Their "replacement" effort was lackluster at best--they swapped a black hat for a charcoal one, which doesn't even match the original order. This is not quality work; it feels more like a babysitting operation than a professional embroidery shop. On top of that, they didn't even offer a discount for the inconvenience. I had to practically shake them down to get a 20% discount--something that should have been offered proactively given the level of failure and delay. If you want long wait times, inconsistent communication, and subpar craftsmanship, this might be the place for you. But in a town with plenty of embroidery options, I will never use this business again. There are far better companies that actually value their customers and take pride in their work.

Rashid at Cross Printing ensured us they would fix them and and get it printed. Received shirts in mail today and they still do not look like mock up, a couple have such bad quality control that they are falling apart already before wearing or washing. All in all this company is really shady, does not do what they say they will, and does terrible work. STAY AWAY!

Terrible experience. The system and structure of the art approval is a huge headache. I have been…read moretrying to get the correct dimensions on my shirt printed for the past nine days. 9 DAYS. you have to approve or reject the art but my shirt is 3 inches under the mock up I sent them. I keep rejecting and explaining what I need but they keep just sending back the same BS that I said was wrong. I have even split my png into 3 separate images so we can get the perfect ratio and it's still wrong. If I create a mock up with dimension you should be able to either print my shirt or tell me you're not capable
