I was new to this location. On my way to run an errand I decided to go to this UpS store because it was more convenient. I was extremely disappointed, first you walk in and they ask if it's an Amazon return without even being friendly enough to ask if we have ever used a machine to do Amazon order returns manually. I am use to 6 yrs handing the item to the UpS employee they scan my phone and I walk out. Literally takes less than a minute unless I have multiple items then it can take maybe 5 mins or so. Blue diamond UPS location is lacking customer service. My biggest was I had a small box that needed a piece of table on the top cause I ran out of tape at home. And they wanted to charge me $1.00 for one 6 inch piece or tape. I complained about that saying I won't pay it I will take my business to the rainbow location because they kindly put a piece of tape on boxes I have many times. The guy said that it's a new policy that's starting up that customers get charged for a piece of tape. Once I said I would go to the other location he said as a courtesy he would give me a free piece of tape for the box. I went into this location to return my AT&T router. The gentleman that helped me was nice, but the printer was out. They had me stand there for 10 to 15 minutes while they looked for a replacement cartridge for the printer. They could not find it after several minutes of waiting for him to try and print it on the other printer, he did print me something, but it was not the receipt that I needed to prove that I brought that to that location to return the Manager Jesse came Over, and I tried to ask her a question, and she's like I am not dealing with her. You can deal with her, meaning, the gentleman that was helping me. I asked to speak to her again. It was made to wait several minutes, and when she came out, she just sat there and talked in my face like I wasn't talking to you. I wasn't doing this. I wasn't doing that. Would not even listen to me asking a question. She is very rude. I will never go to this business again, and I will direct everyone, I know to go to a different UPS store. It's one thing if I was yelling and screaming, but I was talking in a normal voice. Just trying to ask a question. She won't even listen to me. she just kept talking over me like she is the authority over everything. It made me feel very small, very dismissed, and like any of my concerns or questions were not appreciated. For the office services they offer notary, faxing, passport and ID photos and even shredding. I drop off items here often for UPS and USPS. Everyone that works in the office has always been very helpful and polite. The office can get busy at times, so sometimes I have had to wait. They are quick to get another person that pops out to help. It is amazing to me the piles and piles of packages that they get to ship out. I like that I can just come in and drop off my USPS packages without even having to speak to anyone. I have had 1 item go missing, but it was my fault as I lost the receipt. Now, when I drop off I always make sure to get a tracking receipt to show my drop off and no issues. They also have a handy app that you can put in the tracking number. A big problem is that the packages do not ship everyday. So, you drop off a package on Friday thinking it will go out at least by Saturday and nope! You see it goes out late Monday. No good! I hate that this location does not have parking in the front. The parking is SO far. They have grocery pick up and handicap near the front, so the parking for UPS is still way out in the parking lot. Many people end up stopping in the red to run inside to drop off packages. I see it all the time, which is completely illegal and inconvenient for other people trying to pass. I try to tell myself that I am getting my walking miles in, but when you want to just do your business and drop something off, it is a huge pain. read more

There's one lady with glasses who's full of attitude and was lying to get me out of the store quick. She didn't want to help me and letting me know I have to do the returns on Amazon myself. She didn't think most People have returned many items from Amazon before for Her to say that to me. After I let her know I can send it to her email and Print out like I do on some returns she made me Pay for the label and the envelope that's needed to be used. I let her know if I knew this store is asking for payment for the box to Shop it to Amazon I would have boxed it before coming there but I'm my experience with other Amazon, I just leave the stuff And go. Walked into a really long line but had to return this item so I stayed. They was some extremely offensive music playing and when I asked "is this you playing this music? It's really offensive to be playing over the speakers in a business." the employee said, "oh, it's just what we put on the radio." And when I told her she should probably change it she responded, "I was thinking that.". I was in there about 5 more mins and they still left it playing... I really don't think anyone needs to hear about someone singing about murdering another person and if you "want to find out how he caught a bullet" or how they "got up on this one b*tch" or any such action. All the time I go to this UPS store, the staff are the nicest I've experience. They're always welcoming to their store and never look irritated like all other usps or ups stores. We brought our 5 person family to do passport photos, and they were able to do it without us waiting. And pictures printed quickly and perfect. Lastly, when returning or mailing items, they're efficient with getting you in and out without complaining or working slowly. No complaints so far. read more

This location is convenient to where I live so I do all of my Amazon, Daily Look, and other clothing subscription returns. I seem to choose to take my returns in at the busiest time for them so the line is long and only one person running the register while 6 people are sorting packages and mail and not offering to stop and work the line. That's frustrating when you just want to drop off. But I also use this location to drop off USPS so I don't have to drive to Russell RD. I do wish they were open on Sunday because a large majority of the time I don't have the ability to get there Monday thru Saturday because of work. But at least other Ups Stores are open on Sunday. I understand working behind the counter at a UPS Store isn't a glamorous job. It's probably somewhat boring being there all day. But every once in a while, make the customer feel welcome with even a hint of a smile. I can't remember ever getting any smiles, thank you's, or pleasantries whatsoever from any of the dozen employees I dealt with here. That said, they do their job, check you in and out relatively quickly, no fuss, no muss. For that reason, this store at least deserves 3-stars. read more

If you can avoid it DO NOT GO to this location . They are rude and overcharge! They basically told me it's 6 stamps for a 1 0z envelope and then they told me I could go to the post office for a different price . They charge 75 cents for stamps and have no customer service skills. Then after swishing my large envelops on the scale .... weird probably to show more weight she took my large envelopes and threw them on them on the back counter. Very disappointed! read more

I have postcards to send to Norway. On my way to Albertsons I looked up to see when they close. It said 6:30. I arrived at 6:24. As I walked up I saw the sign and it said 6:30. There were employees inside. I pulled on the door handle and the door was locked! That's just poor customer service. I will not return. I understand that employees want to go home. Beware. We went there to send a letter and purchase stamps. A book of stamps cost $10 we were charged $12. I noticed that there charge for a medium priority mail box was $18.
