just took my packages to UPS or THE REAL USPS!!!!! I ARRIVED THE MORNING OF TUESDAY, they didn't create my label until WEDNESDAY AT MIDNIGHT. They are RUDE, as well! 10/10 recommend came in to ship some bubble mailer packages, 3/4 of which already had shipping labels ready to go, and one needed international shipping assistance. all under USPS. for someone who doesn't ship items often, I preferred to get a patient, helpful, and quick experience and not just feeling like I'm a nuisance at the regular USPS storefronts. I had questions to ask, wanted to make sure everything was done correctly (on my behalf and the clerks'). my wishes were answered! those helping me also gave me receipts and tracking numbers for everything. don't see myself going back to usps storefronts for a long while lol. read more

Absolutely would not trust this business. They steal your packages if you drop them off. I dropped off 8 USPS prepaid envelopes with tracking and the tracking never appeared after 48 hours. This company was very unprofessional and profiled me for my race. I will never recommend this service to my family and friends. Yesterday, I decided to go here instead of FEDEX. As I walked in. I greeted a man and woman. I Explained to them that I would like to return a box through FEDEX. I asked if they had any packing tape that I could use for my box and label. Which I printed from the computer. They both said, yes it cost. I replied by saying a whole roll and how much will it be? They said no, it will be $1.00 to tape up the box and label. Ok no problem. As the lady brought the tape strip, she grabbed my box from me. I told her that I would like to tape my label first. She replied by saying let me do my job. First off, I didn't say I wanted her to do it. I would have been fine doing it myself. She said I will put the label on something else. I replied on what? The gentleman grabbed a FEDEX form. I then started asking more questions. As a customer I believe I have a right to question what she was doing. She felt like she didn't. She then said this is a private establishment and I'm refusing your services. I said excuse me ma'am it is my right to ask questions. I need to make sure my return doesn't get lost. But no she dismissed me and just automatically assumed I was being rude or hostel by questioning her. I felt as if she was profiling me for the color of my skin by dismissing me. What she could have done was explain herself instead of being defensive. Stay clear from this store. They don't respect you. read more

Thank you to the team at Postal King. I showed up at 4:45 p.m. with five different packages to send to my children and parents for Easter. This was on Thursday. One, in particular, was going to Honolulu for my oldest daughter who will be spending her Easter without her baby boy this year. He passed away last year at 2 1/2 years old. I was hoping she would have something to open by Easter. Last night, Good Friday evening, I received a text from my daughter thanking me for the "blessing, kind words, chocolates and message from the Bible"... it warmed my heart so much that she received the package SO SOON! I know one of the owners left the shop as I was continuing to prepare other things to ship to bring it directly to the shipping company. It made it to Honolulu in one day.
