My company needed shirts printed and I turned to Yelp first. The first company listed was It Prints and they had amazing reviews. To top it all off they had a great coupon so what did I have to lose! I called the number on the ad and Brandon answered. He was so friendly it was as if we were old friends. I told him that I had already purchased my shirts but that I needed printing on the front and back. The logo I had was a psd file and needed to be indexed. They provided that as well. He asked me to send over my file via email and they would start on it right away. Brandon offered to pick up my shirts at my home because he lived close. Amazing! What printing company would ever offer a service like that? Huge plus indeed. He sent me an estimate the next day which was super reasonable. My shirts were ready in under a week. When it was time for them to be printed Brandon sent me an actual printed proof to make sure I liked it. One color wasn't standing out as expected so they changed it for the rest of the shirts in production. I was so grateful that we caught this and that they were able to make changes on the fly. The customer service was excellent, ordering was fairly easy, and pricing was reasonable They completed the order in a timely fashion and delivered it to us themselves to ensure it reached us on time. We had our logo embroidered onto a white polo shirt, the embroidery looked good, the colors were true to our logo. The shirts were a little on the thin side, however, so be aware if you go with the white color that you'll need an undershirt.
