This was my first time ever coordinating making and printing t-shirts, and if I had to do it again, I would definitely go through Accent T-Shirts! It was hard finding a business that would take a small order of just 30 garments, but these guys were willing to do it and they did it for a phenomenal price as well. Dave was super friendly over the phone and kept in contact with me via phone and email during the entire process. He was great and super helpful. We ended up doing a mix of t-shirts (men's & women's sizes) and women's tank tops, and it was no problem for them. You can bring in your design, email them, or sit down in their shop and work something out. We just wanted text on the front and back, and Dave told me about a website I can go to (dafont.com) where I could chose from thousands of fonts to use for our shirts. I just stuck with one from their website. I love that they have a design lab on their website. After tax, the t-shirts cost about $7 each and the tank tops were about $9 each. The garments were ready in about a week from when the order was placed. Everything turned out great and the t-shirts and tank tops were a huge hit at our graduation bar crawl. These guys are great! My brother passed in a fatal car accident on Friday 2/3, and of course decided to do t-shirts for the last day of his two day service. We anticipated only doing them for each of us siblings and cousins, just to keep them minimal and I would be able to complete the shirts myself. But word got out quick, & it ended up being more than what we expected and way more than I could ever handle, it spread to friends and coworkers of his. We got 49 shirts on the first day, and I was completely overwhelmed. My husband found these guys on Google and of course called around to a few other places, but we sided with Accent. We worked with Justin the whole time, who was more than amazing. We dropped off our first set of shirts on Monday, and sent them the design I worked on; they told us the shirts would be ready on that Thursday. Our shirts were ready on Wednesday, which was great considering we did three drop offs. First was 49 on Monday, another 28 on Tuesday and the last set of 8 on Wednesday Morning! I was worried because we kept getting more shirts, and had to keep adding, but Justin and Lindy completed all 85 for us in time for my brothers service. Justin was so sincere with us the entire time, they gave us a great deal and would definitely recommend them to anyone. This was our first year creating a family team for the March of Dimes walk here in Las Vegas. I had family and friends walking with us so I thought it would be a fun to have matching t-shirts for our team. At first when I called Accent the person I spoke to was short with me. The second time I called the guy (Lindy) was super nice. He explained everything to me and since I know nothing about making t-shirts it was some extensive explaining, haha. He was patient and super friendly. We emailed back and forth but my last question went unanswered. Oh well. I just decided to call and place my order. Maybe he just forgot? I called and the person I talked to told me they would most likely be done a couple days before we absolutely needed them. I called a couple times before the very last day I could pick them up and they seemed annoyed. But I was hoping the first person I talked to would've been right and they would be done sooner than last minute. I wish they hadn't told me they would "probably" be done early if they most likely won't be. They ended up being done an hour before they closed the day before I needed them. On time, but not what they made it sound like when I ordered. I understand I wasn't buying 100 shirts or anything, but I still spent 100 dollars here for 9 white t-shirts. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor for printing a small quantity of shirts. It was disappointing that they seemed so annoyed with me. I would use them again because the shirts turned out nicely and when we went to pick them up they were nice. Plus it's hard to find a place around here that will do a t-shirt order in quantities less than 25. read more

I was desperate. I went searching the entire city for a company that would make a small batch of custom t-shirts (screen printing, I only needed 4). This place was my 5th stop on my search. Everyone else in the area either wanted $200+, yes that's $50+ per shirt, or just wasn't willing to do a small order. I was very excited to come in here and have Haley more than willing to help us out. The place is tucked away, and is very hidden, inside a business park. You step inside, and there is not much space that you can see, but there is clearly a separate room/space alongside the main entrance. The inside is dark and far from the cleanest. Haley however greeted me with a smile and was very helpful. She quoted me a price, I paid, and she said that it would be "no problem at all" to have my shirts done a little over 14 days from the day I ordered and that "they'd probably be done a few days earlier that same week but that she'd give me a call and let me know." I emailed her the design, she placed it on an image of a shirt and she quickly sent it back to me for approval. I gave her the go ahead and then I waited. THE DAY BEFORE I was supposed to pick up my shirts I still hadn't heard anything from them and so I gave her a call. She stated that the shirts were "on the board for tomorrow." I asked if that meant the shirts would be done tomorrow or if they are tentatively scheduled to begin being worked on tomorrow. She stated that they were tentatively scheduled to be worked on tomorrow, but there was no guarantee because they were "incredibly busy." I informed her that I needed to be able to pick up the shirts tomorrow, and that was what we originally agreed on, and that she had over 2 weeks to do them. She said "we will do our best and I will call you when I know more." Fortunately, she called the next day and they were ready and I went in to pick them up. The shirts turned out great, and were affordable considering our small quantity ordered. This easily could have been a five star review if it wasn't for the disorganization/time management issues they clearly have here. I didn't realize what a complicated task ordering T-shirts was until it was delegated to me. T-shirts? How hard could it be? Really hard, it turns out. There are lots of T-shirts printers and with the invention of the Interwebz, there are TOO MANY T-shirt printers. How does one differentiate one from the others? I'll tell you how. You pick the one that sponsors your local professional hockey team. In comes Accent T-shirts. If you've ever been to a Las Vegas Wranglers home game, you've seen handsome young hockey players smash each other into Accent T-shirts ads on the boards and--admit it--you've danced around like a hyperactive 5-year-old hoping that Duke will shoot a T-shirt your way. An Accent T-shirt. I made the call and soon realized I didn't know what I was doing. Color? Er, what would look good with our logo? You need a bigger logo? Um, this is all I have. You can enlarge it? Oh, good! It went on like that through the many makers of shirts, weights of polos and price ranges of garment-producing companies. I told Lindy what we wanted and what we were willing to pay for it, and he dug through the catalogs and sorted out the unfamiliar terminology for me. Two complaints: odd working hours--sometimes, I'd hear from Lindy at 9 in the morning, and sometimes I wouldn't hear from him until after 5. There was always someone to answer the phone at the office, but if I needed a new quote, I didn't know when I was going to get it. The other is the billing: you can pick up your shirts or pay for delivery, but delivery was charged separately rather than included on the T-shirt invoice. Accent didn't want to overcharge us, but we'd rather have paid a few extra bucks for the convenience. Overall, the shirts (and embroidered polos) turned out wonderfully and were completed on time, so I have no problem ordering again in the future. Lindy and his team are extremely patient, kind and a pleasure to work with. We can't wait to wear our shirts to our next office outing! read more

My experience was a disaster. I work with a local children's non-profit and I needed 20 shirts very fast. I spoke with Chade who was initially very helpful. I placed the order on Wed. July 1 and I needed them by Tuesday, July 7. She cut me a small price break because we are a charity but with the rush charge the cost came out to $10 a shirt. A little expensive for a basic white T with logo on front and back but I needed them by Tuesday so I paid up. Tuesday arrives with no call from them so I called and ended up speaking with the owner, Lindy. He was completely baffled about the order and told me that he would contact Chade and quickly get back to me. He never apologized that my shirts were not ready nor did he call me back and by the time I called, the shop was closed. I called first thing Wednesday morning and spoke with Chade who was confused about the status. She said she would call the owner and get back to me. She called back shortly and informed me that the shirts were not printed but they could have them within an hour or by 10:30 am. She never apologized. I specifically gave her my number and she said they would call. 2:00 p.m. rolls around and still no word but, amazingly an email appears letting me know that they lost my number and the t-shirts were ready (btw, my number is one everyone of the 6 emails I sent them.) I finally pick up the shirts and was very disappointed with the colors which were close but definitely not our logo colors. By this time I was so disgusted, I just grabbed them and left. However, this horrific experience was not over. When I got back to the office, I was shocked to find out that they did not give me the sizes I ordered. I ordered 5 mediums, 10 Large and 5xls. The order consisted of a 2 larges and the 18 mediums! No explanation, no apologies and no attempt to make it right and keep my business. They just lost our 2000 shirt order which we were going to place to give to our volunteers. Definitely will not do business with them again. REVIEW UPDATE: After reading the review, I received a call from the owner, Lindy who asked for a full explanation of what happened. He apologized profusely and said he would get back to me. Shortly after this, Chade called me to apologize. Class move on her part. Lindy called me back and wanted to make it "right" which I appreciated. I explained that my need for the shirts was "time" sensitive because we were having a board meeting and wanted to show off our new logo. The board meeting had come and gone. He offered to make new shirts and I told him that I appreciate the gesture but the meeting was over and our board members have left town. So not necessary. He also offered to refund the 50% of my fee and then later he offered to refund 100%. Somehow, later he went back to 50%. I gladly accepted the 50%. I appreciated the effort and gesture but sometimes a screw up is a screw up and the consequences are real. Final resolution: The next day I get a call that they went ahead and printed new shirts in the right sizes. Appreciated, but not necessary and not sure what to do with them. Also, they credited my account for 50% of the the order, so a $100 credit. Appreciated but seriously? We are a charity. Why not take the high road and eat the entire $200? Anyway, kudos to Lindy for trying to correct a bad situation. read more
